These folks are down to earth Americans who try to accommodate me, the customer. They didn't happen to have what I needed, although steered me to folks that may. I appreciate there way . Thanks.

It was pouring rain that day and they went and got parts I needed for a car. I called and they had the exact parts in the same condition he described to me and gave me cheaper price than every other yard in Richland and crawford counties. They always do a good job!

Not sure what happened. They used to be good. But constant run arounds. I would show up and the parts would never be there. Wasted 2 days of them saying they have it but they don't. Won't be going back to St. James again for parts.

Worst place I've ever been too. I went to take a transmission back that was under warranty and they argued with me for 20 minutes saying I didn't know how to put a transmission in and they gave me the wrong one and did not want to refund me the money. I called 10 to 15 times before I went there and they kept hanging up on me. I've put transmission in for over 20 years and have set with junk yards my whole life. This is the first and last time I will do business with them.

Bought a transmission from St James that did not happen to fit. They worked hard to make it right and get me a new one as soon as possible. That transmission did not end up working correctly once installed, but St. James stood by their guarantee and gave me my money back no problem and apologized for the inconvenience.

They use to have alot of older stuff but scrap price went thru the roof a couple months ago. And the cleaned most of it out..

Went up there friday said it be done next day called several times an they kept saying the same thing an said proimise it be done weds an it still wasnt done sorry we forgot u again an said the next day transmission be pulled out an still nothing a week later

Get what ever parts I need for my vehicles for a really good cost an if they don't have what you want can get what you need
