This place is great. They get you in quickly and do great work. They use only the best parts, fluids and filters. Their prices, compared to the German import dealerships, are very reasonable. Steve does a great job of explaining things in layman's terms and giving honest advice.

Steve really is a master of master mechanics. Not only is he honest and hard working but he is a really good guy. He has been working on my VW for years now. I don t know if my VW would be running without his expertise.

Autowerks is a great shop. They currently service my Audi S6, Mercedes ML350, and have serviced my previous cars impeccably as well. Steve, the shop owner offers dealer level knowledge and expertise all while being able save me a bundle over dealer service prices! I recommend this shop to all my family, friends, and co-workers!!!

Although he does not work on Toyotas (which I did not know), the man working helped me out in a pinch. He did what he could then referred me to a trusted local shop who specializes in asian import cars. Very kind person and definitely deserves all 5 of those stars! If you need work done, go to Autowerks. You're awesome man!!!!

Shop owner is really down to earth, and honest about everything he is doing. We moved to Sagamore Hills last year, and it's still worth the 25min drive to make sure my cars are kept up properly. I never have to worry about communication or pricing, because he's very clear about what my options are, and always calls if anything changes. He does get a bit busy, so I try to schedule a bit in advance, but he's also been able to get me in same day, and usually has weekend hours. Quick turnaround time, great service, and evening hours make this the only place I'll bring my cars.

Steve was very helpful. I tried to fix my car myself and messed it up. He went out of his way to help me. He was on his way out the store and still stop to help. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone at any time

Steve told me it would be about a week before he could work on my car. The next day, he called me and said it was fixed! Super honest, super professional. Definitely will work with him again!
