The manager Nick A. was a delight to work with. He helped me pick out the correct part I needed for my car. Great customer service, and he made me laugh! I will definitely come back again!

Honestly this is the worst parts store I ve ever dealt with. The whole crew has a very poor attitude and isn t much for doing their job. Called for a wheel seal that their app says 45 stores including them has in stock. Employee says the part isn t in stock and cannot even be ordered I double checked the part with them and he told me once again that it s not possible and can t be ordered even through their hub store. Called the hub store on brookpark rd they have the seals in stock and even graham rd has the seals in stock but it seems they didn t wanna make a sale. Very very poor experience and a waste of my time

I went up there to buy a headlight bulb and a tail light bulb. I figured I d have to go home and YouTube it and I d didn t even ask for help and the manager said let s go out to the car and installed them just like that. That was just so nice I really really appreciate it.

Had to go there on many occasions. They've always been helpful. I've had a few car batteries checked and charged there. I recommend for your do it yourself car problems

Place is run by incompetent people. They order stuff and promise it will be there and it doesn't show up or it's a half a day late. They always try to sell the most expensive parts 1st and when you bring up the online order they say they have it lol.Go elsewhere if you want the right part and just a little bit of knowledge

Kevin, the " manager," apparently according to Conor G, has taught Conor and his other employees that they are not to help people find filters and such on shelves. I don't like "bad" reviews but these two were directly asked multiple times by me and another customer, and his friend for help...until I said I am reviewing and contacting corporate office then they decided to help me and still leave the other gentleman searching.Retail staff we ALL understand has struggled... but come on. 2 customers 3 employees... and can't help find filters and hose clamps for another guy. Sad!The local o'reilly's must have better leadership staff is overwhelming phenomenal... no longer shopping at this location.

It depends on who's helping you. I was trying to recharge my car's AC. I originally bought a can, but the tube wasn't long enough. So a younger man with a beard was more than happy to accept the return and allowed me to get one with a longer tube (this was the good guy). Well this new can was having issues. It was reading 47 pressure when it wasn't even connected to anything. I called them and they told me that the tube had pressure in it and how to fix it, that was nice of them. Well the issue kept coming up and my car's AC pressure wouldn't go up anymore no matter what I tried. I go to the same location and get an older guy. He was stating how this can was empty, and that I was using it wrong. When walking out to my car, he also said how I probably over filled it and had to much pressure in it. Well when we checked, it was still very low. I asked how this happens and he said how my car has an automatic sensor and wouldn't allow it to go over a this amount (which is contradicting what he just said about me overfilling it). Then one moment he said the compressor is working fine, it must be a leak. Then 2 mins later he says the compressor isn't moving at all and he's blaming that. Everything this guy said was a contradiction. So I took my "empty" can to the Autozone on Tallmadge and they were great. The shook the can, heard and felt that there was still lot in there, and we all agreed it wasn't empty at all. In fact they help me recharge my car.If you get the old guy on Graham road, go to any other location. Or ask for someone else entirely.

I really appreciated the help and service I recieved. It made my day better. I've come to this location a few times and never had any problems. I needed my battery tested and the staff members got it tested and new one installed super fast. They were very kind It was a great price as well and I am completely satisfied. I will be returning when I need something else.

Repair shop wanted $175 for A/C recharge but after 2 hours, told me they couldn't confirm it had worked...Just stopped by this Autozone was immediately helped by an awesome staff member. He listened to my issue, answered my questions, directed to what I needed, and assisted me in the lot. So $25 and 10 minutes later and my A/C ice cold again.I wish I remembered the guy's name because he was awesome. Highly recommend this location.

Houston was kind and fast changing my battery. I felt he went the extra mile. Something I needed today as I haven't been feeling...people today. He was happy when he saw it was an original battery and gonna be easy for him to change and made me happy too. It's cold and he was quick and she started right up. We'll see how it goes after a few days haha. Thanks Houston!

Came here for a replacement battery (mine had died) under warranty. The manager (believe it was Clinton) was very professional and handled about 10 customers very quickly. I was in and out in about 20 minutes with no issues at all. Great team at this store.

I walked away very happy with my experience yesterday. I needed a new battery ($198) and they insisted on testing it to make sure before I spent the money on it. And then the guy, Houston W., who installed it was friendly and fast. I was very greatful for their help and appreciated my experience.

I really can't believe in this day and age I have to say anything. As a female CUSTOMER, I walked into AutoZone already prepared, knowing exactly what I need so I'm not talked down too. Yet it happens anyways. I walked in, picked up what I needed and headed straight for the counter. There I was questioned, "this is the right one? And you're sure? Ok, I trust you." Followed by "do you need any help putting it in?" To which I replied "no", which was STILL followed by "ok but if you need any help just come back in." I am still blown away that AutoZone employees treat their female customers with such blatant disrespect, and I hope the next female who goes in will have a better experience than I did, because I will not be going back.

I'm not big on buying from chain stores and typically buy from locally owned part stores. Was in a pinch and needed a part outside of the hours of the supplier I usually use. Mike went out of his way to help me find the part I needed. Customer service at it's finest. Finding good customer service is harder and harder to find these days. This wasn't good service it was great!

Customer service was upon request. Had to ask specifically to look up a party after being directed to a wall of generic parts that would not fit my need. Made me feel as if I was interrupting the persons day and I was the only customer in the store.

I couldn't be more pleased with the help from the staff at this location including Travis K. After a 13h work day, my truck wouldn't start while I was grabbing dinner across the street. I'm mechanically inclined, however I didn't have my tool bag on me. I was just going to buy the tools I needed and do the job but the staff and Travis K took the time to help me with tools and testing the alternator as well afterwards. In a world where labor/customer service lacks at time. They went above and beyond what they had to and I thank them greatly.

Very Unhappy with my experience at the Graham Rd store. I bought a battery today from Kim and wanted to get it installed but I wasn t able to be helped because a little corrosion on my left terminal.. Kim who was very rude and not interested in helping me at all claims they had nothing to get that off for me to replace my battery which makes no sense because it s an auto store.. So I went back into the store because I needed a jump which Kim never asked me if I needed one being that I was there to get my battery changed.. Kim tried to charge it up twice it didn t come on we all know it can take more than that and told me there was nothing else they could do for me.. So I sat outside in the cold for almost an hour waiting for someone to jump my car. No help at all. So disappointed.. I spent almost $200 and I can t believe my service was so poor.

Very good service. Most employees are very helpful and can answer the questions you have regarding different parts that are available for your vehicle. If they do offer advice on what may be wrong with your vehicle though, I suggest you get a second opinion.

Great experience. The people working there were very helpful and even let you borrow tools. They make sure the job gets done right the first time unlike going to a mechanic

Even though they couldn t replace my battery because of a broken terminal clamp, the gentleman who was helping me called around to several repair shops in the area to see who could help me. They are always very nice and helpful at this autozone.

AutoZone in Cuyahoga Falls Ohio is just a really nice place to go for an auto store. I'm a woman and they did not treat me stupid and they didn't treat me like I didn't know what I was talking about. Very helpful employees and the AutoZone was extremely clean. Keep treating people the way you are and you're going to be around for many many years. Thank you for such kindness. So if you need some parts or whatever you may need please go to the AutoZone.
