Stopped by this location in a panic due to needing to get to work and take care of my patients. Multiple other service locations told me they weren t able to help me until late afternoon. Good Year got me in right away with great prices and got me back on the road with hour of service time! Extremely friendly and honest workers who plugged my tired and didn t try to sell me a new tire. Appreciate their quickness and honesty! I would give 10 stars if it were an option

If I could give 0 stars I would. Alexander Jenkins is the Technician according to the paperwork. Took my car in for a 5 pm appointment yesterday to have two tires put on and front tires moved to the rear. I don t live far so 25 miles per hour home for about 2 miles. I left this morning at 2:30 am headed out of town and I get 20 min out on the highway and every light comes on and my speedometer won t work. I stop on the side of the road pop my hood and my air filter box is broken my negative battery cable cover is off and broken so it won t stay on and my negative battery cable cover was off and shoved down in mg car (they had no reason to be under my hood). I pulled my negative cable for about 6 min drained power and hooked back up. It reset and 15 min later everything is back on and not working. It is 6:07 and I just limped my car home using a speedometer on my phone. I am beyond upset. I have never had a issue with this car just had it checked a few weeks ago by Fred Martin where I bought it and I always check work when I leave a facility and nothing was messed up. I am now having to pay 500 for a rental to see my children and my mom for Mothers Day.

Fantastic team! Pleasant people to deal with. I purchased 4 new tires. Quick, accurate service. Didn t try to sell me what was unnecessary. Great job. Will use again when needed.

The staff (especially Barbara) at Goodyear make a global corporation feel like a local small business. I had a bad experience at a competitor so I took my car into Goodyear to make sure my wheels are safe. Goodyear quickly took care of me and made me feel confident driving off the lot in a safe vehicle.

The staff at the Goodyear store, from when we call in to get help, or just dropping by, to completing the job, always take great care of us! We value them! Alex was a big help in November as well as the technician, I believe Michael. Thank you for your great service always, especially during these cold times

Recently purchased 4 new tires and had them installed here at a good deal. When leaving the store, my tire pressure sensor light was on and the technician advised it would turn off. My one tire was not registering. The issue persisted and I brought it back today mentioning it was fine before bringing my vehicle to this storeThey wanted to charge me to fix it, before even taking a look, so I will not be back. Possibly related to a change in management/staff.

Great shop! And scrupulously honest. Props to Jamie! My maintenance light came on, and I was able to get my car checked out that day. Turns out the light was simply malfunctioning, which they reset FOR FREE. Saved me $130.00 dollars. I'm so impressed.

I visited this store this morning for a service, and overall, I had a positive experience. The customer service was excellent; everyone, especially Barbara and Bob, was so helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate their assistance and expertise.

I ve taken my cars here several times and have always had a very good (and easy) service experience. Bill is fantastic, very professional, trustworthy and I ve interacted with him the most. The only reason for the 3 stars is that the inside facilities for customers is subpar. It s very much in need of updating. If they did that, it d be an instant 4-5 stars.

I give them a 3 . They didn't have tool to fix. I really believe they didnt want to do the extra work. Give them a 3 for referral to someone who actually fixed it!

Outstanding customer service!! They stayed after closing time on a Friday to repair my tire and get me out of a tight spot going into the weekend. These guys were great. Highly recommended by me for sure.

Bob was a big help to me from beginning to end he made sure that I got a very good tire and then when I picked up my car his staff was exceptionally well to me as well as Bob under his tutelage they remained very professional and helpful.

I very seldom take the time to write reviews especially when it come to auto service, but I must admit, the recent visit to Goodyear Auto Service in Cuyahoga Falls was a very positive experience. Bob, the manager was super friendly and helped discuss my tire options. He answered all of my questions and provided a ride to my home while the car was being serviced for the day. I would highly recommend this Goodyear location. Thanks Bob and team!

Fantastic company! Had an issue with a tire, they repaired it incredibly fast and free of charge. It would have taken multiple days and cost hundreds at the dealership.

Came here for the first time today for an oil change and an alignment, it was a great experience! First spoke to Jamie who was so personable and accommodating. He really made a car repair experience the best I could ever hope for. Barb was super nice too. Also Bob the supervisor was very accommodating and made the experience great. I will DEFINITELY be giving them my business from now on!!!

Took my truck here and went down the road to a store to shop. Was at the store shopping for 45 minutes and then got a call from the person at the front desk saying that they could not change the tires in my truck because there are wheel spacers. They are wheel spacers and don t even come off with the tire. Techs are incredibly incompetent and obviously have no idea what they are doing if they cannot deal with wheel spacers. It was 5 o clock appointment and apparently they just wanted to go home and not work on a customers car. So if you do come here make sure you allow them to keep your car because it will take them 45 minutes to realize there are wheel spacers and they don t know how to work with them even though they are one of the most common accessories put on trucks. Do NOT come to this place.

I wanted to say thank you to Barbara Tucker at the Cuyahoga Falls branch . I had a blow out tire on the highway and she assisted me and called several different Goodyear locations to assist me in getting me new tires. I was able to get the tire off while on the highway and my mother drove us in to talk to Barbara. She most definitely went beyond and above and she is the reason why we bought 2 sets of tires totaling over $2,000. I will most definitely recommend going to the falls location and dealing with Barbara I really do hope that she gets some sort of compensation or commission because I only needed 1 tire not 8 but it was her personality and kindness that caused me to get my tires . Thank you again look forward to dealing with you more in the future. City Waterproofing thanks you as well and is very happy that you assisted. Have a great day Goodyear tire

I do not even trust these guys for something as simple as tire rotation. Turnover is high. Kids work here and they get trained on your car by ruining it. Next day, they leave this store and get hired by people who pay more. What happened to your car? Ruined. Used in their training. Ridiculous place.

Barb is excellent!! When dropping her car off, my mom had a moment to connect with her on the difficulties of elder parents recently passing away. When my mom came to pick her car back up from her oil change, Barb said the service was on the house! Such a generous gesture!

This location is always so helpful and nice. I ve dropped in, unannounced, several times and they almost always can get me right in. And then, they don t charge me! Because I have a full set of Goodyear tires the rotations or flat fixes are, on the house. It s very good to know exactly where my destination is if anything should happen to my tires. And bonus is Jamie and Barb behind the desk who were both so welcoming, accommodating and friendly to not just me but my dog too! It s a Win-Win-Win. Thank you GY!

Excellent customer service. I had new tires put on my Ford Escape and the work was done very well. Jamie at the front desk was very friendly and courteous. Will definitely return!

Short while ago, had tires put on the wife's car...calls me in a panic from Lake Placid because the tires won't hold pressure. Turns out, all the valves were defective. In spite of road hazard warranty, had to pay a local shop to replace 'em all. (No Goodyear stores nearby). It happens.But just the other day, I got tires installed on my car- they didn't put valve caps on the tire valves. Service was polite but I think I might be done with these guys.*Update to this review; adding a couple stars...After putting air in the Michelin Pilot Sport tires for the third time this summer, I realized I never had to put air in the Goodyear tires. Where there might be room for improvement with this franchise's service, their tires are top notch.

Excellent service at Graham Road Goodyear store in Cuyahoga Falls, OH on June 8. This is my favorite agency of ANY kind! Welcoming, informing, calm, quick. I have had fine service at several other Goodyear stores, but this one is THE best!

A pre-purchase used car inspection revealed I had a handful of car parts they recommended getting fixed. After buying the car, I took it to a trusted mechanic who told me that none of these parts needed fixed and that the car I bought was heavily rusted out, which was not revealed in the inspection. I wouldn't recommend their pre-purchase car inspection.

Went in to have my spare tire fixed before a long road trip. I expected to pay for the service and would have happily paid. When I arrived to pick my tire up they gave me a bill for 0.00 and stated it's free for a flat repair on a Goodyear tire. The staff here was great and professional highly recommend this place.

My experience here was awesome! They gave me an actual quote over the phone that was much cheaper than anywhere else and stuck to it. The job was done quickly. So happy I chose to have my car worked on here!!
