As alwaysYour greeted when enter the doorIf they are busy and look up it's a hi five or something.Whether they know who I am or not the a chatty with me like they know me.Order my stuff with George in commercial had pre surgery appts.Came back the following day and miss barb got my stuff for me as busy as they were.Asked if I needed help no ma'am with a wink.On my way out I one of the regular drivers joke with me his name is Dave.As I was backing out another driver was pulling in and he was waving out the window.I enjoy my visits.Let me say this.If there is something wrong (let's be real it happens)They fix it to the best of there ability. Your frustration is your own and you can't take it out on them but we do in our own way.Always refer them always.

Had bulb out and they changed it for me. The people who work here are very nice and very helpful. Wouldn't get car parts anywhere else.

The store is always clean, there is almost always someone behind the counter and ready to get the parts I need. The staff is very helpful to pick out the things I need.

I always get my parts here and I used to work for advance auto..lol. AutoZone is just doing it waaay better. Prices, product, customer service, good info. Don't come looking for atf +4 though because their commercial clients get first pick and they wipe them out of every sale item. It's kinda unfair honestly and then when you point it out they don't wanna give you a better price on something else for being out of stock.

Today, while shopping for a Blend door I was asked by the employee what my car was doing and why I even need the part, as I'm holding the part in my hand then had the audacity to ask me if I pulled it myself (I'm a woman and they treated me like I didn't know what I was doing because of it). These men were completely condescending and rude. Online the part was in stock at my store but when I went in they didn't have it and tried to sell me something more expensive. What a joke.

Had to get A/C coolant to fill cars air conditioning, although with great customer service I found out didn't need to spend the money the blend door is broken and the coolant was already full.Nowcomes the whole disassembly of the whole dash to replace a non expensive part.

I have been doing business with our local Autozone store since it first opened and i still do today. The prices are pretty good and the staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend our local Autozone store to anyone that's shopping for auto parts.

The store manager fails to have employees wear masks as state mandate requires, some have masks hanging under chin others have none at all making a dangerous situation worse.

Con: It's astonishing how little knowledge of automobile repair the employees here display. Pro: There is an Advanced Auto store right across the street, and an O'Reillys moving in next door soon.
