I was extremely impressed with the customer service and execution I received here. Joel took great care of us. He squeezed us into the schedule in a short amount of time and kept us informed on the progress. He went above and beyond and was super nice throughout the process. I truly appreciate everything they did. The customer service was top notch. It s very rare to find that anymore so it was greatly appreciated.

I am writing this review to share my wonderful experience with the people and service of Ron Marhofer Collision Repair. The office staff often kept me informed on the progress of repairs. My Camaro is my baby and when someone hit me... I was heartbroken. The paint color is very difficult to match but the crew did an excellent job. My baby is back and she's beautiful. Thank you!! I highly recommend Ron Marhofer Collision at Cuyahoga Falls.

My cruise control radar sensor needed teplaced. Everyone was very nice. I received text messages through entire process. It was a nice experience.

A lady hit my car and her insurance sent me to marhoffer for an estimate. They were very thorough, scheduled the repair, the girl at the desk was the sweetest most helpful young lady! There were some supply chain issues on getting parts initially, but this was in no way the fault of Marhofer. Joel was very transparent from start to finish. Customer service and communication were excellent. They did a fantastic job replacing my bumper, healight cover and brackets. The wheel moulding is all that's left. They worked very quickly once the parts were delivered and the work was outstanding. I highly recommend them for auto body needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the second time I have had Marhofer work on my 2020 Equinox (thanks to my son). Each time they were friendly, helpful and responsive. I like to communicate via email since that is easier for me during the work day and Joel had no issue with this, always replying timely. There was a problem getting my insurance to cover an alignment but Joel was able to get that covered. My car looks brand new again and cleaner than it was when I brought it in. I would highly recommend Marhofer and won't take my cars anywhere else in the future.

We would highly recommend you DO NOT pursue business with this establishment. They had our car in the shop for well over 6 weeks repairing damage done to the front bumper. The six weeks were riddled with false assurances, lack of clarity for delays during the repair process, giving us a car that was not completely fixed (VSC indicator was on as soon as the car was started), and informing us that the A/C was broken the day before we received the supposedly fixed vehicle. It took taking the car for a diagnostic inspection at a licensed dealer (costing $300) to prove that the car was indeed not fixed and an additional $1200 to fix the A/C. If you want honest, fair, and quick service at an establishment that is cognizant of your time, then we highly recommend you go somewhere else.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

Fortunately, this is a preferred shop with my car insurance (Grange). Tabitha and Joel did a great job of explaining the estimate and answering any questions I had. I couldn't pick up the car the day it was done, and they allowed me to pick it up the next day easy-peasy. I'm not sure if it's part of the Marhofer package, but I was also able to meet the rental car company there with my rental car and then just leave it when I picked my car up, also very easy and very convenient. Joel is a very good communicator and kept me up to date with the progress on my Chevy Terrain. He was quick to respond by emails to my questions. My SUV was quickly repaired within a week and you can t tell it was even in a wreck. They cleaned it up so nice and the repairs are top notch! They are honest and I would definitely recommend body work/repairs for your car to go here!

They were fast friendly and kept me updated every step. The car was finished early thanks to the staff doing multiple searches for the correct part with the fastest delivery. This allowed me to get my car returned to me several days earlier than expected. Highly recommend!

We took our car in for an estimate 5-6 weeks ago. We waited for a couple weeks for parts They told us to bring in the car and then said they are waiting forore parts.Our car has been there for over 3 weeks. So, I asked if they could fix the brakes while they were waiting for parts and was told that I would have to contact he service center myself. Apparently there is no connection between the different services provided by this company. If you can drop off your car for a month and not need it, then this place is for you. Also, if you need body work and services, you will need to work with two completely separate companies to get the work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

These people are a rip off. Took my car here to get fixed. Check engine light was on. They told me the problem and the price was $900 to clean a throttle body gasket & clean injection fuel system. Few week later my check engine light is back on. I take it back and they want to replace the part now for $888. I declined and took my car somewhere else they say it was still the throttle body as well as another issue. They told me the throttle body was never cleaned and that they had to clean it. My car works fine now. Do not go here they will rip you off and try to get all your money without even fixing your car. I m out of pocket $900 for something they never even fixed. I will be taking this to court.

This place has an amazing staff. Every person that I came into contact with was superb.The car looks brand new! They even cleaned out my messy car and left me a bag of candy. A few honorable mentions include Tabitha, that kept me in the know regarding my repairs. Joel Boston was the best. He dealt with the insurance company and rental car place. Josh in service was kind. He gave me my car back since I couldn't make it there til after collision closed. Also, thanks to all the guys behind the scenes sanding my car and aligning my tires that I didn't meet. Great job!

I am so impressed with the outstanding service I received at Ron Marhofer Collision Center! Joel Boston, the manager, communicated everything that needed to be done, worked with my insurance company, helped me with my car rental and returned my car beautifully repaired ahead of time! Accidents and car repairs certainly aren't fun, but Marhofer and Joel made this as painless as possible. I appreciate the excellent customer service, and Joel is a heck of a nice guy! Ron Marhofer Collision took extra care in ensuring the hood of my car was replaced in a timely manner. The process of dropping my car off, going over the damage to the hood, communicating when the repair was likely to be complete, and assisting me with any further questions I had was an easy one and I could tell the staff was understanding of the situation and wanted to do their best to get my vehicle back to me, repaired and back on the road. I appreciate the care and hard work from this establishment, especially since damage to something you use and rely on every day isn't always the easiest situation.

Exceptional customer service. Was kept up to date by calls and texts from Joel during the entire process. I was expecting this to be a headache, but they totally exceeded my expectations and made it completely stress free. They did a very nice job on the repair and paid attention to every detail. We recently had a vehicle repaired at this facility. Tabitha and Joel were fantastic. They fully explained the process and had the work completed sooner than expected. The car looks brand new thanks to the great staff. If needed again, this will be my go to collision center. Great Job!

Eric, Joel, and Tabitha in the Collision Center could not have been more pleasant to deal with! If I could give them 10 stars I would! The level of genuine compassion and caring they showed as I was dealing with repairs on a recovered stolen vehicle situation was absolutely incredible from the moment I set foot in the shop. They also communicated with me frequently on the status of the work. All repairs were done to perfection - my vehicle was like new when I got it back. I highly recommend Marhofer's Collision Center in Cuyahoga Falls for any auto repair work needed. And management please give these 3 a raise and lots of recognition for the outstanding customer service they provide day-in and day-out!

This was our second time using Ron Marhofer Collison Center in Cuyahoga Falls. The entire process, from estimate, to rental car, to communication, and to pick up, was FLAWLESS. I had no worries during the process, was kept in formed, and my car looks perfect. Joel and his team did everything to make this repair exceed my expectations. I highly recommend them! Joel, Tabitha and the entire team exceeded my expectations. I cannot think of a single thing they could improve on. They are the best. This is the only place I would take my cars for collision repairs and the only place I would recommend. As a matter of fact, I recommended my own Mother take her car there for repairs and she was thrilled with her repairs also. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing a collision center then you should work with the highly skilled professionals at the Marhofer Collision Center in Cuyahoga falls.Service: Painting

Joel and his staff treated me like I was their most important customer, even though I only had a minor repair. Very thorough in going through all my options and saved me a few hundred dollars by taking a second look at my car. The work was quick and top notch.

I chose Ron Marhofer Collision in Cuyahoga Falls because my auto insurance company recommended their service when I sustained damage to the fender of my year-old Mazda 6. The staff kept me informed of the repair estimate cost and time of completion. They took extra care to make sure the new paint matched perfectly. I am very pleased with the repair and would recommend their service.

I would recommend this place to anybody and everybody . The manager Joel took absolute amazing care of me and my car . I've been to high end dealerships and have never received the kind of customer service this place gave me . It took a week for my car to be fixed but after seeing how well they did and they cleaned my whole car inside and out and it wasn't even that clean when I drove it off the lot im 100 percent fine with it . They would call and give me updates about how the process was going and im just extremely thrilled I went here . I definitely would not go anywhere else . Just picked my car up from here and they did an amazing job! It's like I have a brand new car! The staff is very friendly and they kept me up to date with everything that was happening with my car. The repairs were perfect and I couldn't have asked for better quality or service. This is definitely the place to go!

This is my second time having some body work repairs done by the collision center. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable, quotes went right in to my insurance s database, so very little work on my part having to coordinate getting that part done. The paint work on both occasions has been excellent, so I have no complaints. Thanks again.

Marhofer worked on my wife's car after a crash and a part that was installed happened to be faulty. We brought the car back in and they immediately started working on it and set us up with a nice rental. They were very apologetic even though we weren't upset about it. Great service and the work they did looks perfect.
