Started out great, willing to hold the car until we figured out financing. Some concern about tires and asked specifically. No honesty, no integrity-two of the tires aren't holding air once we got it home. I suspect they filled them for test drive and pickup and crossed their fingers.UPDATE: She indicated she did call you, you said that 17 psi was dangerous and she shouldn't drive on it. 2 tires had dry rot and have been replaced.

The whole experience was amazing!. I ll never go to another body shop ever again! Regan is very informative and the rest of the employees are very nice and respectful. Not to mention they do amazing work !
