My first time ever financing a car in my 31 years and Jake made this such an easy and amazing experience I have never been so happy with the vehicle I got which is a 2016 GMC terrain! He worked with me on all the numbers broke it down and kept me well within my budget! Even since buying the vehicle he has text and checked how things were going and send a personalized video! I really appreciate the amazing experience and am so glad I chose to come to Lambert!

I worked with Jake who was awesome. Friendly, personable, true professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with great expertise. Brent in finance explained details thoroughly and was personable, friendly as well. Never felt pressured to buy. Truly a very positive experience for me. I am truly grateful for this, as I haven't always had good experiences with dealerships when buying a vehicle. However, Lambert Buick GMC knows what they are doing- providing a car buying experience that's exceptional to all others. Thank you, Jake and Brent!

I was referred to Scott by a co-worker and couldn t have been more pleased with my experience. He helped make the process of finding my daughter her first car completely pressure free. The smoothest car purchase I ve ever made. Garrett went above and beyond. We texted for almost two full days before I committed to buying the car. All of my questions were answered within 30 minutes or less. I purchased my car online in a different state and had it delivered sight unseen which was very nerve racking but they made the process as smooth as possible. Thanks for everything!

My husband and I had a great experience at Lambert s Buick GMC sales . Will Spencer was extremely helpful and very friendly . He also has such an amazing presence ,and sense of humor ! The world needs more people like Will! Thank you for selling us a beautiful Buick Enclave 2017 , and this car is everything I wanted and more . We are definitely telling all of our family and friends about this dealership!!! They made the decision very easy ,and the process to buy this beauty was very smooth! Keep up the great service . Jake Hugill was terrific. I recently purchased a new 2024 GMC Sierra. There was no pressure, he spent a good deal of time with me on the test drive and even stayed after closing to help me transport items from my old truck to the new one. He's been extremely responsive with additional questions I've had even after the sale. He was very knowledgable about the truck. The negotiation process was fair, it didn't involve 100 trips from Jake to the sales manager. I felt like I was taken care of and that we reached a fair agreement for both sides without feeling like I had to beat them up on price.

I purchased a new-to-me vehicle from Pat at Lambert Buick. Pat was a terrific salesman. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did everything he could to help make my deal possible. I could not have asked for a better salesman. He worked very hard to make sure I got the car I wanted and left the dealership a happy customer. I also need to give a big thank you to Colton in the finance office working the back-end of my deal to get me the best possible bank rate. You and Pat were one incredible team, and I can't say Thank You enough!!

My partner and I recently purchased a used car from Lambert Buick GMC, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional, We initiated our online inquiry after hours through their website to check the availability of a vehicle. The dealership promptly responded and ensured we would be contacted in the morning to confirm.John Marsillo took charge of our inquiry. Upon our arrival, John had already pulled the vehicle to the front, ready for our inspection. What struck us immediately was the calm atmosphere - John gave us the space we needed to review the vehicle without any pressure or hovering. His friendly demeanor made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Not only was John accommodating, but the entire staff at Lambert Buick GMC was also incredibly welcoming.When it came to financing, Colton Braden guided us through all the available options without pushing us towards any particular choice. Worked with Dave Siemon to purchase a 2021 GMC Terrain. Dave was great. Had the car detailed for us upon arrival. We drove 2 hours to see the car. Price was comparable to other GMC's in area. Was able to complete the paperwork rapidly and was headed for home. Will search for my next car for sure at Lambert GMC Buick.Wayne

I normally do not leave or post reviews but my recent experience with Zach and the rest of the service crew has been far and above my expectations and as such makes me want to share with anyone else looking to have service done at Lambert. Zach listened to my issues and went out of his way to address all my concerns never once trying to unnecessarily upsell me on anything - this is so refreshing in today's age of trying to only worry about the bottom line. Lambert has definitely won me as a customer from here forward. Thank you again and happy holidays

Car dealerships can be a weird place. However, Garrett and the people of Lambert Buick GMC are pretty alright. Never felt pressured to buy, never got hounded, and have been there multiple times for multiple test drives. Bought my last two Alfa Romeo's from them and the whole process, including a trade in, was pretty painless. Go check em out.

Great place, full of great people. The whole team has gone above and beyond and has earned my business for life. From top to bottom I was impressed. John Sedota is a class act that truly takes his time to make you feel comfortable and assured you're making the right decision. Recently purchased my third vehicle from him and Lambert and can't speak higher of the service provided.

I recently purchased my dream truck from Lambert Buick GMC . I must admit that the process was actually fun. My salesman, John Sedona, was fantastic. I explained to John, exactly what I was looking for. He showed me the truck, and explained in detail, the options on the truck. They went out of their way to see if I qualified for any discounts offered. There was zero pressure all the way through the process, including the finance department. If your looking for a GMC or Buick, I would recommend Lambert and John Sedona.

I had been shopping for a diesel Yukon/Suburban for 6 months before I called Lambert Buick GMC. They were out of state and over 4 hours away, but of all the dealerships I had called and of the sales persons I had talked to, Mike Wozniak was by far the most helpful and pleasant. The diesel Yukon they had was already sold, and Mike was understanding of my desire to find one on the lot instead of waiting the 6+ month order wait. He said if I changed my mind and decided to order, to give him a call. After 2 more months of no luck, I called Mike. Super smooth out of state and trade-in transaction. Could not have gone better. Everyone at Lambert was very accommodating and easy to work with, but Mike Wozniak definitely went above and beyond! Thank you

Assisted from the time I walked in. Gave Ron type of vehicle and price range and I was test driving a car within 15 minutes. I was shown several other vehicles so options were available. I arrived at approximately 9:30 am and owned a pre owned vehicle by 12:30pm. Including test drive. I was given a very fair offer for my car but grandson will be the benefactor.

I was looking for a specific car with specific options, and saw there was one here--a three hour drive from my home. After the experience here, I would drive double that distance again to buy fron Lambert Buick GMC. It was, by far, the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. It's a very real possibility I drive out here for my next vehicle needs strictly to deal with John Sdona (and Colton in finance) again. I cannot posssibly speak highly enough about the excellent service I received.

It's rare that people have great experiences at a dealership service department, but I did. The entire team took care of the issue with my truck radio. I did have to make two visits (Replacement part not initially available) to get it resolved but they did a great job and I am grateful for it. My truck is back to like new and I could not be happier. The only thing better would have been if the issue didn't happen in the first place.
