10/10 would recommend and I already have. They made it such an easy process. I went with my grandparents and I would do it again, they even inspected my car after my grandfather pointed out some concerns and had them fixed immediately. I appreciated every point in the process.

Superior Auto Sales in Cuyahoga Falls, OHIO does Perform through Auto repairs and inspections at this budget car lot where their prices meet any budget. The staff here are steady, mature, flexible individuals.

Got turned around on Front St. trying to find a different business. Did not realized I had turned in their lot while trying to find where I needed to go. A woman came out and immediately started yelling at me. I felt so bad and tried to apologize and that I would move my car, but she talked over me and was incredibly rude over an honest mistake that I felt terrible for. I won't support a business that is so blatantly unkind to people over a small mistake. I wasn't there for a new car, but I will be in need of one soon and I know that I will not come to Superior because of that woman.

I love Superior! They're always my first stop when I'm looking for a car. Mike and Dave are great to deal with and are like family. I've been buying cars here since they opened in 1977 and can't imagine dealing with anyone else. The prices are fair, nobody will pressure you, you'll get your questions answered, and what you want is probably sitting on the lot waiting for you. If you're even thinking about buying a car this year, stop by and let them know what you're looking for. You'll be glad you did!

Hands down best car buying experience I've ever had. Dave works so hard to get everyone into a well made, maintained car, and they all do their best here to keep you on the road. The payments are affordable and the car is perfect for me. Warranty and peace of mind are so valuable! I won't buy another car anywhere else.

Purchased my 13 CRV from Superior. The car is fantastic, I got a great deal. Dave and Mike were very helpful, listened to my concerns and had them addressed. Transparent throughout, never felt like I was taken advantage of. I would 100% recommend Superior to anyone who is looking for a good used vehicle with a warranty.

Bought a car from here and I m usually a little skeptical of used car dealerships but gave it go. I m glad I did because the sales manger Dave was really approachable and didn t try to force me into a car. He worked with me and helped me find my new ride. I am so looking forward and excited to be a customer at superior motors!!! Dave is awesome and very down to earth and Mike is very nice as well! They're not pushy sales people like you find at other buy here pay here lots. Would I recommend my friends to buy a vehicle from superior,you bet I would! I ever want a vehicle after the one I'm going to be getting or trade it in in the future,superior is where I'll be going and that's the only place I'll buy a vehicle from now on!! I couldn t ask for a better place to now buy my 2nd car from they are amazing people & work with people on getting them what they what Mike is very understanding when it comes to things like being late they don t jump to coming to take your car from you they come up with options to help you in any way they can yes they are used cars but they take really care of them & if something goes wrong they resolve the issue as soon as possible THANK YOU SUPERIOR FOR ALL THAT YOU DO FOR ME I WILL FOREVER BE TEAM SUPERIOR I WANT TO GIVE A BIG THANK YOU TO DAVE AS WELL FOR HELPING ME GET THE CAR I BEEN WAITING FOR

Dave and Jenn feel like old friends after these past 2 day s. I appreciate honesty and attention to what my needs are, I feel very comfortable and protected to have purchased my 2009 Honda with them. No high pressure to upsell me, Dave knew what I was working with and took a personal knowledgeable approach. I will never go any where else. In 30 months I look forward to upgrading with them.!!! I can't even begin to put into words the gratitude my son and I have for Superior Used Cars, Mike, Dave and Jennifer for everything you did for us when my son financed his first car and again 3 weeks later after it was totaled and we had to do it again. The level of professionalism and compassion within this small local business is miles above anywhere I've ever purchased a car (or many other purchases for that matter!). Helping us deal with insurance, and loan payoffs and finding the replacement car that was best for him...it was so much less stress because of all of you! On top of that, the two cars we purchased within 4 weeks of each other were exactly what my son was looking for! No pressure, just honest and genuine people willing to go above and beyond to help us do what was best for our family and for our budget and get us quality cars! Thank you so much!

Read this! If you don t buy your car here, you re not getting treated as well as you could be. Dave was absolutely awesome to work with. I would honestly get lunch with the guy. Mike, the owner and founder, was every bit as nice. He started the place 41 years ago. That says a lot. The young lady who handled the delivery match the others kindness. Selection is awesome, and the cars are in great shape I met one of the mechanics, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Great dealer

EXCELLENT experience buying a car here. Dave and Jen hooked me right up and helped a lot with my creative financing. My Honda CRV is a dream and I wouldn't hesitate to return to these people. Honest, straightforward, and they let me pick which car I wanted to try for instead of trying to push my budget too far like other places.

Knowledgeable with no fast talk. They will spend time and explain the entire purchase process as well as and details on vehicle. Vehicle inventory comprised of decent selection of Honda cars and they have a in house technician that is very knowledgeable. Most certainly recommend them when looking for used.

Probably the best used car dealership in all of Stark/Summit county. I've already bought and paid off my truck with Superior and still have it. No major issues other than some basic maintenance or parts that overtime need replaced. Superior has been super easy to work with. We are considering another vehicle but just to make sure we are exploring all avenues, we checked out a couple of car lots closer to home. Superior has us spoiled because all the other car lots, do not do anything with the vehicles but get them and throw them on the lot. All the vehicles were dirty and not well maintained at the other lots. At superior, every vehicle we got into was thoroughly detailed. Dave and the staff at superior are just that... Superior. I highly recommend them. You're not just a number, you are a part of their family. Jen, Mike and Dave have all followed up with me numerous times just to see how the car hunt is going. They are all absolutely great.

Superior Used cars is a great place for financing a car for any reason. I was transitioning back into town an had an unfortunate accident just shy of few payments of paying off. Bummer I know right. In considering this of course reluctant of having to go through the starting over with the payment process again, I just so happen was fortunate enough to find a place such as Superior Used Cars. Upon entering the parking lot I spotted one car right away an already knew an said it was mine snowed covered an all lol. Blessed I could not have picked a better choice I have had no issues mechanical wise throughout the whole time an still don't. Nothing major or that wasn't common sense or necessary anyway. For instance, the obvious oil changes an a new battery which was time anyway considering the original battery was still in my 6 yr old 2014 Hyundai Elantra. Other than that she is a winner an purrs like a kitten how I like. I have heard an have nothing but good things ta say about them. Dave is a WONDERFUL salesman an person overall an he made the whole process extremely painless for me lol. An Jennifer in fiances is truly a sweetheart as well. Every phone experience an encounter with them both have been extremely pleasant inviting an a barrel of laughs lol. I could not have picked a better place to get my car. If anyone is in need of a car whether first time or moving into town, I most Definitely an Highly recommend Superior Used Cars. I truly appreciate everything again you guys thank you. It has Truly been a blast!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!

I came to them with little to no hope of anyone willing to work with my poor credit while being in midst of divorce. They took a chance on me and I am so thankful for their help, sales quality, and customer service. I knew after researching and seeing their long time of service in the area they would be worth the chance. No one could be going this long, still be in business and receive good reviews if they weren t doing something right. Seemed very upfront, honest and caring. Thank you for everything!!
