There aren t many things more painful than used car shopping, particularly as a female. So, when I rolled up to Assure and saw a team full of men, I expected the same experience as I ve always had. But wow, Bo and his team really surprised me. The short version is that I was in and out with a new car in just a couple of hours.The detailed version is I was treated with respect, my questions were answered, an issue (minor) with the van I was looking at was fixed on site right before my eyes, and most important to me- they were incredibly kind and respectful to my dad who is physically disabled and the recipient of the van purchased today.This is a no frills, no nonsense dealership. They didn t waste any of my time, and they didn t treat me like an idiot like big name dealerships have in the past. I d be happy to purchase from them again.

Awesome dealership. They have a good assortment of quality cars. After spending time driving around looking at auction cars that were barely cleaned and not very good quality, it was nice to find this place. Went to look at one car I saw and ended up having to choose between 4. I have already recommended them to other people and I highly recommend them to anybody who is looking for quality and low price car.

You can't be sure who you can trust when it comes to shopping for cars online. I'd like to attest to the wonderful friendly service of the Assure Autos team, and i'm forever grateful for their integrity and business style. I really appreciate the work they did to assure i got a functional, and stylish car. They worked fantastically with my budget and their communication and response times are the best! I can't wait to tell people that there's a real place that they can trust with their safety and money. Thank you guys

I give 4.8 out of 5 great communication, all-around great business. Honestly, I wish I would ve came here for all of my cars. Minus the rust on the ford e350 .,it s an amazing van it came with no check engine light .I ve had van for about a months now and I ve driven it 3 hours away with no problems .I m thankful will be coming back if I ever need a new van

These guys care about their reputation and try to find good vehicles. They pulled up car faxes on the vehicles I was interested in. Worked fairly on a deal with me with no BS. Encouraged us to drive the vehicle for awhile, not up the street and back. Just a overall good experience, pleasant, upfront and honest.

I went in there on 08/07/23 just off the street not expecting much. Was on my way to a vehicle I found online and decided to stop and check out there trucks for work. And the quality of the few they had were the best I ve seen yet especially for a sticker price of 7500 for a couple of them, I was astounded. Great service, great help finding a vehicle. You can t beat it. 5 stars all day easy. Shoutout to Bo the salesman who helped me into this very clean truck

We bought an Escape from Bo, it was such such a clean vehicle. He was upfront & honest about everything. I am so glad we found this place, we got an absolute great deal! We had been looking for a vehicle for over a week & this one was by far the best vehicle that we had seen in our price range! Everything from start to finish was a smooth experience! We would 100% do business with this company again!

Called about a vehicle last week and was told I would receive a call back after they spoke to the owner (I never received a call), then I called and left message asking for a call back (never got a call back), went online to the vehicle listing I was interested in and requested more information or a call back and still nothing. Now the vehicle I was interested in has sold and I have been totally ignored. I guess my money wasn't good enough.

My daughter needed a used car and with todays prices we knew it needed to be on the higher mileage end. They worked with us on a good price point. Just know that if you are going for a higher mileage vehicle don t expect a perfect vehicle. We were very happy with our experience and the vehicle is still running very well.

Just bought the cleanest 2005 Grand Marquis I ve seen at a Great price and exceeded my expectations once I seen it in-person. Been searching for awhile and this one caught my eye and hour after it was posted. The dealer got back within mins from my initial inquiry. The purchase was simple and the dealer honest upfront about the vehicle. Thanks again, Dado Milakovic for going above and beyond on this sale. God Bless.

Purchased a 2008 Mazda 3. The price was very reasonable. Not a typical 'used car salesman' experience. The guys are very laid back and easy to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics and the purchase process/paperwork was quick and easy. I would highly recommend assure autos if you are looking for an affordable used car!

A excellent company to work with when it comes to buying trucks! I got this very nice tri-axle dump truck from Assure Auto at a unbelievable price. Not only was the price great but there service was second to none. Will definitely come back when it s time for my next truck purchase.

Got my '06 Civic here, paid in full & they chopped almost 10% off to cover my fees to match the listing price. Upfront with the Carfax, as well as explaining all details over the phone about any concerns I had. Good experience, well recommended!

Bo was very professional and easy to talk to I bought a 2011 chevy silverado super clean truck with low mileage for a very reasonable price. Bo even worked with me on overall cost I will be recommending him to others in my family

I contacted them about 2 different vehicles. I was told to fill out an app then all of a sudden the vehicles are both sold. So yes thanks for running a credit check then selling it without a call, text or email. Typical car dealer with no regard for customers. You literally told me to fill out an app. I did as instructed and you just up and sell it without a word to me. I was asked how much money I had on the phone and confirmed that if no finance I had enough cash. I texted you and your reply is . Sold about 20 minutes ago sorry. Lie and get called out. Simple as that.

Need a car or truck, go see him. A little difficult to find. But on the corner of State Rd and Steels Corners It s smaller lot 25-30 cars / trucks. Clean vehicles,and honest .

Posting because of lack of communication on dealers end. I called and spoke with a salesman. He was nice , informative , and polite on the phone. Said he would message me more pictures seeing as i was out of the area. No pictures were ever sent. I called and left two voicemails to call me back seeing as i was still interested in the truck for sale. Still zero response. Even emailed through the link on autotrader. Still zero response. As of right now I still see the truck listed for sale on their website. Its been over a week n zero communication. Weird a car dealership that doesn t want to sell vehicles. Not a good business model in my opinion.

Second time working with these guys. Had an awesome experience again! The salesmen were super helpful, they answered my million questions with no problem. Would highly recommend! Hard to find businesses with consistent service but they never disappoint!

I had such a great experience at Assure Autos. Amazing customer service, great prices. It was straight forward and simple, employees were kind, helpful, and communicated very well with each other and us so there were no misunderstandings. We felt understood and informed. After initial price offer we brought up a couple things that would need serviced or replaced, just wear-and-tear repairs, and they immediately adjusted the price for us. After weeks of running around to various used car lots looking for a specific van, the guys at Assure Autos went out of their way to be helpful and give us a great experience there -- we couldn t be more grateful to have found them!

We just got our daughter her first vehicle from here. Now it's a used vehicle so of course they are not perfect. But overall it was a great find for her price range. When we test drove it, we had all the time we needed and he let us do all of our checking it over without bothering us. Bojan was very kind, respectful and honest!! Would definitely recommend checking them out. Thank you again for everything

When I found myself unexpectedly needing a new (to me) vehicle, an online listing for a car similar in size and capability to the one I needed to replace led me to stop at Assure Autos on a Saturday morning.The staff there greeted me in a polite and friendly manner, then let me poke around looking at every car they had that I was both interested in and considered within my budget and let me test drive the one I chose with no fuss and no pressure to buy.When an issue came up with the car I wanted to buy, they informed me as soon as possible and were very accommodating in letting me check over the car again and then in letting me test drive a different car that I was interested in when I decided the first car was no longer a good option for me.There are no guarantees when buying used cars, but I can be sure when dealing with Assure Auto that they will have fixed or honestly informed me of any known issues with a car they sell before the sale is made.

They have decent vehicles. If you do look at one, bring magnets. Check the frame for holes. If you can t bend over under a car, get someone who can to go with you. A lot of body rust was covered up with body filler that otherwise could ve deceived someone into thinking it was solid.

I never write google reviews so this is saying something! I really enjoyed my experience at assure auto and we will definitely come back when we need another vehicle! Both guys were so helpful and straightforward. It took less than an hour for us to buy our car! I d recommend them to anyone who s looking for a reliable, yet affordable car!

I wish I could share our experience, but we didn't even get a chance to purchase a vehicle. My son was very interested in a Ford Escape they had actively listed and he called 2 days in a row and was told that it was with the mechanic and they would call him as soon as it was back on the lot. We waited, and waited for the call so that we could come and look at it. Never received that call and it was listed as sold on the 3rd day. If you say you will call back, please do so.

I have been shopping for a car for a few months now and as someone that doesn t know much about cars, I just have not been comfortable with the salesmen I was dealing with, until I came to Assure Autos! They were so helpful and honest and their selection was amazing. I told the guy (I forget how to spell his name) what I was looking for and what my budget was and he was able to accommodate without the BS! Will definitely be coming back here when it s time for a new car :)

Bought my son's first car here!!! They had what he was looking for and with less miles then out her car lots. So if your looking for a quality used car at some of the best pricing stop by and see someone and expect to come as a customer but leave as friends!!!
