I told them my exact car and make.The guy looked on the computer for what oil I needed, I was told 5W20... As I'm putting in the oil my cap said 5W30.He looked on the computer. How do you mess that up??? Just read it off the screen.That's $50 down the drain.

I stopped by today to have my engine code checked and it was super quick and flawless! Took no more than five or six minutes, at the most. Every code scan, light replacement, etc. I have gotten done here has always resulted in excellent customer service!The young man was very friendly, and good at what he does. Even as a female stopping in at a car part store, nobody was treating me stereotypically, I really appreciate the help!Now I know what to get checked out on my vehicle so thank you Autozone!

I had purchased a deficient item from this store and was furious. But I walked in and told them what had happened and even though they didn t need to trust me or help me out. They replaced the part and heard me out. I m a very happy camper with a running motorcycle on this beautiful day cuz of this store! Thank you !

i went to this autozone to see what was wrong with my battery. come to find out my battery was bad and wouldn t hold a charge. i tried to use my credit card but it didn t work. i was 5 seconds away from having a breakdown in the store and the store manager had me show one of the employees my car. he gave me a battery for free because he hates when he can t help. i got in my car and sobbed because it was the nicest thing i ve ever experienced. i can t thank them enough for what they did and for being so helpful when i was trying to purchase the battery.

Bought parts up there for my mechanic to fix my car for me. The young kid gave the wrong parts and acted clueless. I went to take the parts back for an exchange and he refunded the money back to my card before discussing my options. Now my bank account is drained and I don t have the parts I need to fix my car. Worst autozone experience I ve ever had. Chose a different location.

Highly recommend this location. Nathan and Roland were a big help. The staff went above and beyond finding and figuring out an issue I was having with my A/C compressor. They stayed attentive and walked me through the steps to get my air conditioner running cool again. Thanks again fellas!

Had exactly what I needed, and had knowledgeable staff who answered my questions quickly. It's an organized store and the sales and rewards program really help you save a few dollars where you can. I come here for anything I need to fix something for the car myself.

Cory helped me at 8pm on Black Friday. He went above and beyond to be helpful, without being demeaning or condescending, which is super rare when you walk in to an auto part store as a feminine presenting person. Absolutely delightful

I was disabled with a coolant line leak 40 miles from home and a 5-minute walk from the store. I was told the part I needed was not in stock there but available at a nearby AutoZone. I used Uber to get the part I needed and the store lent me what I needed to install it and be on my way. They saved my day!

You essentially have one person working. Ole boy is in there flirting with a female employee the whole time. Thought it was a fluke. Went in the next 2 days getting parts and that's all we saw. Trying to get car work done not watch him strike out. I'd watch baseball if I wanted to see that.

I will tell you, I was up there on March 3 and Josh the sales associate was awesome. I came in and saved money by not going to the dealership and he replaced two light bulbs above my license plate and he took the time to care about the customer that is what Customer Service is all about. This review is specifically for the employee that assisted me the other day when I went in. I believe he said his name was Will. I had just came over from the location in Tallmadge because they did not have the brake pads in stock that I needed, so they advised that I should go to the State Rd. location. When I got there, he advised me that they do, indeed, have the pads, but don t have the rotors But Will went above and beyond to help me. He called the nearest location to ensure that they had both the parts that I need in stock and had them hold them for me. Instead of just trying to get me to buy the pads from this location and then go to the other for the rotors, Will advised that it would be cheaper for me to buy them together at the other location. Thank you very much for your great service!

I went in this morning for a new headlight bulb, and the manager, I believe his name was Mark, was incredibly helpful. He even installed the new bulbs for me, which I really appreciated! 10/10 - great store and great customer service.

The best customer service I ever received. The store manager, Nathan, and his employee took their time and effort to remove my car battery and install my new one. My battery was extremely corroded and difficult to remove and it took at least 30mins for Nathan to remove and install the new one. I am very thankful for all his hard work!

Decent customer service. I'm usually helped pretty quickly at this location. I use the store frequently...never had a bad experience...shelves always stocked. 4.5 stars cause nobody's perfect.

I was given the wrong spark plug and in the process of him trying to find me a socket that fit it he lost the cap to the spark plug they sent me home with and seemed to be terribly troubled to be asked any questions. Went outside to smoke when the store was completely filled and backed up plus didn't wear mask the whole time I was there and was close to the number of people. Don't remember the guys name but he had reddish hair,a stockier build and a goatee of some sorts. Really hard to talk to and super bothered by any questions. I want up the road to advance and they were happy to answer any questions whether they were stupid questions or not.

Updating the review I gave a year ago. I again received outstanding service when my battery in my vehicle needed replaced. The Manager went above and beyond and even helped me with something they don't normally help on. I really appreciated the extra mile and will return again as needed!

Went today to get a battery and wiper blades this place is phenomenal the workers Riley who installed everything wonderful Matt and Jason the whole crew kind considerate never rushed always helpful I can't say more except truly happy

Fantastic staff - I have been using this store over Advanced Auto for years. They always give me the right parts for my car (unlike Advanced Auto) and work the discounts in my favor. As long as I live in the Falls I'll be a AutoZone customer
