Could not have asked for a more honest dealer. We were both very transparent with each other and worked together until we found a deal that fits us both. I cannot recommend a dealership over this one. They were not pushy, they were patient and most of all provided the best customer service I ve ever received from a dealership. They will be the first I recommend any friend or family to go see first. Thank you again Chris and Rick.

They claim they check everything over but I drove off the lot with a broken sway bar link, found out the day after when I went to have my new car actually checked over. Went back and told them, they acted like they had no idea obviously and had it fixed by some guy in his backyard which was nice. Couple months later leaked transmission fluid all over Walmarts parking lot, five point had it fixed by the same guy in his backyard. Got my car back from this guy with my passenger seat leather completely torn up, contacted five point and sent pictures of my seat with no response. Fine for a few more months then my cv axle snapped in half, which made sense once I saw it taken out because it was mostly rust. I had someone else do my axle and paid for it myself because of how my car came back from their mechanic. And the employees acted surprised everytime I came in and said thing like "oh it's a car things are gonna go wrong". I understand that, and I'm by no means a mechanic but this is a bit much. Save your time and money and buy a car somewhere else!!

I highly recommend these guys. I would tell you if you are in Coshocton talk to them before you look out of town. Chris went out of the way to work a deal for me on a truck. They had already put a lot of money in a new transmission and other parts. Chris was upfront and honest with me about everything he knew about the truck. When I test drove the truck I found a few little things about the truck electrically that made me feel a little uneasy. He took the truck the next day to an auto electronics specialist in West Lafayette and got it taken car of. He went far above what any other dealer would have done to sell me that truck at a fair price.

Amazing people and nice cars. Unfortunately i ended up being denied due to no credit but they tried really hard to help me out. They were really nice people and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend going to them for a car.

Sold me a car with a blown engine.He repaired it, but told coworkers of mine that I blew it.Extremely unprofessional and unable to take responsibility.
