I have dealt with a lot of used car dealerships in my life and they usually are the most stressful and disappointing situation. Not the case with this company. From the jump they were very welcoming and kind, even after the vehicle i came to see ended up having some issues ( Altima toe and brake lines were in bad shape) they jumped on both and replaced them right away, at no cost to me. While I waited they were very welcoming. The mechanics in the shop were also amazing and even let me see everything that was going on. I wish I could give more stars and more praise. I will only deal with this family owned business from now on and I really recommend if anyone is in the market for a used cad that you go straight to them. They are a huge blessing. Thank you again for everything guys.

One day my hubby and I were looking for a vehicle for our family and we went to one place and they were rude and not professional. We came to Minnix Auto and WOW! The customer service was phenomenal! Zack and his dad were so welcoming and made us feel at home and worked with us. I m so glad we went to them. I won t go anywhere else. If you are looking for a vehicle GO they will hook you up! I just love love my Cadillac Escalade!! THANK YOU MINNIX AUTO SALES !

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped me find the car i have always wanted, it was in great condition. Will be returning for any future vehicle purchases. Would highly recommend this place.

Just picked up a 2010 Ford F-150 they were a pleasure to deal with and very quick, the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they have a mechanic on site, however the truck does need an alignment (understandable if they don t have the machine to do it) and the tire pressure monitor light is on but they said since it doesn t technically affect the driving it wasn t worth the time to fix it which was a little frustrating because now I need to go to a mechanic shop and pay out of pocket when it could ve been done on site.I would recommend them if you re looking for a vehicle anytime but the car/truck may need a few things done when purchasing from them.Update : The truck I purchased needs about $2000 of work done so it makes sense why I got the deal I did.

I recently had my car serviced at this local dealership, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous, making the whole process smooth. The service was completed promptly, and they even went the extra mile to explain the details. Overall, a top-notch experience, and I highly recommend them for excellent service. Five stars!

My son-in-law and daughter had A+ service at Minnix Auto Sales in Cuyahoga Falls. The entire process from test drive to signing on the dotted line only took two hours-owner Zac is a true professional! I got a great deal on a low mileage 2013 F-150. The downside is that I had to spend just under a thousand dollars to fix the transmission (the lead frame was bad) literally the day after I bought the truck. Test drive them thoroughly before purchasing! The owner called and offered to pay �of the transmission repair cost even though it was an 'as is' sale. I'd buy from them again.

My husband and I purchased a car in the beginning of October this year. When we went in, the salesmen were kind, spoke to us about our family, children, and need for a reliable vehicle while we were at the desk completing the paperwork for our purchase. Not even 24 hours after getting our vehicle home, all of the lights on the lift gate stopped working. We were pulled over that night by local traffic control and given a warning. My husband then contacted the dealership, and was told to bring the car in to be looked at. We did, and after giving us a problem looking at it all they told us was yep! There s a problem have a great day. Now, the car won t even start or run after owning it for just two months. This dealership is the stereotypical used car lot for sure. If you re looking for something reliable like my husband and I were, take your business elsewhere. This is not a place of good business.In reply to your response my husband stated it would have been a good deal for the vehicle had it been a reliable one, as we thought we were buying. A minor issue would not be one that would make the vehicle not legally operable as we had discussed when we contacted you the DAY AFTER PURCHASING. not days later. The whole electric system of the car is shot. Not something that would have happened in the short time of us owning it. You didn t tell my husband your mechanics would fix it. You told my husband to get it diagnosed elsewhere and we could purchase parts through you at lower cost for a vehicle we just bought. We trusted you because we were referred by a trusted friend. And clearly should not have. Now a mother and her children have been left stranded multiple times, and left without a way to attend import medical appointments, while her husband is hundreds of miles away for work. As was the reason for seeking a RELIABLE vehicle. You are aware of what you did. And we were reasonable in asking for you to make it right. Even had you offered to trade vehicle for one more reliable on your lot that was priced at a lower amount, and us still pay the same, that would have been sufficient. We contacted you not even 24 hours after leaving your lot. You can say you pride yourself in customer service, however in case you weren t aware this is nothing to pride yourself in. What your business did is wrong.

I bought a car from here and it was a very pleasant experience. Car fax was presented to me promptly and I was allowed to inspect the car with the mechanic on duty. Who coincidentally happened to be a friend of mine and is a master mechanic. Completely trust his opinion and work.The owner did work with me on the price so that I could purchase the vehicle. Not much so don't get the wrong idea but enough for me to use the form of payment I needed to. Would definitely come back again in the future because this is a quality car lot. The vehicles are serviced before sale and the owner is transparent.

I recently purchased a super adorable MINI Cooper Clubman S, and she is perfect.I had a very pleasant experience working with David and Zac. Neither pressured me for anything during any step of the process and were very kind. This isn t a sleazy used car lot place, it s very professional and they don t have to hit you with the ole salesman razzle-dazzle because they stand behind their vehicles.Zac helped me with financing and got me an excellent rate and payment. Not to mention, I drove over 3 hours for my MINI and everything was ready when I got there. Super painless. Very happy with my purchase and experience. She s been so fun to drive.

David sold me a very Nice Porsche Cayenne at a very fair price. His collection of used cars ranges from affordable high end European models to more mundane domestic vehicles. This Mom and Pop dealership not only sells cars, but is really more full service with a service center as well. I had a small hitch in my purchase, David's file showed two keys, but only one could be located. The cost for getting a replacement was $600 ! After I sent David documentation he promptly mailed me a reimbursement. I'll definitely start my next car search at Minnix.

Dinged up my credit score and couldn't get me financing two / three tries . I went to kia next day and they got me approved in under 3 mins and saved me $3000 on the same car / same miles with a good title instead of a salvage title.. Nice guy but no coffee or water offered at dealership and isn't well connected for financing.

Great staff, great communication. If you are in the market for a used reliable fair priced car, don t go to the big box stores and get ripped off, or hassled, buy smart, buy local.Love my new Audi, thanks guys !

My experience was great! Was an out of state buyer and the communication was incredible throughout the process. Owner gave me his personal number and was available every step of the way.Also worked with me to get the truck to my location, keeping me updated throughout delivery process. Highly recommend ! 5 Stars all the way!!

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE. We had bought a car and had it 1 day had problems and dealership did not want to hear anything.We thought we were buying a reliable vehicle for our family. Now the vehicle is a paperweight. Will not start. Dealership doesn't care what they are selling and to who. JUST TAKING YOUR MONEY AND couldnt GIVE A CARE IN THE WORLD.

Bought a truck from them that was overpriced, typical for a dealership. Cherry on top was them stealing my jiu jitsu keychain which was a gift during a detailing. They lied about it and tried to instigate a fight which would ve ended poorly on their part. Zack, don t pick fights with people who train regularly to be a professional. Goofy guy.

If you want or need a new car ,truck, or suv for a reasonable price Minnix Auto Sales is the best place to go. David Minnix is a straight forward and honest person ..wich going to a car lot you dont really expect.. David is very helpful with any questions you may have and will do his best to solve any issue you may have with the vehicle you want to purchase ...I will be going back to get my next vehicle in the future..11 out of 10 would recommend

I would like to thank Zac for helping us get into a used truck. We traveled from Pennsylvania about 140 miles. Was out there a week ago and found a truck. They got it all ready for us to pick up Sat Aug 19. We love it. Drove it home and had no issues. We will recommended Minnix to our friends here on Pa.
