Go there to browse all the classics that never seem to be for sale. They always go to auction. I have also seen lots of cars on the lot with painted calipers to intentionally hide the rust and other flaws. This used to be a good place to buy a decent car for a fair price, not so sure anymore.

A couple months ago, I had to take my car in because it was losing oil. They got me right in. After inspecting it, they said they couldn t see anything wrong externally so they put in dye and marked the dipstick. They didn t charge me anything but told me to bring it back in 1000 miles. After doing that, they determined there was nothing wrong with my car and didn t charge me anything. I was floored because I was expecting costs for diagnostics the very least. They were honest, friendly, and provided me with a loaner, which was immensely helpful. Definitely recommend Don Sitts Service Department. I m taking the car in for brakes tomorrow.

One of the most courteous dealerships I have ever been to. We were down a car and looking and they took such good care of us. This was the second time we bought a car from them. It was because of our first experience that we started with them. We didn't have to go anywhere else!

I highly recommend Don Sitts Auto Group. They treated me with respect, kindness and professionalism. They also gave me a very fair price for the vehicle I needed to trade in. As a woman I often feel intimidated at car dealerships but not here. I truly appreciate the respect, honesty, fair price and friendly atmosphere provided.

Just a fantastic experience at Don Sitts... Todd my salesperson was very helpful and provided extra information about the car I was interested in as I was coming in from out of state. After applying for credit approval ahead of time, it was about 1 hour from first seeing the car, test driving it, to finishing all of the paperwork and driving off! Even met Don himself! The car is nothing short of perfect and I could not be happier.

We bought a truck from Don Sitts years ago. It s been great truck. However, I feel that their service department has gone downhill. It s easily a two week wait to get in. Their technicians don t seem to stay and the new ones haven t been stellar. I had work done a few months ago, left and came right back with the same problem not being addressed or fixed. I had an appointment Friday morning at 9:00 and never heard back. Called at 4:00 to find out that nothing had been done. No one called. I just called this morning and was told that a technician has my car. Again, nothing accomplished. I am going to get my car. There are other reputable service places in the area. I don t feel like Don Sitts Service Department is the quality that it once was! It s a shame.

3 generations of our family have bought cars from Don Sitts. They are honest and fair and stand behind the cars they sell. Our transactions at Sitts have been the least stressful interactions we ve ever had purchasing a car. Always friendly and go above and beyond.

Was recommend Don Sitts by a friend whos purchased numerous cars over the years.If you are looking for a car, you've got to check out Don Sitts Auto Sales. These guy are the best dealership I ve ever worked with. I felt like trust was their main game. The prices? Spot on. Felt like I walked away with a genuine good deal. And their selection, something for everyone.If you're looking for a vehicle you'll be in good hands with Todd at Don Sitts.Most definitely recommend and will be back myself!

Last Thursday I stopped into Don Sitts auto not knowing what to expect. I was immediately greeted by Darlene and told her I was interested in looking at a vehicle on the lot. Darlene was very polite and professional and answered all my questions in regards to the vehicle I was interested in. I told Darlene I would have a trade in as well and she took my vehicles info and told me she would get me a price asap. This was late in the day and I said no rush. The very next day Darlene called me and offered me a very fair price on my trade in. A credit app was completed and within 15 minutes I was called again with an approval. The gentleman working in the finance department was very personable and not pushy in anyway. My experience at Don Sitts auto couldn t have been better. I ll look forward to doing business with this top notch dealership whenever I m in the market! Fyi I live an hour away and it was well worth the travel to do deal with this dealership.Tom Smith

If you have never been here, and you are in the market for a used car you should definitely go. There are not many businesses that treat you the way Don Sitts does. From the owner and gm to the sales people, everyone is aces. They have a great facility and the service dept is spotless. See Dave, in sales if you are in the market he is awesome,UpdateI took my wife's car that we purchased a few weeks ago in for service to get some issues taken care of that were promised during the sale. The service dept was awesome and had a vehicle waiting for me when I arrived. There was a question about something, and I called my sales person, Dave. Dave answered the phone on his day off and handled the issue without haste. I also found a few issues that were not known at the time of the sale and they repaired them as well. You can't find a better dealership in my opinion. My sales person Dave, is the all time best and you should defiantly contact him if your in the market for a vehicle, he will treat you right.

Will never buy a car from anyone else.I have purchased two cars from Jeff and both have been top notch and reliable. My first car from them after moving to Ohio was just traded in for my newest one. I had that car 15 years and it was rock solid the whole time. They gave me a fair trade in value. My husband and his family don t buy from anyone else either and they treat us all like family. Their service department is excellent and I trust them to make sure my car is in good order. They are honest and don t try to sell me anything I don t need.

Purchased vehicle 8/2019 and Jason was so very helpful. I have extreme back pain and had to leave the office and go sit in my car. Jason came out to my car, continued to explain all that's involved, he went in and out of the building to bring paperwork to me for approval, signing and making copies. I cannot say how much I appreciated how hard he worked to get the final I dotted and T crossed. I left Don Sitts that night with a new appreciation of car sales people thanks to Jason.

Bought a 2013 Chevrolet Suburban from them in September, 2021. Was under the impression at purchase that it was an LS model and was told by another dealer that it was a Commercial Vehicle and thus worth significantly less money. Long story short, the vehicle is worth 30% less than what they sold it to me for. Lesson learned. Buyer beware. Be very careful when making a deal with this dealer

My family has bought 2 cars from Don Sitts, and my extended family has bought countless cars for personal use and their company. Personally, I have had the privilege of dealing with Jeff Hardman. When I was looking for a used vehicle several years ago, Jeff showed me what they had on the lot. The inventory was great, but wasn't quite what I was looking for. Jeff took the time to search for the right vehicle, bringing in several, some of which didn't meet his and the "Don Sitts" quality expectation. After getting the right one in, they had me test drive it, and the car is still with me today. Jeff was never pushy, and to this day keeps Don Sitts my choice when I will go to get another vehicle. I recently sent my dad to Jeff for his vehicle search, and Jeff gave him very honest and upfront advise with what he was looking for, which may or may not lead him to sign the dotted line with Don Sitts. I think his advise was a perfect example of why I trust not only Jeff, but this dealership. When you think of a car salesman, I personally get a very grimy and dirty vibe. I immediately have red flags and distrust come to mind. The ONE place I trust that doesn't give me those negative feelings...Don Sitts. I have since moved from Cleveland to Columbus, but will absolutely make the trip back to Don Sitts when purchasing our next vehicles for my Wife and I. Long time frequenter of Donn Sitt's lot... recent customer. Don Sitts has an excellent reputation in the North East Ohio area, and I can verify that the team fully deserves the recognition. Shop here if you want a quality used vehicle without rust and in great shape. I purchased a beautiful older model Lexus from Mike Hayn, and Mike has been an absolute blessing to work with through the entire process. The sales team puts no pressure on the buyer... AT ALL. It is very refreshing. Mike and the team at Don Sitts really care about their customers and have gone above and beyond my expectations multiple times. The service team ROCKS too (they offer free rentals if needed). I couldn't be happier throughout my entire experience. We are coming here next time anyone in the family needs a car.

have only left 3 reviews ever but this place deserves itmy family has bought 5+ cars from Don Sitts and i would do it again in a heart beat, amazing people all around, very easy to work with, they ll spend a whole day working with you, which is not common. Todd makes sure you are comfortable with everything, he s one of the best/easiest salesman i ve ever worked with. this dealership cares more about their customers then any other dealership i ve been to. Outstanding work highly recommend this company if you want top the line customer service!

Just over 3k on my car and it's been great. It needed a couple of things a week or so after I purchased it. Don Sitts reimbursed me almost 100% of the cost of the parts.Great people, great service, great cars.

This is absolutely the only place to buy a car or have any service work done. I have been dealing with Don and his crew now for probably 15 years or so. The honesty and integrity are beyond reproach. If you receive a bad experience here it's on you not them. They have a large inventory of top of the line preowned automobiles with very low miles. If there's something specific you're looking for they'll try and find it. Don does alot for the community. A very hard working and honest man that's my privilege to know. You feel like family here. The sales department was great. I purchased my car from Michael Haynes and enjoyed doing business with him. My complaint is the service department.I brought my car in for front end work. I get a call from the service writer that I needed REAR wheel bearings at a cost of $800! I didn t have any idea that I needed them since I didn t notice any problems. When I balked at the cost, she said why not just get one done then? What?!??! That s like getting front brakes only on one side to defray the cost. I believe that they went looking for problems to make a profit. I mistakenly trusted them and went along with their strategy to make money. Why would they take off my rear wheels when it was front end work I needed? I won t do business with them again.

Let me get right to it I m self employed plumber with my own solo business and customer service is the most important part of any type of service type business and that s what made my one man operation extremely successful. My point is the second i found a van I was interested in on line it happened to be 45 minutes away so I messaged the dealer to inquire about the van it was late evening and first thing in the morning I got a response back from Mike Hayn that the van was still available and we text and set up day for me to come look at it and take it for a test ride. The moment I walked into Don Sitts Auto a calm feeling came over me unlike I ve had at any auto dealer before in my 50 years of buying vehicles. Mike met me at the front of the office and had the van warmed up and ready to go for the test ride and once I came back and sat down with mike and discussed the van there was no pressure and the whole experience was A+ It took a few weeks to settle everything and take possession of the van due to me waiting on a settlement so I could either finance or pay cash and mike worked with me and assured me not to worry he would wait and the can t was mine and once I went in to pick up the van and do the paperwork John In the financing department was also a pleasure to work with. Have nothing but A + 5 Star rating for Don Sitts auto group They will be the only place i shop for my vehicles and my family as well. Thank you. Mike and the whole group.

I love this place! I know the family well and they are the nicest people ever! The staff is amazing and super friendly! Took my car in for detailing and they did an amazing job! Definitely recommend this place for all your car needs!

Not sure if it was the salesperson (Todd) or the dealership but this place is not the same. Went into look at some Subaru Forester s they had on their website. The salesperson acted like he could care-less if I bought a car. Total disrespect. I asked about a 2020 Forester they had on their website and he told me it must have been sold. Not sure if he knew or not. I looked at 2 other Foresters real quick but nothing I was interested in. He told me sorry he couldn t help me and walked back into the building like I was interrupting his day. I spent a total of 15 mins there. No interest in helping me find a vehicle. He didn t even take my name or number to get hold of me if something came in. Must be too busy to worry about customers
