I had to wait all weekend but I called a shop that was referred to me by Pastor Kyle McQuinn. This company works with (not apart of it) ECP Auto Repair & Service. GREAT SERVICE! They came by FAST and towed my car to the shop and I don t have to miss class! I am so impressed (this is my first time getting my car towed and I am honestly super happy with Baker s service)! I don t need to pay separate bills because they add it onto my tab at the shop! Efficient! Love this company and will forever recommend this company to others from now on near this area!!!! If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The kind gentleman (I sadly forgot to ask for his name) took good care of my car as well! Amen!

Baker s Service center is really good. They don t try to push you to get things done you don t need. The guys are friendly and not pushy. They are very knowledgeable. I ve been taking my vehicles to them for quite awhile.

Currently waiting for a tow, and it has been literally 2 hours. Missed my son's school bus, and sitting in 80�. I will definitely never recommend!

Great communication! My alternator locked up and messed up my belt. Bakers Service center towed me to thier place and fixed the issue VERY quickly, literally in a couple hours! Replaced the Alternator and belt for an extremely affordable price. My car is quieter than it's ever been! Will definitely recommend for anyone ESPECIALLY if you're in the Cfalls area and I will be back for any car repairs in the futureService: General repairs & maintenance

Good work at a fair price. More important however is their honesty! I went there expecting an expensive muffler and tailpipe repair but it was a simple reattaching of a loose heat shield. Called Bakers Towing when I was unable to start my car. The person who answered the phone gave me some advice and got my car started. Great customer service. I have been a faithful customer of Baker's since 1990. I do not go anywhere else for car repairs unless it is absolutely necessary. The man is fair, never steers me wrong. He tells it like is. He and his staff do excellent work, getting things done right the first time. He has saved me thousands in repair work.

The gentleman who put our donut on immediately apologized for making us wait because he had 4 calls before us. He was very friendly. He also suggested a place for us to get the tire replaced which I did and was very pleased. I think too many times people overlook hard working people like this and wanted him acknowledged.

I cannot say enough good things about Aubry! I just called AAA and got him to come tow my car which wouldn't turn on or do pretty much anything. I already tried to have a guy jump my car but when Aubry got here he wanted to try it himself. He was so kind and knowledgable and got car started somehow. He was even worried enough to follow me all the way to the freeway and follow me for a few miles to make sure my car didn't die on me, knowing I was heading back 35 miles home.He went well above and beyond and I am so grateful.100% recommend. Super impressed.

They moved to a dump. I asked an employee and they said they couldn't afford the place on the busy corner. Anyway I went there for some regular car service and there was this very large man that worked on my car. It was very unprofessional, the seat was all the say back and a bunch of greasy hand prints on the steering wheel. It seems like they don't care anymore. It's disgusting.

Recently got my brakes done and oil change. Quick and affordable. Cars been running great since. The whole team was nice and personable. Will definitely be back!

Pros are that Amy, the receptionist, is very friendly.Cons are that their labor charges are about 3 times higher than everyone else. I was quoted $1000 for labor costs, however, when I shopped around everyone else quoted between $150-$300. I was able to get the work done somewhere else for a total of $379, which included parts.At one point they did replace O2 sensors for me, only to find out that the initial problem persisted and it ended up being a totally different issue that the dealership fixed.Ryan,Thank you for the reply. However, I think that you may have misunderstood a few things.1. The estimate that I asked Amy for, last week, was only for labor. The quote that she gave me was for labor only, not parts and tax.2. The issue that I had in the past (2015), your mechanics stated that it was my O2 sensors. After your mechanics replaced them, the service engine light came right back on. I the took it to the dealership and they immediately identified the issue and fixed it and also stated that it was definitely not the O2 sensors then.I was not happy with the past service or the recent quote, but as I said, everyone is very friendly.

The tow truck driver was very nice and helpful! Came & jumped my car & when it died again 1/2 mile down the road, he came right back out and towed it for me! Highly recommend!!!

I love the staff at Baker's. Everyone is friendly and helpful. If you are a repeat to them your considered family. They will make sure your vehicle is fixed properly every time.

Nathaniel took time to fix what we think was a frozen steering column! My steering wheel was locked and my ignition would not start. I thought I'd have to be towed and was worried about an expensive repair, but Nathaniel solved the problem. This low income teacher is so very grateful. I highly recommend calling Baker's if you are in a jam. A+Thanks, Nathaniel!

DO NOT USE THEM. The guy on the phone couldn t find me and was so unprofessional and rude about it that I didn t feel comfortable with him coming to my car while I was alone. I told him to cancel and I waited another 40mins.

Last night my friends car got towed and we chased down the tow truck driver to see where we could pick our car up and the tow truck driver fleed away and gave us the middle finger. His name was pat Kenny, I have never had the unfortunate luck to meet someone so rude and inconsiderate. All we were trying to do was get the car back. We called the tow in company to see if we could come get the car and the women on the phone hung up on me mid conversation. We are now at the towing company and pulled up to the gate and some man who said he does not have a name( I have a picture and video of him) seemed drunk and was the only employee working. He told me to get the hell out of here as we were trying to pick up our car. I have never been to a business place that conducts them self in this low of a manor, no morals, no respect, no dignity. Do not come here

My car died in the middle of Bailey Rd and while I was standing there waiting for a tow a guy stopped to see if I needed help....his name is Nick and he happened to work for Baker's (who was coming to tow it)....he was off the clock but called his boss to see if he was on the way and waited with me til the tow truck got there! Very much appreciated!! Thank you Nick!!!!!

Excellent and Honest!!!! Must be persistent, but they do good work and it's hard to find an honest mechanic these days. I highly recommend Bakers Towing service center!!!!

Prices are fair. They have saved me so much money. Service is excellent. Again, I take my car elsewhere only if I have no other choice.

I went here for an oil change and this very large man worked on my car. I thought nothing of it but the next day I noticed my car leaning on the drivers side. I looked into the wheel well and my dang coil spring was broken in half.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Called triple A and they called bakers towing to have my vehicle towed to my repair shop. The young driver that showed up was professional and I trusted him to take care of my explorer! Thanks guys!
