This is the second time I've been here. The owners are very nice, it's a clean shop and they do good work at reasonable prices. Highly recommend them!

Tony's was wonderful. They are professional, reasonable, honest and friendly. It was the best experience I have had with a mechanic. I recommend them for anyone that wants good service at a fair price. They are worth the drive to Covington.

I am from out of state and was here working at another facility the company owns. On the second day, I was struck on the right rear side of my brand-new Chevy Impala by a semi-truck. It did a good deal of damage to the rear quarter panel, trunk and bumper assembly. Due to the fact that the trunk was no longer water tight, I needed to act quickly. I found Tony s shop by doing a Google search and found the reviews to be very positive. The shop was also very close to where I was working and I liked the fact that it was local. The first contact that I had with them over the phone convinced me that they were the shop that I wanted to do business with. Ed and his wife were wonderful to work and very professional throughout the entire process, which included: getting my car under cover and out of the rain, storing numerous items stored in the trunk under lock and key, getting the initial estimate completed in a very timely fashion and working with an out of state insurance company. Ed assured me that the damage could be repaired (it was not totaled) and that he would do his very best to deliver the vehicle back to me before my planned departure date, but that he could not guarantee it (he was honest about the situation upfront). As time passed and the work progressed, he became more and more confident in his ability to deliver the vehicle back to me before my planned departure date. In the end, he did deliver the vehicle back to me the day before I was set to leave, so I was not delayed. The fact that he was able to deliver the car back to me in such a tight time frame impressed me to no end. I was a former mechanic and also did body repair and I can honestly state that the quality of the work overall was excellent. There is one issue with the trunk liner re-installation although it is not a big deal. If I had I never returned to the area, I would not have lost any sleep over it. But since I am now back for the third time, I plan to stop in and I am sure the issue will be corrected. I would highly recommend Tony s Body Shop & Service Center and I was extremely satisfied with the work they did for me on my brand-new vehicle. In my opinion, they are very honest, competent, reliable and do quality repairs at a very reasonable price and I am very confident that anyone needing work on their vehicle would be very satisfied with them, just as I was.

Great place to go to for service. Whether its just simple oil changes or full body service. They have fixed both of my cars so far after 3 car accidents and have fixed multiple small body damage repairs. Couldn't ask for a better owner. His wife and him are so sweet. Wouldn't choose any other place to do buisness. Always honest to their word and reasonable with pricing! Thanks so much Ed for all you've done. It's more than appreciated!

There's only three things you need to know about Ed and Leah: they're trustworthy, their word is good, and they know what they're doing. Let's face it - it's not the '60s when you could fix your own car and there's no doubt car repair can be a crooked industry. You can be cheated, ripped off and lied to, and most don't have the technical knowledge or experience to question anything some mechanic tells you. Nothing like that will happen at Tony's. You can bring a vehicle here and be 100% certain that they'll tell you what you need, won't pressure you into something you don't need, and won't take advantage of you. I've got full confidence in them, their staff, and I don't worry that when they say something's fixed that it isn't.

First and foremost: I had erroneously given this shop a 1 star review and being unsure how to change a rating I had neglected to finish that process. Having said that, I'd like to report that I'd intended to give them the highest rating possible. I grew up in Covington and my parents and I had our cars serviced and repaired here when Tony, Mike, and Dale owned the shop, but I hadn't visited it since. I had contacted Ed recently about an '04 PT Cruiser I own that suffered a timing belt failure and sustained enough damage to it to make it not worth the cost of repairing. Ed went far beyond good customer service to do everything he could for me and I am incredibly thankful to him for his honesty and his help. Car repairs are an area where people are always worried about being taken advantage of, especially with today's vehicles, and while I can't say that I've known Ed as long as I knew Tony I can say this: he's the only person I would ever trust to fix a car that I'd drive or more importantly, put one of my kids in. Thank you Ed, for your your honesty and integrity. In my opinion it's something that can be hard to come by these days.

Had a little door ding in my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. Called Ed & Leah to see if I could get it taken care of. They were kind enough to hook me up with a PDR person in the morning since I'm a 3rd shifter. In and out in less than an hour and the door looks perfect once again.You won't meet 2 nicer people, THXS!!

Tony's is a reasonably priced honest mechanic. Whether you're a man or a woman they treat you fairly. You can call for a rough estimate on repairs, and if he can't do it or doesn't specialize in that field he will tell you someone who can!

Great shop, awesome owner, great prices! This shop has devoted customers for a reason even since new ownership and it's because the previous owner and new owner value their customers and do the repairs right .
