My husband and I came here to return some break pads and rotors we no longer needed (unused, still in box, and receipt provided), and the employee who helped us (believe his name was Louie) was insanely rude. I totally understand needing to know why we were returning them, but he kept very rudely insisting we needed to keep them and then when we said for the 3rd time we didn t need them, he punched the refund amount into the register and said Take these parts somewhere else and let us keep our frickin money . He did eventually give us the refund, but it was after a very pushy back and forth. We will definitely not be back.

Got a new car and a lot of the light bulbs went out. So, I've been here a bunch of times. Louie has gone above and beyond to help me get the right parts, as well as explaining things to me. Going to an auto parts store can be anxiety inducing, so I SO appreciate the kindness and information I have gotten. I absolutely will keep coming back as I need to.

Received wrong part, had to go to warehouse, for faster retrieval. Not entirely, on O'Reilly. Other issues occurred, 'cuz there was too many "hands", involved.

They went above and beyond today helping us find wiper blades that fit our car. Two different guys got involved and they even tried multiple blades until they got the right ones, I was so thankful. And they were SO nice and friendly while doing it!! Best best best auto parts place I ve ever been. I ll be going here from now on.

I usually have a great experience here but today was different. I bought more parts than my mechanic needed so I came to return them. When I brought the parts in and told them I needed to return them one of the three men clearly wasn't happy with my decisions. He said I bought them then I must have needed them. I told him I bought intentionally bought more in case my mechanic needed them. My mechanic said I don't, so I need to return these. He was laughing and shaking his head. Not good customer service.

Closed early. Showed up a couple minutes till nine last night and the doors were locked, needed a quick part, the people saw me and instead of opening the door they crept to the back, slowly closed the office door and acted like they tried to hide from me even though I could plainly see them and it wasn't even nine o'clock yet. Could have easily checked me out while doing their closing work in a couple minutes while they were supposed to be open anyway. Thanks!

It's not that often that an individual inspires me to wanna brag about them at this level....Samantha for the second time...but this time really working hard to find a bolt for my daughter's car...we dud not find it in the many trys but she used every option at her expense, Google and matching part numbers as I watched her worked I had to stop her and thank her, a true thinker that if given the opportunity to shine with the right leadership could do great things! Orileys move this one up the ladder!!Thank you, Samantha, my daughter, and I are thankful for people like you !

3 stars so farI had issues March 4th 2023 my first trip the part they sold me did not fit my car had to go back the second trip once I got home looks like the part they gave me might have been on a car already. The brake shims were damaged in the bracket had some rust on it. I will update my review once the situation is resolved by the manager Tony

After driving around NE Ohio, for the part I needed, only to discover it was the wrong part. This was after I was asked at this store repeatedly the same questions to assure it was the right part. So after discovering this was the wrong part by ( there trained staff) I called the store. Only to be indirectly called a liar by staff. Then the ( trained staffer blamed me for there mistake. Thats crossing the line!!!!! In any business. I hope the directect manager has better customer service then this guy's at this location. He will be here my case very soonNo accountability at all here

Generally knowledgeable and friendly. Only once did I have a guy that was clearly having a bad day. Most recent visit the guys were extremely helpful and walked the customer to the back of the store instead of guiding them on an odyssey to find a part. This location is convenient and it s always well stocked.

Good experience. Came in for oil, one of the off duty workers went into the back to grab the counter guy for me. Everybody was helpful and friendly. Shelves appear well stocked if a bit in the smallish side for inventory variety. Definitely my go-to shop now.

The Gentleman tried very hard to help with my need for new wipers, even offering to order them. I appreciate that a lot! Not five stars simply because they weren't in stock.

They always have the parts I need, staff seems they are car guys which is nice to see. Prefer them over some of the other guys.

Today I went to this store after leaving a competitor store. All I have to say is, when I called this location when I was sitting in a competitors parking lot asking about some pricing and price matching, the guy I spoke with was extremely helpful. They pulled the parts I needed from the shelf and had them ready for me when I got to the store. This is the second experience I have had in this store and I feel that they are very knowledgeable. The customer service is always great.

Bad company to work for. They got their stock price to go way up after putting freeze on new employees and overworking their current under payed employees right after covid started. They even asked employees to buy into stocks this summer after the price plateau.Probably still one of the better parts stores to buy from.

Liking O'Reilly's more and more, and seem to even have more locations than AutoZone or Advanced. Always have the parts I've needed too.

Twice now I've gone in here for help replacing a headlight bulb. Both times, they found exactly what I needed and even installed it for me! Kind, respectful, and helpful staff, even to someone like me who doesn't know much about cars. I'm a repeat customer for sure.

I bought a battery in Louisiana it was still under warranty, I didn't have my receipt, all they did was punch in my number they came out and tested it helped me change my battery and I was on my way! Great service great people

It appears most of their employees are unable to consider additional factors to suggest appropriate parts needed unless a computer tells them what to do.l, suggesting these folks don't actually work or know how to work on cars. The assistant manager couldn't recognize he hasn't completed my sale. Had me sign the wrong customers reciept. After 3 trips to get the sale correct. Needless to say I would NOT recommend returning unless desperate .

If you need general auto products, like car wash, towels, etc. Expect to pay twice or more what is worth. Price per pound, Terry towels cost more than filet mignon.

Had to give a quick review of this location. Before I stopped here I went to AutoZone first because I figured why not, it s closer. I needed to get refrigerant for my ac because it was blowing out hot air and it was near 100 degrees outside. The manager tried to help me but couldn t because he said my knobs were different. He told me my best bet was taking it into the shop and most likely a screw wasn t put on right... my car hasn t had work done on it since I ve gotten it 2 years ago. Just oil changes & my front tires changed. I wasn t gonna go anywhere else because I figured if he couldn t do anything O Reillys couldn t either but I gave it a shot. I went in, explained to the manager Earl what was going on and he looked at my ac unit anyways. He couldn t understand why the manager at AutoZone couldn t do anything just because the knobs were different. He explained to me that yes they were but he was so much more informative than AutoZone. I drive a 2015 Dodge Dart and I needed a different type of refrigerant, AutoZone could ve just told me that but didn t. Earl looked up exactly what I needed and explained everything to me. He said unfortunately they aren t allowed to do that for me but he suggested I NOT go to the shop because it ll just cost me more in the end. He gave me all the info I needed to get exactly what I needed for my car. He and the other employees were so helpful and kind. I would definitely recommend this location!

I recently moved and started using this store. Guys are friendly, know their stuff. Dont try to upsell stuffYou dont need. Something is always on sale. Good parts store of you are in the area.

Good place to get your parts for your car. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are willing to explain what you need to do ans,also lend you small tools.

They went out of their way and delivered me an oil filter after Advanced sold me the wrong one and wouldn't deliver me the right one. I'll be doing my business with them for now on.
