Easy. You go in, follow directions. Please don't give the employees a hard time. They can't control the condition of your vehicle. They cannot forge documents that are printed up by a machine. I've seen some terrible behavior from people. Be kind to them, they are providing a service.

It wasn't crowded. The woman conducting the echeck knew what she was doing and was very polite. It was in and out no fuss no muss.

We are being taken advantage of by having a check in Summit county. There's no reason for it on earth. It is a major inconvenience and needs to be stopped!

Since e Check is a necessary evil, this location made the process pretty painless. The staff was polite, well mannered and even seemed happy to be working. The place was clean. I got in without a wait, and process was over in about eight minutes.Service: Emissions testingService: Emissions testing

I've gone here for all E-Checks since they opened. Everyone is fantastic, and always has been throughout the years.

The lady who helped me (lane 1) was very nice and sweet! She explained everything very well and answered all my questions even about another vehicle I didn t bring. I usually go to Brown St (also very good) but glad I came to State Rd as she helped set a great tone for the day! Thank you!

Great place, I was in and out in no time. Never had a problem or issues so far. Just always come prepared such as paperwork and vehicle condition and your visits will be a breeze. If not too sure what's needed don't hesitate to ask questions at the tag and registration or at the E-check itself. Drive and stay safe out there everyone.

Great experience. I was unable to use the self check but the team at this location was able to assist me immediately. They were all polite and made me feel comfortable as they took care of my vehicle with sanitized materials and face masks. They also did a great job of explaining what they were doing or needed to do.

Used the self serve kiosk and it went pretty smoothly. Had a little trouble connecting to my car but I figured it out very quickly and got a move on

As much as nobody wants to do any Jack! They were fast efficient kind and respectful! Those are a lot of qualities that you look for when you go for customer service!

I arrived just before closing time. No cars in line. Was able to get in and out. Had an older gentleman doing my E-Check, but he was very friendly and thorough. Would recommend this one over other locations.

Completely impressed and 100% shocked at the customer service and timely inspection!! I will recommend this E-Check station to everyone I know. We spent less than 10 minutes here, total!!! The gentleman who greeted us at arrival was incredibly helpful and courteous, he opened my door for me! I will be doing a review for them on the link they provide now at the close of the inspection and giving 5 stars as many times as possible!! To the gentleman this morning, thank you for your opening my door!! It didn't go unnoticed and this is the best way I know to thank you!!#ChivalryLivesAtECheck

Old man very rude ! I want people do not go there , old man mannerless person I have ever met . he talks very loudly and yelling us . He s very disrespectful man ! If you don t like your job . you have a option to quit your job and my suggestions is talks very kinds to others peoples !

Gets the job done.Self-serve kiosk is simple too, just make sure you know where to find your VIN & OBD port if you use it.

That we have to do it is a pain...but free! I didn't pass cause engine light came on..so they ran a test and got the code for me. Easy peasy took it in and said....heres the issue! Yes it'll take a few more days. But that they were so helpful and polite was a bonus that made a not so good moment....very doable. I appreciated their honesty and help.

Fast service friendly polite workers. Like the way it's done now you stay with car move up then wait for 2 minutes at the back for them to finish then you get back in and drive forward you don't go in room and wait. Thanks for great service

In and out in under 20 minutes! Yes, I did have to get out of the car. The man that took care of my car was in no rush and has seen many full moons... Best not to go there if you're in a hurry.

Besides struggling to find spare time to come here just to waste it, I can't really complain. Frank was a sweetheart; quick and efficient as he possibly could be to get me going on my way.
