Great customer service, quick and easy. Needed a hot patch for a screw in my tire , had a plug in it already but still had life on the tire. They patched both holes for a great price.

Jim and the staff and Leipold Tire are fantastic. They are fair and honest and will do what they can to save you money. Their recommendations are spot on. THE only place I will go for all my tire needs. (Drove 45 mins just to have the great service they provide) well worth the drive!!

Just bought four New tires there for an excellent price. Old tires were taken off. New ones balanced excellent price for road hazard and was in and out in an hour. Great service

Huge shout out to LEIPOLD TIRE on State Road in Cuyahoga Falls!!Three generations of my family have been taking vehicles there since I was a kid in the 70s.My 22 year old took his car in the other day for $1100 in repairs. They did not fix it due to the frame being too rusted out. Were honest and didn t do costly repairs on a dangerous vehicle. (Also huge shout out to WISE TOWING. Best price paid for scrap vehicle! Super fast pick up and payment!!! They literally picked up the car within one hour of me calling)

I absolutely love Leipold! I always take my car there for tires. They never try to upsell or overcharge. I took my car in yesterday to buy two new tires for the front. I had a tire that wouldn't hold air. I have always heard you should buy tires in pairs, so I took it in to replace the front two. They inspected it and said I didn't need new tires yet and fixed the tire that was leaking around the rim, and rotated and balanced my tires. I went in expecting to pay around $400 and only paid $29! They are friendly and very customer oriented. I highly recommended Leipold Tire!

I've been to Leipold twice now for breaks and then tires and each time has been fantastic. They've always been friendly over phone and in person. I'm always getting a good and fair price. They've always did good work. They're honest, fair, and friendly. Highly recommend! :)

Took my truck to them for new tires. They ended up ordering the tires then I switched the tire size on them and they were still more than happy to accommodate me. Great people and great service will definitely be bringing my wife s car there when she is due for new tires!

Everyone at Liepold Tire Co. Is very respectful, polite, and helpful. Their craftsmanship and dedication to their customers is phenomenal. Today they put a new 3 inch leveling kit, tires, and wheels on my truck, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend doing business here.

In Akron for work and had a tire go flat late last night on the interstate. Ask some of the locals for a recommendation for a local, family-owned tire repair shop and they immediately said Liepold!!! . I called and spoke with Landon to explain the situation and the pickle I was in. Landon was able to squeeze me into their BUSY schedule. Once I got here, they were extremely helpful in getting the spare out of the precarious position it was in under the truck. He then explained why it needed to be replaced and not repaired. They then went through all of the options, gave me an honest assessment which was the less expensive option. Thoroughly impressed with Landon and this great family business. If we ever have tire trouble in the future when we re back in town, I know exactly where we will be going! I HIGHLY recommend Leipold Tire!

True professionals! Very thankful for the time they spent fixing my vehicle (Balance on all 4 tires) after Walmart botched them all up and was driving with a crazy shimmy. Didn't have an appt but they got me in and out quickly. So many people were coming in for basic service and they knew the customers by name. Super impressive. Very friendly staff! Got a new customer with me! My mom goes there and I see why she does. Feel welcomed and it's good to know my vehicle is in good hands

Super friendly and informative staff, ordered tires in for me and called me the day they arrived. They were super busy the day I came to get my new tires on and I now know why-you can't beat their expertise! Will definitely be my first place to go next time my car is in need.

I used to think it ironic that I lived in Akron, Ohio but could not find an excellent tire store. Then a friend recommended Leipold, a locally owned family business. They are absolutely excellent, perfectly professional, superbly competent, punctual, affordable, and do free tire rotations. As important, they are generous with advice about tires if you ask. I couldn't be happier with their service; I only wish I had found them the first 25 years I lived in the rubber city.A telling experience, a few months after the above review: today I mistakenly made an appointment for a tire rotation (free after buying the tires there) and brake work at the Stow store rather than at the Falls store. When I arrived with grinding noises at the Falls store, despite being incredibly busy as always (a good sign at any business), Andy worked me into the schedule. The grinding of a cockeyed pad into the rotor was bad enough that I am not sure that I would have made it home to W Akron had I been told they couldn't do the job today. And it would have been entirely my mistake. Instead, Leipold rotated the tires and installed new pads and rotors (which they obviously had in stock) and took time to give me advice about All-Weather as opposed to All-Season tires, as I think we'll need tires next year. These guys work to educate consumers. They're honest, reasonably priced, and trustworthy.

These guys do a great job. They are fast, professional, and their pricing is very fair. Don't fall into the national chain trap. Support a good family owned local shop that's been in business since 1975. The founder still works there. They do classic cars, too. I just had tires ordered for my old Plymouth Duster, they did awesome. Pro tip--buy the road hazard protection. I am there right away if I pick up a nail, need a rotation, etc. It's all free.

These guys are really good. This is an honest, hardworking Christian crew that gets it done right at a reasonable price. This place is no secret, so either bring a good book, a fully charged phone, or make an appointment. They're always slammed.

I had to get 2 new tires put on today. They had my tires ordered and there within the same day. The service was awesome, fast and honest. My family has used them for 3 generations now and there is a reason!! I cannot recommend them enough.

I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so. Dennis, Landon, Logan, Andy and the mechanics are very informative and will make sure you get the highest quality work done and not break your bank. I bought tires for my truck and hands down they had THE best price around. I drove 45 minutes to their shop because of the level of professionalism and the quality of the work. If you are in the market for tires, brakes and suspension work ..I recommend them 10/10 times. Extremely satisfied!!!

The owner Dennis is great. It would be nice if all his personnel had his same demeanor. Dennis is the difference in Leipold. He is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and considerate. Dennis is a sole reason to return, time and time again. The others aren't rude, they just don't make you feel great. Owners usually care about everyone who walks through the door.. Bravo Dennis for building a great business. Hopefully others will eventually get it.

I've been counting on Leipold Tire Co Of Cuyahoga Falls for 30 years. I have never had a bad experience with the staff, or the quality of services and products.They installed new tires for me last week, and I am just as thoroughly satisfied this time as I've always been.If I have a problem, they are always courteous and helpful, they get the job done quickly, all at an affordable price.I will continue relying on their services for as long as I am able.Thumbs up!
