If you re looking for a used car you can trust, this is the best dealership in NE Ohio! My sister worked with Logan and when all other dealers were offering higher interest rates, he was able to get her approval FAR BELOW everyone else.She has been ranting and raving about it for 2 weeks now! I can t wait for my tax return, I m going straight to Logan with it!

Ron Kapis was very helpful and friendly. My car was on its last leg, my credit less than stellar, my patience wearing thin and he took the time to work with me and find me a very nice, reliable car in my price range. The whole process took longer than expected but he was helpful every step. He answered all my questions and concerns with no issues. I recommend them 100%.

(I will update this review as we see how it pans out.) I bought a minivan here last month. When test driving, I noticed a shudder in the van and pointed it out. They said that it was because they had just changed the transmission fluid and it sometimes takes a while to reset. To address my concerns, the salesperson (Logan, who was very nice) drove it for a few days and called to let me know there were no further issues. (I know...shame on me for not checking myself.) He also had the service department take a look and they assured me there was no problem. On the way home, the shudder happened again. I called and they had me bring it back, but they could not get the problem to repeat and of course I had already signed everything. Here we are one month later and the transmission wouldn't engage while I was on the highway. I took it to my mechanic and he confirmed that it is a problem with the torque converter (based on the code), and it will require a replacement of that part at a minimum if not a new transmission. I've called the service department (awaiting a return call), so now we will see exactly what the "6 months or 6,000 miles" warranty means. I will note that the people have been very nice, but that won't amount to much if they don't stand behind the warranty.UPDATE: Not only did they fix it, but they did it right. They replaced the whole transmission (not just the torque converter), and I didn t even have to fight to make it happen. Honestly, I was amazed and grateful for how fully they stood by the guarantee. Very refreshing. If I was being hypercritical I would point out that their communication isn t great (usually took 3 days + to hear back from them on anything), but I would absolutely do business with them again and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you, Prestige Auto Mall, for standing by your product and your word.

I recently purchased a 2007 Shelby GT500 completely remote and it was delivered to my door within 2 days of finalizing all paperwork. I have a very very busy schedule and just don't have time to spend on the 3+ hour drive. Ron made this process effortless and accommodating all my requests without issues. Went to get the back brakes changed on the 17 Escalade I bought here late April and found the rear caliper bolt passenger side missing, the other loose. Oil was 3 qts low 3k miles after purchase. Brakes needed changed within 6k miles. We've been out of town numerous times with a 3klbs trailer! My grandmother ,mother ,her husband, and my 4 children we could have all died and killed others! Brakes were obviously changed when they had it and the mechanic is a HACK! Caliper guide pin boots blown out and destroyed. You guys can give me all the money back for the damaged components and labor or be sued. I'll be in touch tomorrow with my lawyer.Update 8/20/23Transmission temperatures start to skyrocket with no explanation. I have the fluid drained to discover it's still Dex6 which was replaced with an updated fluid 3-4 years ago. Find thermostat for trans is still 190* factory unit instead of the updated lower temp. Thermostat was stuck causing trans to go into bypass mode. Caught early enough it seems to have saved it. I would NEVER recommend anyone but a vehicle from this place. After numerous calls to the manager to get the extended warranty for my vehicle while still in their dealer warranty period I never received a call and now that the time has just expired it seems more issues are popping up. Probably the worst experience I've ever had with buying anything from any business ever in life. This place is absolutely predatory and lacks good common business practices to make and keep customers happy. Just unfulfilled promises. 0/0 stars if I could.Update 2/1/24. Oil pump on the Escalade failed not even a year into having it. Just flat lined and now I have no vehicle. Lmao. This dealership is a JOKE.

SCAM ALERT! Do not buy a car online from this dealership. They misrepresented the condition of the car I bought from them and the vehicle I bought needs thousands of dollars of repairs just to get it to the condition they told me the car was in. I called and texted them for two weeks and never could get a manager to speak to me. Their response has been, Well, you should have purchased a warranty from us. Now I ve got a vehicle I was told was in great shape inside and out! that needs significant repairs. (The back hatch leaks when it rains, the gas tank door is missing a spring, the hood latch is broken, the check engine light is on, one of the wheels is corroded, every bolt on the underside of the vehicle is corroded, and on and on and on.) I took the vehicle to a local Volvo dealership and paid $180 to have it inspected the local dealer was HORRIFIED by the condition of the car. I wish I had read other reviews warning of the dealership s history of bait-and-switch tactics. Do not under any circumstances consider buying a car from this dealer without having an independent party inspect it BEFORE you buy it.

We drove 3 hours for a vehicle. After I test drove the vehicle I changed my mind not once but three times. Vehicles are as described. I put Peter the sales man through hell. He was an awesome sport though. Had a good positive attitude the whole time! Awesome salesman, awesome dealership.

I bought the 2018 Lincoln mkz from prestige auto mall and all I can say is, I had a great experience with the people that work here. I look through the comments and I see negative ones and it accurs to me that these negative comments not all, but most sound like "your problems" for instance. I bought may car and found out 3 months later, that it was 3 courts low on oil. Come on now your buying a used vehicle from a company where the vehicle warrant explicitly says "AS IS" I would suggest to anyone buying a vehicle new or used to take it to a shop to get a quick look at and or tune up. You never know what could be going on under the hood machines are built by machines and they are not always perfect. And then there is. It's not the same as the pictures or what they said for one they take a whole film strip of their cars and they will also walk around the car with a camera and show you every inch of the car if you ask them to do so It's your right to see a vehicle and have it looked at top to bottom before purchasing so if you seen something else or not what you thought it was then you must have been looking at a different vehicle entirely because they make sure you see every spec of dirt blown on it when it was delivered from its previous owner/ers. Again as I said most of these negative remarks are problems that could have been avoided if you asked more questions and had the car thoroughly inspected before buying these people don't force you to buy a vehicle, hell at one point when asking questions they said ok call us back later we will be here. I am thinking to my self hell they don't even care to sell it but what I realize is they give you your space to make your own decisions I never felt once that I was being forced to buy anything. Your buying a used vehicle I wouldn't suggest taking the word of anyone so like I said you have the right to have every inch of that vehicle looked at before buying. People will always have their complaints they expect things to be perfect or in great shape if you wanted that then you should buy a new vehicle but when it comes to buying from prestige auto mall like I did, you will find out for your self that your treated fairly with the outmost respect and that they are working on your side they are not crooks nor are they out to scam you all they do is do what you ask of them and finalize your decisions. When buying a used car it's no one's fault but your own if you don't ask questions and have the car thoroughly inspected if you have any doubt before buying. I enjoyed my experience with prestige auto mall my vehicle was nicer than I even expected runs smooth and if I had money for another vehicle I'd buy the McLaren from them they treated me well and if you decide to buy from them you will be to. Thanks again Bryce with prestige auto mall oh and from start to finish it was only 3 days to have my car shipped and in my driveway.

Bought a car from Mo about 6 weeks ago. Had a great experience, very personable, very knowledgeable and an all-around great guy. Unfortunately I was involved in an accident (not my fault) and that vehicle was totaled.When I looked for a new vehicle, I knew exactly who to call. I went back and bought another vehicle from Mo. If you are in the market for a new ride, definitely give mo a shot. Awesome guy and you will leave happy in your new car.Highly recommend Prestige to anyone.

Purchased my car from the dealership out of state from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. Bryce was my sales man/ brother helped me every step of the way and even Delivered my car to my driveway in the picture. I read the reviews of the dealership and I went ahead bought the car with out test driving it and even seeing it in person. They were honest and easy going but Bryce was the man that made it all happen for me salute to him he got me an extra key answered my calls and questions every-time. I didn t mind waiting 12 days to get the car I was out of town anyways. They just have a weird process for Navy Fed cashier checks that should clear and be able to drive off the lot with your car that day but you have to wait a few days for it to clear I was told. So be patient if you really want the vehicle and they will take care of you. My car had 22s on it and the best price with in 5 neighboring states which was the best deal online at the time so I m thankful. No issues with the car whatsoever so I m a happy customer. Can t speak for those who have been disappointed and like business not everytime you win but I can speak for those who had great transaction to get the car they want that works. Thanks you guys.

I recently purchased a 2018 Yaris from Prestige Auto. We live out of state, so I was happy to see that Prestige offers delivery, and the price wasn t bad either. Ron was the salesman who helped us. He was very knowledgeable and responsive- I have no complaints there!I was, however, very disappointed when I received the car. It smelled very strongly of oil and there were no signs that it was cleaned on the inside. The worst parts were marks on the ceiling and very dirty-looking seats. The outside was very clean and nice-looking.When I went to look in the trunk, it would not close. The latch on it wasn t locking it in place. The dealership was happy to look at it- if we were to drive 10 hours to take it to them. It was unfortunate that we had to pay to get it fixed out of our own pockets. When we took it to the shop, the owner checked it over for us. A piece of trim needed to be clipped back into place and it was also out of antifreeze.I was also disappointed to find that the front of the car had been drilled in order to put the Prestige Auto tag on (pictures below).In conclusion, the car itself is nice and drives well, but has cosmetic issues that should have been cleaned and/or fixed before it was shipped to us. I am appalled that the dealership would drill holes in the front of the car just to hang their tag on it. For a car with only 31,000 miles, it was much more dirty than it should have been.

We bought a 2016 ford explorer in August with the warranty they recommended so everything will be covered. 1 week over 6 months later and our car is in the shop needing a ptu. The great warranty we paid for will not cover it because they are saying the dealer knew about it and they sold it like that anyways. Save your money, this dealer has no integrity. They knew they what they were doing and unfortunately we were the sorry people who paid for the warranty and now have to come out of pocket 6000 plus dollars so that the car we have only had for 6 months doesn t become a paperweight. Here s a photo of the ptu that broke but the warranty inspector said that it was leaking for 9+ months.

Bought a Porsche Macan GTS a little over a year ago with clean car fax. In 18 months corroded connector on air suspension, rotators and calipers needed replaced, leather on dash cracked and now entire rack and pinion failed. About $8k in repairs so far. Took vehicle to Porsche, their first question, was this car in an accident, because there is body shop overspray under the hood and in engine bay ? Nope clean car fax. Was it clean or fabricated? Beware. I will research and take appropriate action if falsified. Looks like I ll lose $6k+ in a sale or trade. Gave a1 because 0 isn t an option.

I purchased a Volvo XC60 from this group that was marketed as having heated seats. I noticed a few days after purchasing the car that the drivers side heated seat is not working. It has taken me 3 weeks of calling to get a Sales Manager to speak with me, they have failed to return my calls each time. As of now they are claiming their service record shows the seat was working and because it is sold "as is" they cannot do anything for me.I am sad to say my experience has been frustrating throughout the entire process of purchasing this car.- It took around 4 hours to get the paper work done.- The salesman talked up their extended warranty only for me to see it was an extra $3000+ on top of the sale price of the car after they had drawn up the financing documents.- I asked for the car to be detailed before I left, it appeared only the cup holders were cleaned out.- The air pressure in the tires was not checked, they were all 10-15psi under the recommended pressure when I got home.- I had to top of the engine coolant and washer fluid within a few days of purchasing- Each time I have called they have sounded as if they could care less about this issue. In speaking with a manager yesterday I was told I didn t receive a call back because he was too busy making deals.

I searched for a vehicle for months before my daily driver decided to start having some serious issues. After searching Autotrader I found a 2015 Audi A6 for sale at this dealership. I called immediately, excited to speak to a salesmen and make sure the car was still available. During this conversation I specifically asked if there was any known issues with the car, since I will be driving to Akron, OH from outside of Lansing, MI. I was reassured multiple times this car was in perfect condition and I would have no surprises . I got down to the dealership with an hour before close and took the car on a quick test drive. Financing went through without an issue and I was given the keys. I was told I had all the information to get registration and that ended up not being true. There was multiple pieces of misinformation and lack of documentation to get a title transfer and register it in my state of Michigan. Even though I made it extremely clear where I was driving from. The next day I noticed a slight hesitation at idle and vibration. I took it to the Audi dealership to get it inspected and they found a slash on the inside driver front tire (impossible to see without jacking the car up), engine mounts are leaking hydraulic fluid, and the PCV valve is failing Im very disappointed in this purchase and would not recommend this dealership.

Saw this Kia Sorento 2 weeks ago and made an appointment to see it. Moe was excellent and very helpful with everything. I live an hour away, so finding the right timing between work was hard. However, Moe was understanding and very accomadating. He was respectful and knowledgeable. Great place to find a car. Great cars, good prices, good sales professionals!

I flew in from out of state to purchase a car. deal had already been made and finances had already been taken care of. good car in the advertised pictures and a good history. when I arrived I found there was around a 10 x 10 peeled tear in the passenger seat rendering it effectively unserviceable. this information wasn t disclosed to me pre flight. I don t think it s too much to ask that a car advertised with 4 seats does actually come with 4 functional seats I still planned on purchasing the car if the dealer would agree to pay for the cost of replacing the leather section that had been torn. I had to purchase a hotel room for the night and an expensive last minute return flight home. I m not stating this is a common experience with this dealer however it was my experience.

Just purchased a 2020 Tesla Model X. I was able to finalize the deal on the Tesla through Hugh Lipscomb at a phenomenal price, and was also given one of the best trade values for my Jeep. As an out-of-State buyer, I was able to communicate directly with Hugh through email, text, and phone calls. He was responsive to all questions, and advocated to get me a a slightly higher value for the trade - He even helped out finding a lower shipping cost making it the lowest priced Model X Performance in the country. The whole process was easy and buyer friendly.
