The team at Accurate Auto Repair are awesome and go above and beyond to meet their customers repair service needs. Dan and the rest of the crew respect their customers unlike other garages I ve had the displeasure of doing business with as a woman. Ive had bad experiences in the past with other garages talking down to women and treating them disrespectfully. Not Accurate Auto repair! I always take my car to Dan at AAR and he ll go over it with a fine tooth comb to find the tiniest problem when the job calls for it! If they don t think the work needs done right away they won t pressure you into doing it either. Dan and Meghan (and their shop dog Bentley ) are the best little mechanic crew in town!

Go anywhere else. They are abusive and rip you off. They tried to charge us almost double the estimate, which is against the law and included in what they tried to charge was double labor. Then they went ahead and charged for an unauthorized diagnostic. It was a large hassle to get them to operate within the law and they were very abusive towards us, which I imagine is how they do business. They seem disorganised in business operation as well. All the bad reviews here must be accurate. It's a big mistake to take your vehicle here and there are better, and more genuine mechanics out there. Find one. Save yourself the headache. It's a scam.

I'd give no stars if that were a option We paid for a diagnostic because my car was leaking coolant they said it was so and so they fixed it couple days go by I go out to the car and check it's leaking in the same spot We called in and told them that it wasn't fixed they said bring it in they would look at it free We brought it in waited and waited for a call so I decided to go there and see what was going on come to find out they fixed it without our consent "even though they claimed it was already fixed" we had to pay $70 for them to fix the issue when I thought they already found the issue and they fixed it without even calling us and asking for our permission they was just supposed to see why it was leaking because I totally would have fixed it myself do not go here they told us it was fixed the first time!!!! I went in there not wanting to pay because we shouldn't have to 1 because it was there mistake 2 they fixed it without our consent He said I figured you wanted it fixed well yea it was already supposed to be We paid to get it fixed a while ago and we should not have to pay again and he said it was his mistake He owned up to it but still charged us $70 Will never go back!!!!!

Do not take your vehicle here!!! Total rip off. Took car in for brake line. Was told radiator was bad so they couldnt bleed brakes. Nothing wrong with radiator when taken in. Had to buy new radiator and when radiator was put in they twisted transmission line. Looked like a pretzel knot. They broke the reservoir when putting in radiator. Was charged $900 to get car off lot. Had to take car to another mechanic to fix all there screw ups. Very unprofessional. Beware of this place!!!

We ve been using Accurate for our vehicles for several years now, particularly for my husbands 96 Bronco which, because of age, needs quite a few repairs. We ve always found them very honest and pricing is awesome, we ve never left feeling like we were taken advantage of. At one point we got a pretty expensive set of tires put on his truck and Accurate beat out pricing of the corporate stores.For a while we were taking our vehicles to a corporate store just for oil changes because of coupons and we thought we were saving money. Decided to take our car back to Accurate for the oil change, not only did they have it done really quick but we found out the other place had been charging us for an extra quart so we were actually paying more and for a product we didn t need! That just solidified that we needed to go back to keeping it local, it was our mistake to switch for the oil changes but some things are learned the hard way, just glad Accurate is here and so helpful!!

I have taken my blazer to accurate auto several times for different problems. They are honest, fair priced and do great work. It's the only place I trust to work on my vehicles . Also you can buy and bring your own parts and have them install them or have them supply the parts, and they give you 1yr road ride assistance insurance for free . If you need work done I would highly recommend accurate auto !!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. DANGER.Had to fix several parts of my car. Gave me a quote. Did my ac without me asking. Told my wife 'it was necessary'. It's still broken. So not only did they not tell me they would be doing extra work, increasing my quote. Which they had no excuse for. They told us they would keep our vehicle if we didn't pay for everything.Service: Air conditioning

If you can't repair your car yourself then I recommend Accurate, all work done is done by appointment only. Like most auto repair shops somewhat expensive. They do guarantee their work and the repairs are done in a timely manner.

Got a flat and don t know my way around crestline. Was referred to this place by napa and although when I called originally they were booked up, but with my concern for being stranded from Wooster they fit me in for fixing my flat. They are such nice people to talk to and it was nice seeing a woman working there too. Awesome plants in the waiting area too.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Last time I asked for top grade synthetic oil I got some cheap oil that was so thin it ran right out of a small leak that doesn't happen when someone puts good oil in my car.

This is the third time that they had to work on my timing chain the first few times they didn't do not replace all the parts this time I hope they did not ruin my motor it only has 97,000 miles and like I said the third time it's been to the shop for the same problem who has thousands of dollars to keep replacing and labor
