Were very respectful and gave an immediate assistance. Got an appt set up within days of my call and was very professional over the phone and in person. Reasonable estimate for alignment and also held to their estimated price once job was done. Would definitely refer them to anyone I know who needs work done...

Mike, Matt, and Jen have taken care of my vehicle on multiple occasions. They are honest and caring. They have been flexible with my schedule and have worked me in quickly. Their prices are fair and reasonable. I recommend giving them a chance to work on your vehicle.

Action Tire Express & Service in Crestline is amazing. The workers are very understanding and friendly! They explain any issues within my vehicle and work with my crazy schedule to fix my car! I have always brought my vehicles to this place for years now and will continue to recommend them to others!

I was able to get into Action Tire in Crestline very quickly to get an oil change. Jan made the appointment and was very helpful. My car was ready in about 40 minutes. Great service! I do not like their phone message. I had to wait to get a person to answer bee cause of their automated system. This is new and not necessary.

I am very satisfied with the work I had done on my Buick at Willig Tire & Auto. They got me scheduled as soon as they could, and when I took my vehicle to them, they called me shortly after I got back to my home and they told me what was wrong, and what it would cost to fix it. They do excellent work and called me when they had it ready to go.

Great people but took my suv in for tires and alignment. Left the shop and instead of the wheel barely going to the left going straight it was going a lot more to the right going straight. Took it back the next day its right back to the sane spot slightly to the left. Tech got some grease on the seat. Just not the best place for an alignment atleast but friendly people and maybe the body work is better. Scheduling another alignment with honda themselves

Make sure you have time to wait. Called first thing in the morning for a simple tire plug and mount and they couldn't even get me in until 4 in the afternoon. I'm just a neighbor a few houses down from them. Guess I will have to drive into Ontario to get help instead of relying on a local business. Disappointed

Good place to get new tires , we had new tires put on our Chevy impala , after calling around doing price comparisons willig tire beat everybody i called and even sold me a better tire for less than others were quoting for lower grade tires that were mostly made overseas . Willig only quotes and sells tires that are made in the USA !!!! , that is a major plus for me !!! Also they have a great everyday price for wheel alignments!! We will definitely use willig tire for our tire needs in the future .
