Bought a pre owned Mazda from Brendan. He was a very polite and attentive sales person. He was not pushy and he provided great customer service and communication. He even drove the car to my house to help get it to me. I will happily work with him again. Also - the purchase process at Cascade was super easy and fast. Highly recommend them as a place to shop for cars

Purchased our Certified Preowned Mazda here. The entire experience was great. No pushy sales guys. Brendan was the exact opposite- super helpful, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything. I m a bit jaded from past experiences elsewhere so it was great to have my expectations totally flipped. The finance guy was just as great. I would absolutely get a car from here again.

We recently purchased our Honda Civic from Jake Lehman at Cascade Auto Group, in feb 2024. I have purchased a decent amount of vehicles in my life. But will buy here from. Is on. I have to say Jake was professional, courteous and respectful from start to finish. I would buy a car from this guy every time.Cascade auto is a great Mom & Pop owned business to purchase from.5 stars for Jake Lehman & Cascade Auto!

I bought a used Subaru from Brendan Daniels and had a great experience. We went on a test drive through Cuyahoga NP which was awesome. The wait was a little long but Brendan was really attentive and brought me a hot dog cause I was waiting over lunch hour (and I really appreciated because I get hangry). He wasn't annoying like other car salesmen I've encountered which I appreciated and I felt like I walked away with a good deal. Thank you so much!!

We recently bought a used car from Mark Borchik at the budget lot and couldn t be happier with our experience. We had a very unique situation that Mark and the Cascade team handled professionally. We had never purchased from Cascade previously, but I would go out of my way to consider them for future purchases, based solely on our experience with Mark.

Saw a car on Carfax and called about it. Was put in contact with ABE. He was polite, professional and answered all of my questions. He offered to send photos and a video of the car. They were received promptly and with the detail I needed. Since we lived a few hours away, we wanted to be certain that the car was in good shape. He checked all of the details and included the few minor issues the car had. We ve been looking for a car for a while and Abe was the best salesperson we worked with!

Completely disgusted by the customer service in the service department at this dealership. We live an hour away and drove here at 8am for an appointment that this dealership made FOR me. They determined the date and the time. We were told at the time of scheduling they would need my car for about four hours but would probably be less. We dropped off my car at 8am, and was told they were going to be running behind due to a call off. We said okay and left. Called to check in after 5 hours of them having it to see what was going on. Tony told my husband it would be about another half hour. They were having trouble with the lane assist sensors. We showed up forty five minutes later. My car was not done. Tony stated they were just putting it on the rack and would be another FOUR hours for an alignment!!! When my husband asked what was done, he said nothing had been done. This is terrible customer service. DO NOT LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Simple, honest communication could have solved this. I hope someone actually reads these reviews and sees the amount of negative responses regarding the service department. It s time for an overhaul.Edited to add: I m appalled at the response to my review. The intent to turn the situation around to point fingers at my husbands reaction instead of the lies that were told is mind blowing. My husband doesn t just wake up and treat people terribly. So while you re pointing fingers you should probably take into consideration the amount of times you have to be lied to before you lose your mind. It might not have been the right thing, but the level of frustration is understandable. If you speak with your service manager he was spoken to with respect. This situation was taken care of, and everyone else has moved on. My car was fine, and taken care of in a timely manner. The man we dealt with the second time around was wonderful.Even made me believe we could take my car back for future services. However, being called a liar on a review of a bad experience, created by errors of the establishment and its employees is wild. There clearly is nothing left to discuss, you cannot call someone a liar on a public forum and expect them to trust you. This is not the type of establishment I would care to support again.

We have just purchase our new pre-owned vehicle from Cascade through Matt Mattheis. We have a large family and this was our 7th car purchased from Cascade Auto Group in the last 10 years. We have always appreciated working with him in our purchasing process as Matt is always attentive to the client's needs and willing to spend the time necessary to be sure that the client is satisfied with the purchasing of their vehicle. We will definitely continue to interact with Cascade Auto Group for any future vehicle need or maintenance process.

Great experience at Cascade Auto Group working with Mark at the budget sales! This is my second vehicle bought for each of my children. I went to Cascade Auto, upon recommendation from a friend. Mark Borchik, with some fill in from Brendan Daniels, worked with me on the purchase of a 2014 Mazda 3.Neither of these gentlemen were pushy in the process. They allowed me to take my time with this purchase. Cars are a huge decision and thinking through your choices are important. Cascade knows this and it shows.I can definitely recommend Cascade to you for your next vehicle purchase.

I purchased my used car at Cascade 2.5 months ago and wanted to see how the vehicle performed before leaving a review. So far, it's been great. So was the customer service I received from my salesman, Brendan Daniels.The vehicle on Cascade's lot was the model year I was seeking with the right options. It appeared to have been well cared for. But I was an out-of-state buyer, so my research and negotiations required a fair bit of back and forth via email and phone.Brendan was helpful, polite, and low-pressure as I asked for maintenance records that weren't included in the Carfax. He returned my inquiries promptly, even after hours. They really are nicer in the Midwest :-)We negotiated a fair price, and I booked an inexpensive flight to Cleveland. My intent was to give the car a visual inspection and likely buy it. But I was prepared to walk if the vehicle wasn't as advertised or if the dealership tried any funny business on the price.Brendan volunteered to pick me up at the airport, which was a nice touch. The dealership is about 40 minutes from Cleveland.When we arrived at Cascade, we took a test drive. The car was just as described, if not nicer. No undisclosed problems, and the dealership didn't spring any extra fees once I was on the lot.Brendan and his team got me out of there quickly and on the road home. As an out-of-state buyer, my experience required some added trust. I'm glad to say I was rewarded. I'd recommend asking for Brendan Daniels if you're purchasing from Cascade.

I highly, highly recommend!! I would give more than 5 stars if I could! I bought a Jeep from their "Budget" lot. Mark Borchik was a delight to work with! He is clear, concise, consistent, and made the car buying process extremely smooth and enjoyable. He let me bring my dog and even had a water bowl for her!My throttle body went out soon after purchase. Mark and the family at Cascade towed my car and fixed it immediately. It was not covered on my warranty, but they generously covered the cost of everything! If you have the opportunity to work with Mark, you will be in the best hands!

This review is in regards to the work done by a mechanic there named Greg, who is extremely knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. He went above and beyond in working on my A8 and I would recommend him to anyone needing Audi service! This was the only mechanic I had any interaction with, but I would definitely ask for Greg! I purchased a 2024 Subaru Outback from Cascade Subaru. Ordered the car in May and it arrived in mid-June. Matt Harteis was the salesperson. Matt is extremely knowledgeable of the product and was very helpful as I was deciding on the options and the model. Matt also kept me well informed of the status of my order. On the day of delivery, he blocked out his afternoon to be able to go thru features with me and help me set up options without rushing. He has followed up with me to make sure all is OK and to ask if I have questions. I will add that through the entire process, Matt has been excellent at follow through, getting answers and getting back to me quickly.I will add that this is the second Outback I have purchased from Cascade Subaru and will be the third car we have had serviced at Cascade Auto. (The other car was a Mazda Miata.)This is a family owned business. I have found them to be honest and fair in all dealings and I have never felt pressured. Service techs are well trained and experienced. I highly recommend Cascade Auto Group and Matt Harteis in particular.

Worst ever! Do NOT buy from here. Bought a 2018 compass, told them there was issues with car. They did have car diagnosed through falls city motors who claimed car was good. After driving car again, I told them there are still issues and had it diagnosed locally at Slimans in Amherst. 3 bad wheel bearings, one complete assembly, bad drive shaft, and gear assembly all replaced. After arguing with cascade manager they did cover the 2k repairs. Three days later called Slimans back to tell them issue was still present. Loud noise My initial complaint all along in the rear differential that falls city and Slimans failed to repair. Slimans took car in again confirmed differential at $1800 repair on a car I ve had 90 days. Now cascaded refuses to repair since this was the initial repair I brought to everyone s attention.Now I am seeking legal to resolve and will be taking them to claims court for repairs.Again never buy from here worst people and service ever!

Just bought an awesome outback Subaru! Everybody there were so nice and awesome to work with. Ben was the best! He was especially helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. My wife and I purchased a preowned Audi Q7 on 8/11 from Cascade Auto Group. Our Used Vehicle Specialist was Mark Borchik. Our experience with Mark was very very positive. I am 76 years young and have purchased several cars over the years, most of them Audis, and my wife and I have never had such a pleasant experience with a sales person as we had with Mark!! We actually enjoyed the time that we spent with him!

I have been a customer here for the past 5 years and have been totally satisfied with both sales and service teams. Jason and his team on the Mazda sales side are super-honest and easy to work with. On the service side, I can't say enough for the integrity and competence of the entire staff. I have to say that Mazda doesn't really need much outside or regular service, but I when a more complex issue developed recently, Isaiha and the rest of the team did a great job diagnosing and fixing. Customer for life!

This was my second purchase from Cascade Subaru, and my experience both times has been absolutely AMAZING!! Matt H. is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! He made the process so simple and enjoyable. I had to order my car, and Matt H. kept me up-to-date every step of the way. Any time I had a question or concern, Matt H. was always available and happy to help! I also met Dave, who was very kind and remembered that my mother and I had both purchased our vehicles at Cascade it s things like this that truly make you feel like you are a part of the Cascade family and not just another sale! Patrick did my financing, and when I arrived, he had everything ready to go! The process was quick and painless, and he was so good about answering all of my questions. There is not one negative thing I can say about Cascade Subaru! I will always refer my family and friends here, and no matter where I live, they will always get my business!

I would recommend anyone to deal not only with Cascade auto group, but Brendan. The deal went smooth and simple. I will definitely buy another car from from Cascade auto group.

I had been of the belief that if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all... but I have been holding this in forever as yet again another issue with our purchase. We bought a used Honda CRV from Cascade for our son, a few years back, and from day one we have had issues with this car since it was brought home! The money dumped into it for repairs over and over...a complete lemon that you would NEVER expect from an Audi dealership used car or not! and I don't care that we've had the car now for a few years as the first issue was literally within a week of purchase! I can't imagine their mechanics not knowing on inspection this car was trouble, yet they still sold a lemon willingly. What's worse, I had found a newer CRV with fewer miles at another dealership, but my husband refused as he had already given Gabe and Matt, the salesmen there, his word he would be back the next day to purchase...clearly neither of them are men of their words selling lemons to buyers! The excitement of this surprise purchase for our son was quickly overcast with gloom thanks to Cascade!

My husband and I first went to Cascade in November to purchase a new car for him as his lease was almost up. We were lucky enough to be helped by Brendan, who truly made the car buying experience enjoyable and personable! We love working with people in our age group (mid 20s-30s), and we were instantly comfortable with Brendan. He got my husband in a CX-50 and we were very happy. Fast forward 2 months and we were in an accident that left me with a totaled RAV-4 at 37 weeks pregnant. I was beyond stressed to be navigating the car buying process, and after visiting a different dealer and feeling like just a number we quickly got in the car and left to go see Brendan again at Cascade. We felt instantly cared for and at ease. He even managed to convert a true Toyota girl to Team Subaru! We can't recommend Cascade or Brendan enough. Definitely ask for him if you are wanting to get in a new or used vehicle, he is genuine, kind, knowledgeable and just the best!

What a nightmare! My car purchased from this Authorized used Subaru dealer had been auctioned two times before it hit Cascade's lot due to a blown motor under first owner, lease. Hopeless junk @ 38,492 miles. Spent VAST AMOUNTS OF TIME AND MONEY chasing a problem that could not be fixed. You can do better than Cascade. I found out too late. Spare yourself the misery.

We have been looking for a specific car for a long time. My wife found one online at Cascade Auto. She made contact with Abraham and he provided information, extra photos and video of the vehicle which convinced us to make the 3 hour drive from Pennsylvania. The vehicle was just as he described and in great condition. It was a very relaxed experience with no pressure to buy. Everyone we spoke with at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We were able to come to an agreement and purchased the car. I usually dread buying a car but this was possibly the most pleasant car purchase we have made. Thanks Abe.
