I can t thank you enough for everything you ve done for me. I can t imagine what the people who worked on my car went through. You took a 17 year old car with original parts and 260,000 miles on it and got me back on the road again. My car runs good and handles beautifully. Thanks for your kindness and everything you ve done for me.

Got my car in fast and did an amazing job and will for sure use them in the future for my Volkswagen! Fixed my oil leak and changed out my spark plugs. Dan & the crew at Motortech are absolutely fantastic. A $2,500 quote from the Stow Chevrolet dealership turned into a $650 fix with Motortech. Everyone there is very skilled & also very friendly. I will be using them for any work I need done in the future.

Best service. Dan will go above and beyond and snap finance is every week but 25 a week for 1000 when car needs to be safe is the best option in my opinion. I had no credit and it helped I was amazed. It helped when I thought it wouldn't.

Just got a last-minute fix done on our break lights. They changed them right then and there, and we were able to get on our way asap. Great customer service, and inexpensive, too! Definitely recommend

My radiator blew and messed up my alternator so I took it here and they had it up a running the day after. A week passes and my engine is overheating so we stop by and they bled the air out and fixed it for no charge. A couple days pass and I m driving to a family members house (45 minutes) and in the last ten or so minutes my engine begins overheating again and I took it to a local trusted shop, and I m told that my car is effectively useless because a head gasket blew and warped a bunch of stuff and that the mechanics who worked on it earlier (motor tech) , have overcharged me an incredible amount and did not fix my car properly. More or less it took a malfunction, and two trips to motor tech to effectively turn my car into a brick. Thanks guys :)

I first went to Motortech because they advertised having affordable rental cars for customers who needed work done on their vehicles. I've kept going back because they are honest and warranty their work. It also helps that they have partnered with multiple places that can provide financing for costly repairs so I don't have to choose between fixing the car and paying the mortgage.

This place is amazing! The staff is beyond helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I went in for the first time for an oil change and they stood by their over the phone quote. One gentleman even gave up some of his commission to make up for cost since an error had been made in my quote. This is a stand up company with top notch customer service, which is hard to find anymore. The work is done neat and cleanly and timely. If you are looking for a reliable, quality repair shop with wonderful customer service that values their customers, then you need to bring your vehicles to them!! Highly recommend.

The staff was nice, but the experience was less than desirable. My SOs car was having issues shifting out of park, and I didn't have enough time to fix it myself, but I knew that either the solenoid was bad or a wire had disconnected from the harness. After calling and confirming my appointment and letting them know what the issue was, they told me they'd have to do an inspection, costing money on its own. Okay, fine. Then the next day they call me saying that they'd have to do circuit checks to find the issue, and it'd be upwards of $200 for the checks and repair, though I had given them the two points where there could be an issue. Now I'm no certified mechanic, and I'm sure they get people telling them the issue all the time and the issue being elsewhere, but I was 99% confident that was the issue. At this point I figured we could manage until I had some free time to fix it and told them I'd just come and pick it up. I missed a call from them on my way there, but when I got there, the problem was fixed! A broken wire in the harness, like I said on the phone before I brought the car in. I was then charged for the initial inspection which revealed nothing according to the receipt, and didn't have any feedback on it that I could use for future diagnoses of possible issues (this car has several, this was just the most pressing), as well as for a circuit check which cost over $50 to put a wire back into the harness. Maybe there was more to it that I wasn't aware of, so be it, I paid for the work. I get back into the car, and the center console, arm rest, and shifter are all apart in the back seat, leaving me to have to put it back together myself.TLDR: Staff is nice, but probably not the best shop if you know precisely what the problem is, because their procedures are costlier than other places that will just fix the issue you present them with.

Extraordinary service! I happened here by chance as my van broke down with me and my kids while shopping and Larry took care of us. He put us at ease, gave us a car to drive until my van was done (about 2 days as they were closed for Thanksgiving) and had great rates. If you're in the market for an honest mechanic, motortech is your spot. I still cannot believe how courteous they were. I highly recommend them!

Patrick and Chris were so much fun, and so incredibly helpful! They fixed my car SUPER quickly, and did a wonderful job. The $15/day car rental during repairs SAVED ME! They kept me laughing the whole time, and are obviously pros at what they do. I couldn t have had a better experience!!!

I've brought several cars here multiple times, and I've always gotten great service. Repairs are done quickly and at a fair price (you get what you pay for in auto repair, so I don't want to say it was cheap), and the fixes have always held up over time. I will definitely continue taking my business to Motortech.

Motortech and Dan did a great job with a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. He fit me in on the same day and provided answers to all my questions about the inspection. I felt very comfortable going to them. Highly recommend them!

Thinking my battery needed jumped, I called AAA. They determined it was my starter and not the battery.Being new to the area I had no clue where to tell them to tow the car. Checking Google and reading the reviews on MOTORTECH plus the fact they have been in business 45+ years, I called, got an estimate for a new starter and had the car towed there.Before end of business that day they called with firm cost plus noticed another issue that I knew needed addressed. I gave the ok, they had my car ready at 5:00 pm the next day.I had forgotten to ask them to check my tire pressure but went back and asked and they did it right then for me.Met the owner and will use them in the future.Service: Engine repair

I recently had a concerning warning alert on my car. It was recommended to be taken to the dealership of my particular car. The dealership was awful and gave me a $1700 estimate to fix the car without an explanation. I decided to take to MOTORTECH for second opinion. I used a rental car from them which was a huge lifesaver. After spending a tremendous amount of time on my car in a very thorough evaluation, it was determined that indeed that part did not need fixed. MOTORTECH saved me $1700!! I am so grateful. They were kind and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Took 4 days to fix an evap leak. Had to wait for parts to be ordered. Then the tools apparently broke . Owner called saying it would be ready the next day. Went in and the other guys say they re still waiting on replacement tool, so it s not ready. Really? Basic communication skills dude. Not anyone s fault but the owners. Would not recommend going here for any reason as relatives of mine have all had similar experiences.

Do not go here. Went in for a replacement on a few radiator hose came out, very displeased! Charged me $480 for simple hoses and when I called my dealer to quote the parts they ranged it between $260-280 with labor. They ripped me off, and then they wouldn t comply with their window decal that says they match prices. Not only that, when I used their rental I received a blue Nissan Juke that had a beer can in the back cup holder open and empty. What if I would have gotten pulled over ? Last embarrassing note for this company my car smelled like cigarette smoke for 3 days after having it in there. The worst mechanic repair shop I have ever been to hands down. Id give zero stars if I could.

In my business being on time and dependable is a must, and this shop was all that and more! I was worried about being stuck without a car while mine was down because of brake issues, but Larry took perfect care of me, got my car done fast and even put me in a rental with no hassle. They have earned a lifelong customer and will be the topic of conversation anytime car issues come up on or off the air! This place is great! They get you estimates and repair your vehicle quickly. My favorite thing about this shop is the rental cars for only $14.95. Now my wife doesn't have to be left without a car while mine is in the shop.

Called about a problem with our steering. Was able to get the car into the shop the same day I called. Was offered a rental to use while they looked at the car. Had the car fixed in less than 24hrs. Friendly service and affordable. Very happy with the service.

I have been coming here for 2 years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Larry has been wonderful each time I have had a car there. I recently have been working with Cory who has been extremely helpful & honest regarding the repairs need to my vehicle. I also recommended my Mom to Motortech and she also was very satisfied. Thank You to the staff for always providing my Family & I with excellent service!

I had my car worked on by them on and off for over 4 months and kept returning with the same issue and they were still trying to charge me more. Almost $1500 later and plenty of headache, I was still left with the same issue. They did not guarantee any of their work and pretty much kept shooting in the dark. They charged me ridiculous amounts for labor that didn't produce any results. Pretty much the end result was, they weren't willing to fix the issue on my 4th return unless they could charge me even more. Their a joke, the turnover is insane and no one knows what they are doing. I had a friend go to them as well with a equally displeasing experience and still same car issues. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You would think since they are such novice in this industry that they would at least have better rates. They are awful and still want to over charge you. I don't know how this place is still in business.

Decent and timely repair. But they installed 143$ per strut LS33-80091B Autozone struts and charged me 248.38$ per strut cost. That makes the total cost equivalent to dealer repair. Next time I will just let dealer do the job, at least I got Ford parts.What s interesting is that I have inquired about the part they installed before I pay, the manager said if use OEM it would be 100$ per part more expensive. Apparently I got fooled.---After the response of the owner admits he overcharged me the part price and justify it by I agreed the price before repair, and have no intention of right their wrong. I now lower the rate to one star.This complain is not only about the repair price. It is about MOTORTECH take advantage of me when I come for a repair, been very dishonest about the part price, and have no regret of doing that. This means you will not hesitate to do the same thing to another customer again, hell of a good reason for any future customer to stay away from you. Owner blamed computer problem for the wrong pricing and refunded me 108$.

Day started out with grinding sounds coming from my front tires that made me wonder if they were going to fall off. Larry and team got me in, provided an inexpensive rental car while they worked on fixing my brakes, and everything went smooth as silk. Car's running great. I highly recommend Motortech.

This is the worst place to ever bring a car. He ruined mine. Put 3 sensors in wrong, denied he did it, and totally ruined my car. He refuses to take responsibility for this. This is not a fake review. I fully expect Larry to claim it is. Do yourself, and your car, a favor. Stay as far away from these amateur backyard mechanics as you can. I fully believe they either have no idea what they are doing, or Larry has them break things in order to bring in more business. This man is a hack mechanic, and this business should be shut down. I would rate 0 stars, but it won't let me. Please stay away from here if you value your car.

I thought I only needed a battery, but one of the terminal clamps was broken, so autozone sent me here. It was late in the day, and during a very cold spell when everyone was having car problems. They were able to find the parts nearby and get me fixed up and out the door. Very nice, helpful and efficient. I have never been here before but I will certainly be back when I need a repair after the way they treated me today.

This is the most honest garage I have ever been to. They explain everything so I can understand and make an educated decision, I called around and found they have extremely fair pricing, they also have cheaply priced rental cars that is extremely convenient. Thank you so much to Larry and the guys, I will be a customer for life.

I love that Larry provided me with a rental overnight so that I could get to work the next day while they work on my car.Larry and Dan are friendly and professional. Prices are good and the work was thorough.I'll be going back for all of my car repair needs.
