Technician was very helpful and knowledgeable helped me out and saved me a good amount of money. They don't have to look everything up on a computer and can definitely help with one off or custom stuff or that project you are working on that may not be a stock replacement part. Have to use them more often!

Top notch store and even better service!!!! Outstanding group of guys that know their stuff.Took some rotors in to get turned and they came out looking new. Bead blasted clean and crosshatching on the machined facing.Almost didn t believe they were same ones I dropped off a hour earlier. Can t say enough good things with the experience I had today. Thanks guys. I ll be back for sure and tell everyone I know.

I've been buying parts there since the 80's- quality parts and great service. If they don't have some part in stock, they can usually get it later that day, or the next day.

As a Service Manager for a major retail chain with over 20 years in automotive field I highly recommend Front Automotive NAPA. Many of the team members have been there as long as I have used their services and are experts in the area with a treasure trove of knowledge. The Machine Shop I would recommend above any others in the area. I would suggest them over AutoZone, Advanced Auto, O'Reilly's, Federated, and other chain automotive parts store in the area aside from Car Parts Warehouse. You will pay a premium price for premium parts at NAPA but in my opinion the parts are superior to other aftermarket parts. Would have rated them a 5 out of 5 but the customer service is less than desirable. If you call expect to be put on hold and don't expect the friendliest service. In their defense they are typically very busy.

Way too small to be of assistance for anything other than your most basic vehicle parts needs. After asking for three very common Kia items, I just had to shop elsewhere.

Shady crooks. Make you you have a mechanic friend talk to them on the phone before getting work done, especially if you are a female. They are thieves with no conscience who will charge you for bogus stuff.

Old school Napa store complete with machine shop services. They are a great local resource if you like to work on your car.

Man....why doesn't auto zone follow NAPAs lead. If you can't find a part at auto zone, chances are NAPA has it..
