Lucia was great! From scheduling my appointment to making sure my vehicle was done correctly and on time. She s on it! I would highly recommend anyone in need of service to visit Spitzer Ford Service center. Make sure you ask for Lucia!

Every time I take my car here, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate their use of text updates and reminders. I'm not the best at answering my phone, so this really helps.

We've been to Spitzer a few times. Every visit is great! This past visit, Lindsey Warner was especially helpful. She helped us realize we had Ford plus points that were close to expiring and got us to use them before we lose them. She went beyond any service that we've ever gotten there and we've never had bad service there.Thank you Lindsey and I'll be calling you again!!

Al Spitzer Ford is great in both sales and service. I brought my car in when the passenger door wasn t locking. The service center team determined the problem, ordered the part, and replaced it promptly when it was received. I appreciated Lindsey Warner s assistance in checking the warranty and keeping me informed about the progress of the repair.

Just a simple oil change/ rotation, but Scott G kept me informed and they were just starting the video review process. He made sure I was able to view the video and answered all Q s. In general, Spitzer was very good with communication.

Lindsey Warner, she was very helpful from the beginning to the end.Had a misunderstanding with a coupon but resolved it quickly. Bonus was a very clean shiny car. Everyone at Spitzer was courteous and friendly. Recommend this place very highly.

My truck was in a critical condition and if I continued to drive it, would have had to replace engine. Replaced timing chain and truck runs great, 134000 miles, now ready for a 100000 more!Thankyou.

Took my ranger for regular maintenance and everything went very smoothly! All the staff was especially knowledgable and friendly, especially James Strosnider who worked on my truck.

It took a week or two for them to negotiate with the warranty company but once they finally had an approval, the clutch and other related parts only took a couple days to get and install. So far the work they did seems to be good. My biggest annoyance is that I had a metal license plate frame which they took off, kept, and replaced with a cheap plastic Spitzer license plate frame. Not Cool.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

My driver side window came off the track. I was invited to bring it in. Was there not more than ten minutes. Fixed my window, no charge. So happy One less problem three day's before a holiday weekend with out of town company. Everyone was so nice but then they are always very accommodating. Never take my car anywhere else.
