I had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process of buying a vehicle here. Haley was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The test drive was very informative. Finance was amazing, Jenna went thru so much work to help me get the payments to where it was possible. Finally, Noah the Technician who went into the deep dive of the new Spaceship I just bought did an amazing job. Very confident in the car and the entire dealership. Highly recommend, Thank you all!

The showroom is great but showing signs of age. Purchasing goes well and everyone is nice. Once you hit the service department then everything goes downhill. They are backed up for ages whenever you want to get in and the techs seem to withhold information that would be a benefit for you to know. A lack of integrity in the back of the house is concerning and why I will not be returning.

My wife and I have owned more than 50 vehicles, bought, sold, traded, leased, etc. I just traded my car for a very nice, 1 owner, low mileage vehicle, of which this dealer has in abundance . Brendan is the person to talk to. He comes across as a bit laid back , but professional, confident, but not pushy in any way and very easy to speak to. Brendan also has an extensive knowledge of the inventory, including new and used vehicles. Take a look at the selection online, speak to him, and you'll be happy you did.

We recently purchased a 2020 Audi from here, and Brendan was happy to answer all our questions and responded to us quickly! For being an out of state purchase we thought it d be a little more difficult, but now we have the beautiful car and had a great experience with them. Thanks again to Brendan for all the help!

Not impressed with this dealership at all. I walked in and people just looked at me like why am i here. I looked around at some on the cars and I heard a sales lady say people are liars. She had a customer call her and she said that he was going to come in and he never showed. She said he probably was a broke dude just wasting her time. Definitely won't be back here for sure!!!

Bruce is the man to go to when having your Audi serviced here! I took my 2021 A4 in and one service specialist took my car in and really didn t give me updates and if he did, they were very vague and really didn t answer any of my questions. Then it was handed over to Bruce and Bruce was on top of letting me know what was going on, if things changed and when my car would be done, he was very upfront very professional and I wouldn t want anybody else handling my car other than Bruce, keep this guy around!

I was there the week of Christmas and they did a great job fixing my taillights and all around lights on my Audi a4 .. however I did ask for an overall service of my car just to make sure everything was working and would work properly down the road .. unfortunately after the drive home (which was 45 minutes away) and then a trip to the store , my check engine light came on .. and now I m having even more issues with what I think to be the battery or alternador .. it s just really upsetting how this could go overlooked and now my car can t even make the trip to the dealership so I must go to a nearby mechanic .

Thank you for your response. This was my first car I received my junior year of high (2021) and I was very excited to have this car. However, when I was there waiting for the many hours I was there, I asked about a shuttle and your staff told me that they did not offer that service nor loners to me because I did not purchase my vehicle from there. While I see your many excellent reviews I noticed majority of them are not Black women like myself. I felt as though I was pushed to the side and treated poorly because of the implicit biases of your employees.

I just purchased a one-year-old Audi A4 and worked with Matt Rutherford who is an extremely experienced, pleasant and well qualified salesman. From the first interaction with him when we started looking for an SUV for my wife until I decided to purchase the A4 for myself, he was professional, direct, responsive and pleasant. I would highly recommend both Matt and his organization for the purchase of any Audi vehicle. They made the delivery, execution of documents and explanation of features, quick, easy and painless. First class all the way.

Do not purchase an Audi at all. I was so excited to purchase this vehicle in 2021. However since I ve gotten my vehicle I ve had nothing but bad experiences at the Audi dealership in Cuyahoga falls. The customer service is terrible and they are incredibly rude. I ve waited there for 4+hrs just for an oil change and was not given the option for a loner because I did not purchase my car directly from there. This has put me in multiple uncomfortable situations. I love my car but because of the horrible treatment I refuse to purchase another Audi.

Just bought a new SQ5 today with the help of Chris Hawkins. A true professional. He answered all my questions and was very responsive. This is my first Audi and the whole place has a good vibe and family atmosphere. They were fair with my trade in. I even met the owner--she was very friendly. Special thanks to Noah, the technologist, who squared me away with all the tech features in the car and Howard in finance who was also professional and cordial. All of these things are a clinic on how to build trust with new customers. A great experience.

Definitely a first choice Audi dealership, that I would recommend visiting if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned Audi. Service department is second to none and are always treated with the utmost professionalism every time we visit or have our vehicle in for service.

This has to be the best dealer around. The entire staff is so friendly and professional. We have been taking our Q5 there for every service and now we're taking our other car too. Tony in service is literally the best, he always seems to be two steps ahead of me. I really feel like I can trust everyone here and never worry about my cars because of it.

The best car service I have ever received. They are so organized, efficient, and thorough that I will be taking my Audi there for all future repairs. The video they emailed me with my inspection explained and showed any repairs that were required. That was much appreciated. The shop and customer area are immaculately clean and inviting. Highly recommend.

The dealership was great, they even delivered and installed my tag and stickers because I had back surgery and was unable to. I worked with Matt Rutherford who took care of everything and was great on follow up and follow through. Overall, a great experience and I can see myself as a customer of theirs for a long time.

Nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I've purchased a few cars from Matt Rutherford, and he took great care of my son and I last month once again. I gave him my specifications, and he hooked us up with great cars. He knows his stuff and we were in and out as very satisfied customers. The staff in the service department are always nice, very helpful, and knowledgeable as well.

Chad was great! We picked up a Q5. He gave a competitive lease quote on the first inquiry. He answered all my questions quickly and was overall just very personable. The car was missing it s factory weather mats and Chad had service send out a set to my home so I wouldn t have to make the drive!Patrick in finance was great as well. In and out of the dealer within an hour of arrival. Highly recommend and worth the trip from central Ohio .

I had an amazing experience purchasing my very first Audi from Jeremy Liekhus at Audi Cuyahoga Falls. I was lucky enough to be offered the opportunity to purchase a brand new RS3 at MSRP when almost every other dealer in the country was asking 5-20k over sticker and taking advantage of people. With Audi Cuyahoga Falls, you will never pay a markup! Mr. Liekhus was a pleasure to work with and always made sure to inform me when my vehicle entered production, when it was finished, when it was set to arrive, etc. Being my first new car purchase, Mr. Liekhus walked me through every step and made the process easy. I will definitely be coming back!

I had to wait a month to get my Audi checked out at this location. Finally got it looked at and the technician said everything was good to go. The next morning I start my car and every alarm possible is on my dash. A piston is misfiring and the car will hardly move. So I call this location to schedule yet another appointment. Needless to say it s another month wait and I have no other vehicle. Seems like it s every time I come to this location they say everything is good then the very next morning there s a problem.

nice people, poor scheduling it has taken me over 2 months to try and get in for a simple wheel alignment, when scheduled online they moved my date back an additional 2 weeks and want the car dropped off for days without providing a loaner. What happened here? i ve been a long time customer.

Amazing service center customer service! Taylor was incredibly kind and very helpful! Everyone there was very friendly and happy to help. I had wiper blades installed and my car washed. The wiper installation was quick and my car came back to me looking very nice! The waiting area in the lobby was also very peaceful and pleasant with comfortable seats!

Not entirely sure how they sell cars.I was recently in the market for a new car and called 4 days in advance to set up an appointment with one of the salesman. After driving 45+ minutes to the dealership on the scheduled day/time, I was greeted by a near-empty showroom. After wandering around the floor for several minutes, I was informed by an employee that the salesman I was scheduled to meet was off that day. I completely understand things happen, but at least have the courtesy to call or email a customer to inform them something came up before having them take time out of their day to drive up and meet you.As aggravating as that was, fortunately there was someone else there available to show me the car. However, the experience didn't really improve. The new salesman showed very little interest in selling me the car I was looking at, and fought me on just about every decision I was trying to make (method of financing, model, etc.). I'm 'all for looking at different options, but I'm not too crazy about having all my ideas immediate shot down.To top it all off, following the test drive, I was promised an email with some more detailed numbers by the next day at noon. Didn't hear from them for another 3+ days.Only positive of this situation was it gave me the opportunity to shop around more thoroughly. I ended up finding and buying a great car at another location about a week later.

Talked with sales all week about trading in my Audi, we get to the ball park number I was looking for and I schedule an appointment to visit and when I arrive there was only one sales person in the building helping other customers .not personable experience after driving 40 minutes to make a deal. Absolute waste of my time and will not be giving my money to this poorly run group

The way these people at the dealership stare at black people that walks in is absolutely disgusting. They really make it seem like me and husband can t afford an Audi luckily we didn t buy from them just simply getting our truck serviced seems like a problem. Y all need to do better!

My wife and I picked up our 2022 Q8 today. This is our fourth Audi, all from Audi Cuyahoga Falls. The experience could not have been better. We did have difficulty getting a car, but Pat Primm and his team worked tirelessly to get us the car that we wanted. Cody in the documents and finance department had every document ready, in order, and with an understandable explanation for everything we signed. Ben, who is the tech wizard, showed us the features on the car. No small task, but he did it in a way that we readily understood, and he was able to answer all questions completely and directly. This was a great experience, and we highly recommend Audi Cuyahoga Falls
