They were so great in our car buying experience! Not pushy at all and made everything so much easier than going to a big dealership and feeling "got" after leaving. I would highly recommend visiting them! I love my new-used Subaru!

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle fom Troxell Auto Sales and the experience could not have been any more pleasant. They do not pressure you. Answered all our questions and went above and beyond. We noticed the vehicle needed new tires. Don noticed that also and put 4 new tires on it After the purchase I went to fill it up and they had already made sure it had a full tank. I definitely recommend you take a look at them on a vehicle purchase. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Don and Teresa.

Don and Theresa are great and honest people! We purchased 8 vehicles from them!!! No issues with any of the cars! No pressure at all. If you see something and you like it grab it! Chances are someone else is also interested in the same vehicle. They also work with your schedule. They are family!!!

I just want to say what a pleasure it was to have dealt with Troxell Auto Sales!! Don and Teresa are wonderful people who work hard to get one in the vehicle they want!! We bought a car from Troxell a few weeks ago. I noticed a minor issue after I got the car home and they had me bring it back so they could take care of it. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything in the car was in top condition! Highly recommend!!

I bought a car last year and found the whole experience enjoyable. Don let me test drive as many cars as I wanted and he never put any pressure on me to buy or add any additional expenses. They are friendly and honest about the cars they sell. I have recommended friends and family to check his cars before looking elsewhere. Was so impressed with Don and his Wife that I am currently in the process of buying a second car for myself. Great car dealer, honest, friendly and has reliable used cars.

This was my first experience buying a car at a small local owned business. There was no pressure to buy a car, no push toward the newest or most expensive on the lot like my past experiences at big corporate dealerships. Teresa and Don listened to me and my needs and would answer questions honestly. Every detail was written out and explained so I could easily understand where the money goes. Customer service is above and beyond. I really enjoyed this experience, and can t imagine doing business anywhere else. Thank you both so much for your time and expertise!

I have bought my last four vehicles and will buy my next four from this family. You re not going to find a more honest place to buy vehicles from than Troxell auto. Super nice and enjoyable people to deal with. Every vehicle they have is of top quality choice. You never have to worry when you buy from Troxell auto. If you want to enjoy a blast from the past shop at Troxell auto!

Outstanding small dealer in wayne county. Very friendly staff and quality cars made sure we were comfortable with the deal. This is the fourth car we have bought from Mr & Mrs Troxell. Will buy from them again.

After shopping at a couple other used car lots we came upon Troxell Auto mainly because they had a vehicle of interest to us. What we found was not only a great car but a different experience than we had elsewhere. Don and Teresa are great. I recommend if you are looking for a nice used auto to start right at Troxell, I know we will.

Have now bought 3 vehicles from Don and Teresa. First one was back in 2016. These 2 are the most wonderful people you will meet. I won't go anywhere else to buy a used vehicle. They make the whole experience very easy. And they stand behind their vehicles!! I could not recommend anyone else higher!!

Very happy with my recent purchase from the Troxell team. This is a family owned used car dealer that has a great reputation of standing behind the cars they sell. I even had some silly questions the day after my purchase and the Troxell team took the time to address my concerns with a smile on their face. I highly recommend shopping here.

I just purchased a car from Troxel Auto Sales. Don and his wife couldn t have been more helpful in answering questions. No pressure, just honest answers. Let my husband and I look around. Was not the horrific time I was anticipating, like your big dealers. Will refer friends and family to check out the small town guy.

Very impressed with the integrity of Don @ Troxell Auto. He was the least pressured car salesmen I have ever worked with, and did a great job of honesty answering my questions. Don actually steered me away for a higher price car because he knew it wouldn't be best for my family situation (saved me from an impulse buy)!I was pleased with the selection of cars he had, and that his prices were reasonable.Definitely give Troxell a chance if you are car shopping.

I bought a Jeep Patriot earlier this year from them. The entire experience was awesome!I love my Jeep! They sell great vehicles, and they make the whole buying process enjoyable.I would highly recommend them if you in the market for a new vehicle!

Our family has always gone through Troxell Auto Sales when we need vehicles. Don has consistently been able to find quality dependable vehicles and has very fair pricing. Some of the corporate dealerships in large cities can be aggressive, shady, and cutthroat. Adversely, we feel quite safe buying from the Troxells. If you want to feel like a fish in a shark tank, go to a mega dealership. If you want to feel like you're among friends, go to Troxell's.

Don and Theresa take the stress out of buying a vehicle. I have bought several vehicles from them over the years and I have always received a fair deal on a quality vehicle. Bought a 2012 jeep liberty sports on April 11. Perfect condition. Don&Teresa were great. I ask Teresa about mud flats&rain guards for my window. Don call me back&said he would order them for cost&put them on. For cost. When my parts came in. She drove into Wooster&her son took my Jeep back to there shop&install them&drove my Jeep back to me. There no way u get any better service than that. What a deal. Very happy i stop at Troxell. So do urself a favor&stop. If your looking for a nice uses car or truck or SUV. They are there to help you find what ur looking for. You can.t go wrong. Very happy i did. Thank you. Don&Teresa. For ur great service.

I wrecked my civic about a year ago .Went to dunn brothers in search of another Honda.AWFUL EXPERIENCE . They pressured me & were very rude...So then I went to troxells because I had heard such great things about them. And I'm so happy I did!Donnie hooked me up with a 2012 Honda fit. I walked out the door with it the same day. I've had no issues with it. I love it!!Donnie and Teresa are genuinely great people.They know how to run a business the right way & they arent out to scam anybody. I stopped In there today to see them and as soon as I walked in the door Teresa knew who I was and we just started talking like no time had passed.I will ALWAYS go here for a vehicle and I recommend troxells to EVERYONE !! THEY ARE THE BEST IN ALL OF WAYNE COUNTY , IN ALL OF OHIO !!!Dont waste your time with big dealerships or dunn brothers or anywhere else. Come here first !!! :)

Keeps his cars clean, knows how to take care of you, is always openly honest with issues, and trade ins. Very accommodating if you need him to be!I love that the Troxell family treats loyalty, how it should be treated.
