The car I took for a test drive had no brake fluid and a low tire. Go literally anywhere else.

I Needed a car quick so I Bought an 02 Buick almost a year ago from here & so far so good. Had to replace the Muffler which was cheap, and a few stuff is expected on a 2002 vehicle from Ohio dealing with the winters as far as rust. Other than that its been doing pretty good. I had my doubts about the Quality, but it has taken me from Ohio to Mississippi to Florida no problem.

I ve had 2 cars from them and they have been excellent! My car I have now is a 2007 Ford Edge. I told heather what I wanted in the price I wanted to stay around and she found it in a day! Excellent place, I don t think I ll ever go anywhere else!

We bought a vehicle from this dealer 2 years ago. The first winter we had it the car would not start so we had it towed into the garage. Then we had it in again for mechanical trouble not long after and they put in a radiator. Five or six months ago the car started to heat up. We took it in and they kept saying that nothing was wrong. We had it in for the same thing at least 5 times for the same thing. The last time we had it in they replaced some parts but didn't do it the right way. Parts were not put in right but we did not know it. We also told them many times to replace the water pump but it was not done. When the motor blew up that is when we found out the pump was bad just like we thought and also about the parts not being right. Now we have to pay on another car because of them which we were not planning on. I would not recomend this dealer to anyone.

Traded my vehicle for a Nissan XTerra at their Cambridge location. The salesman says even trade, you might need $500, or maybe $1000. I said, which is it? I was trading a vehicle that was in good condition for one that needed some work. 3days later, still waiting for a title, they call me and say I need to come in and sign a piece of paper saying I am aware that it is a salvaged vehicle. I wanted my vehicle back and the woman talks to the owner. Supposedly they had already sold my vehicle. So I take the XTerra to a local body shop to get the radiator and the part underneath the radiator replaced. When they seen where it came from they hesitated because they had done business with this "auto sales" before and wanted nothing to do with them. They informed me that if they would have properly installed the radiator the first time I wouldn't have had to be replacing it. I had this vehicle for 3months before it blew up on I70.

Bought a 2005 jeep Cherokee, outside was very clean, inside had some hidden trash tucked away underneath front seat. Price was a little higher than comparison to same yr/model. Major problem-cracked head. No anti-freeze when bought, filled up three times, ran a month. Now sitting in my driveway. Said the jeep was sold "as is". Didn't offer any help/advice. Crooked dealer.

I HAVE BROUGHT 5 CARS FROM NEW WAVE AND EVERYTIME THEY GIVE ME THE UP MOST RESPECT!!! A MONTH AGO THE CAR I WAS BUYING GOT TOTAL!! HEATHER GOT ME IN A CAR THE NEXT DAY !!! HIS OR MINE INSURANCE COMPANY DIDN'T AFFORD ME A RENTAL OR NOTHING !!!! THEY BEEN GOOD TO ME EACH AND EVERYTIME I NEEDED MY CAR FIX TOO....You need a car come to New Wave ...THE GIRLS ARE AWESOME!!!!!

I have had my truck almost 2. Year's new wave is awesome very friendly staff they answers all questions and always wanting to help tax time I will go there to get me another car I would recommend new wave to anyone

When you test drive these cars from the Coshocton location, I suggest that you take it to a mechanic. Bubblegum patching on leaky fuel lines. Main problems for customers have been transmission problems and shot fuel lines/fuel filters. Very sad.
