This shop is absolutely awesome! They make and keep appointments, give accurate estimates and have very fair prices. They truly care about their customers and doing a good job. We have been going here for years and always have a good experience!!!

These young men offer great customer service, awesome rates, very upfront with what they can do and they set appointments so you know the day you drop off the work will be done. I have traveled all over this country and their customer service is awesome. They were concerned that I may have to walk up to pick up my truck when they finished so they called and asked if I needed a ride, I did not . When I arrived, mind you it was cold and snowing, my truck was running with the heater on. Thanks guys for a job well done. I ll be back soon to get more performance work doneService: Exhaust

They were recommended by a friend. He was right! They do quality work at reasonable prices. What I had done came in less than I was quoted. No wonder the place is always busy!

The mechanics take time out of their already fully booked day to help you or get you in as soon as possible to let you know what's really going on with your vehicle. They handle all my warranty work and are knowledgeable and reliable.

The best garage I've delt with in my life. Wish I could give 10 stars. Knowledgable, honest, courteous staff. Better prices than anywhere else. They do an excellent job every time I bring mt car in. Have gone to them for everything from wipers malfunctioning to bringing in a car that didn't run and had sat for years and I have always gotten exemplary service at an amazing price. I highly recommend you don't waste your time anywhere else.

This is where you need to go if you want to make sure you are getting what you pay for an have a reliable car that has been maintenanced properly. I have been to other shops and regret not finding this place from the start. Trust is a word I don't use often, but I know I can trust I am getting the best price, the best service by people that know what they are doing.

I scheduled an appointment today to have front brake pads put on my car. When I arrived, I told them to check the back brakes too and to go ahead and do them if they need to be done. The guy comes out once they checked them and said that he would hate to put on any brakes because I didn t truly need them. He said I am not even close to needing brakes yet. If you re looking for a place that is honest and does good work, this is the place to go.

I recently moved to Columbus from Coshocton and I will always goofy if the way to bring my vehicles back to G&M Automotive in Coshocton Ohio. They have always gone above and beyond! Always make sure my vehicles are fixed the right way. When you find someone like G&M that do the job right and have friendly and timely service you stay with them. They are always professional, efficient and very affordable on car repairs. They discuss the issues with your vehicle, give you an estimate of the amount it will cost to repair it and finish the job on time.

These guys are honest and do an excellent job and fair priced.. those 2 reviews on here that only have one star were because this place was doing them a favor by not fixing something that wasn't broke.. anybody else's would of charged them and acted like they fixed something that didn't need it
