Gregg and his team are the most trustworthy, communicative and skilled mechanics I've ever worked with. It feels great to have a go to shop right down the street for my Subaru. They have done extensive work and repairs on my 2013 WRX and kept it running well past 200K miles.They are quick to get me in when I need service and always so easy to communicate with. I strongly recommend Import Auto Care as they have taken such a load off my mind when it comes to maintenance and repair of my vehicle.

Import Autocare is the best place to take your car if you need some work done! They are so friendly, professional, and honest! We have been taking our cars (Lexus, Honda, and Toyota) there for years and we are always happy when the cars are finished! This is a top notch auto shop!

Had a great experience here the other day. Very nice people, the atmosphere was good when I walked in. I was greeted by a nice lady Nora, had some good talks and before you know it they were done with my car. Mechanics took no time grabbing my car and getting it done, took them 20 mins!Excellent staff, would recommend this place to anyone!

We take all our import cars to Gregg at Import Auto Care. I am done paying more for dealerships to do inferior work. Our truck was serviced, for about 1/2 the cost, and items not needed are never charged here with Import Auto. We won't go anywhere else

I have gone to Import AutoCare twice now for work on my Subaru and I have been impressed. Gregg and the team are fair with pricing, very helpful in identifying issues, great at communicating throughout the repair process, and help me determine what work is most urgent versus what can wait. And the quality of work they have done is excellent. Import Auto Care recently completed a Spring Check up on our Lexus. In addition they did a thorough check for a gasoline smell. They have been servicing the car for years and always do a great job. We were in a bind with no A/C in our car right before a big trip. Gregg and his team were able to get us in right away and get our car fixed. Very personable staff and easy to work with. They are the best!

Won't work on vehicles that are less than a 2005 I have a 1999 Lexus RX300 which is pristinely clean no rust whatsoever so I don't understand the whole idea behind that!

I regularly drive here from Canal Fulton for routine maintenance and anything else my car needs. It's worth the drive because I know they will do a good job at a reasonable price, and always let me know what my car needs done. I feel like they're looking out for me. As always Nora is great setting up service appointments. Gregg is so thorough and honestly has my best interest at the forefront. I have been coming to him for over.15 yrs. Would definitely recommend this shop for your Japanese auto repairs. Great people to deal with and very reasonable / fair pricing. Will be taking my Toyota to them from now own. There is nowhere else I will take my Subaru for repairs from now on. I was dealing with a serious misfiring issue for months and couldn't figure it out. Gregg and his team figured it out in 2 days and kept in great contact with me on the issues and the services done. Really great job and amazing customer service. Price was very reasonable and fair as well. Import auto care is a shop you can trust. My AC had stopped working for some time and I finally decided to take it to a shop to have it checked out. After taking my car to rad air, I was told my compressor was bad and it would be $2200 to fix it. I decided to get another opinion and called import auto care, they managed to squeeze me into the schedule right away. After looking at my car for a couple hours the mechanic noticed the actual problem wasn t in the compressor at all and was actually some loose/damaged wiring. They had my car fixed and blowing cold air that afternoon for 1/10th the cost the other shop wanted to charge. Now my family can go on road trips this summer without sweating to death, I will definitely be returning to them for any and all future repairs and services. I highly recommend anyone with Asian import vehicles to call them for their auto repair needs.Service: A/C installation & repair

I heard about Import Auto Care from Google and decided to give them a try. I am THRILLED with the whole experience. Gregg was very knowledgeable about my 2018 Acura RDX and the potential issues it could have. The pricing was extremely reasonable and the time it took to diagnosis/repair was quick. Here again after over 20 years Import has saved me multitudes of money. I thought I needed a new transmission, or at least to rebuild the current one, but per chance I took it into Import for a check up. Gregg gave it a once over, changed the fluid and put in conditioner, filter and it works good as new. Thank you very much Gregg for your work.Services: Transmission, Tire rotations, Oil change
