I live in Virginia and found these guys through an online auto parts recycling website. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my part arrived and the care in which it was wrapped. And everyone was helpful when I called. 03 XL7 radio bezel. Just in case they see the review. Appreciate it guys.

Amazing old-school institution. Remember the last time the person you spoke to at a recycling yard was professional, honest, kind and up-front? We had gotten a part here that wasn't available for at least 100 mile radius. We ended up taking it back and there was no problem refunding in full what we paid them! Very grateful for that. There were two men at the counter and the phone was ringing non-stop, but they took care of in-store customers first. That was awesome!

Great place for parts. Honest and very knowledgeable about the parts they are selling. Purchased an engine for my truck was exactly as described and at a very fair price. Traveled 4 hours from Pontiac MI. To Creston Ohio well worth the trip.

Fantastic super great parts help. They gave me fast and knowledgeable assistance to get a part for a 1990 era car and quick shipping via R&L Trucking LTL service for my 100+ pounds part! I can't say enough excellent about Denny and all the team at Creston Auto Cycling. I would give them more than a 5 star rating if I could.

Panama Bob here.... Been to these guys at least a dozen or more times. Always nice always helpful. Once I was short on cash. Guy's helped me out anyway. I believe them to be honest and trustworthy. Infact I'm going today as Soon as they open for another project. Thanks for being there Creston auto parts.

Nice guys. I had to go there and search a car that once belonged to my wife, but was totaled and sold at auction by our insurance company. There was no money to be made, I just needed access to the car. These guys were extremely accommodating. You would be hard pressed to find any nicer people.

Creston auto are deff the people to trust, I live in Detroit Michigan and ordered a part from them and came in just as they described it, also love their customer service they were so helpful over the phone. Keep the hard good work up guys..

They try to be helpful but are not careful enough verifying you have the correct part. Bring your old parts with.

Very unprofessional at the counter. Parts/accessories were not off and ready as promised after I called 2 different times. I removed the parts/accessories myself and was rudely cutoff when I asked for a small discount for my time!!

Called it to check on a part, said they had the part but would not go take a look to make sure it was right and everything I needed, they told me I had to come in and look, I wasn't driving for 1 1/2 hrs one way to find out its not all there, couldn't give me 5 min
