Had a wonderful experience at this store buying a car battery that included outstanding service, consultation and installation- much better than my dealership has ever done for me. Andy was the associate who helped me and I will come back because of his high level of attention and service.

Usually staff is pretty good about letting me shop despite my gender. This seems sarcastic but has actually been a real problem at a couple of other auto parts and hardware stores. Also i feel its worth noting that some of my favorite household tools have come from Advance Auto Parts stores. I will include photos of tools for context.

Matt was patient and thorough while changing my car battery for me. I didn't catch the name of the other gentleman inside but he as well seemed polite and professional. Matt conversed with me and made me feel comfortable with the fact i didn't know much about cars while ensuring he fulfilled his tasks quickly. Will be coming back soon

Walked in for a battery and oil filter. Andy was right on the money, even with a few odd and end questions he answered no problem. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I not only walked out with what I needed but with better knowledge of my car and how to care for it.

HUGE shout out to Stone and Andy for all they did for me today. Had a dead battery and Andy helped me with a great backup charger. Turned out the battery was even worse than thought. Went back and Stone replaced the battery but had to do a ton of work to replace a severely damaged connector in the process.These guys are the best and you can't go wrong going to them for help.

Awesome experience! I had my rear wiper blade take off by Take Five down the street and they thought they had a replacement, but didn t. So they left me without a rear wiper blade. Walked right into Advance Auto Parts and the man who helped me was very nice and even installed the new blade for me. Great service and experience. Also the blade was cheaper here. Thanks for all your help!

The guys here are amazing to work with. They are the absolute best Advance Auto that I have ever been to and they don't talk to me like I'm stupid. Kyle and Tony go out of their way to help me as much as they can. They both make getting parts so easy and fast. The drivers are also very very nice and I appreciate everything that they do in a timely manner. Everyone at this store is just so helpful and kind and courteous and respectful.

Ok so let me preface this review, with the fact that advanced auto parts as a corporation and their customer service is top notch. Ahmonnie, who we spoke to on the corporate line was an absolutely amazing human being, and example of the kindness all employees should follow, and resolved our situation with cool calm collectiveness that every person should strive to attain.Now let s move onto the employee Kevin at this location. Kevin is the exact employee that should not interact with the general public what so ever. He was extremely rude, made up his own policies, intentionally came outside to engage us in a verbal argument, and then proceeded to call the cops in a childish tirade that I haven t seen out of someone over the age of 8 in a very long time. Kevin should had been spanked more as a child and should look for a career not in customer service. If you happen to read this Kevin feel free to direct message me, I d love to catch the fair one if you don t wanna be a cop calling child and stand behind your words. Until they get rid of this Kevin guy, I would take the extra 15 minutes and drive to the other advanced auto parts store. Not worth the absolute trash experience we have had with Kevin.

Terrible service. I was the only customer and I was carrying a car battery into the store the "cashier" sat and watched me try to open the door. He then put my old battery on a cart. Do you think he could put the new battery on the cart and hold the door for me NOPE!! to repeat, I was the only customer Never shop there again

The one gentleman that worked there was able to look up the wiper blades I needed, show me where they were and help me select the best option. The other young man was was very helpful and put the wiper blades on for me. I would recommend this store.

Went there to get new Windshield Wiper Blades for my 08 Honda Ridgeline. Always have what I need, fast and friendly service, very neat and organized store. I asked the one store employee to install the new blades and he was happy to do so. Have been going there for the last 4 years. Some products there are much more reasonable in price compared to the dealership.

Hate to play the woman in need card, but I could really have used a more empathetic salesman today. Whatever was on his phone was clearly more important than showing a little compassion to a woman struggling with a car problem.

Advanced Auto Parts has been my favorite car parts store for years and I was again reminded why this past weekend. Store manager was super understanding and quick to act with regard to replacing guaranteed parts for me when one had failed. Always have a laugh or two with the guys while there...

Not one single employee wore a mask. Employees allowed customers into store who did not wear masks, and customer who had masks, but took them off while in store. As if that wasn t bad enough, pretty sure they ignored me /because/ I wore my mask. Would have gone elsewhere, but I knew Federated was closed, and I left my phone at home.

First time going there will be my last. Employees seemed too busy for me. I asked if a pipe would fit the exhaust on my car, he told me to go home and measure the pipe. He could have just looked on his computer to tell me if the pipe would fit. I think I will shop at O'Reiley from now on because they have good customer service and aren't lazy.

Ordered an item online and realized upon picking it up that the package only contained 2. I needed about 8-10. Apparently I didn't realize how many were included in the package. Regardless, I tried to return the product right then and there and just get the quantity I needed elsewhere, but they said the product is unreturnable. That's unsatisfactory service for me. Turned out to be a waste of my time.

Needed one small thing for my car after work today. Pulled up at 7:55pm. Doors were already locked! I understand they close on Saturdays at 8:00pm. But that means the doors get shut and locked at 8, not beforehand. I work in retail service, this is just proper business etiquette. You dont lock the doors before close to clean (that's what they were doing right in front of the door as they watched me walk up). Guess I'll take my business to Auto Zone.

Website clearly states that they have a PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE. But it should be Price Match Guarantee when we feel like it. Went here to buy a couple of items and asked the short fat guy behind the counter about a item that i saw on home depot's website for almost half the price as they had listed. I showed him on my phone the price of the item and he rudely said no we don't price match here. Due to his attitude i decided to buy what i needed from somewhere else. As i was walking out i overheard him saying we're not going to price match something like that. So i got on their website and the first thing i saw was Price Match Guarantee. What a joke!

The people working here are uneducated about cars. A friend was doing my brakes and rotors. The new rotor looked different than the new one and they couldn't figure it out. Took it over to AutoZone and the manager figured it out very quickly that it was sealed with a gasket and removed it. I will take my business there instead, because they are more educated

The employees are always nice at advance auto parts, no matter which one I go to. I love the coupons I get when I shop here sometimes.

Terry the Manager was super helpful and is the type of employee that would make me want to come back to advance Auto parts. I had a vw light problem and the manager was one of the best customer service people I have ever met.

They know my husband by name. They are the most helpful and do their best to find parts that are hard to find. One time they didn't carry, or able to order, they gave a discount on another part they did have.

When another auto parts store couldn't get me a part, I chose Advance. Local business close to home and friendly and knowledgeable staff. And I was able to get my part within a couple of days!
