I went to get 4 tires on my Escape. Both Jacob and Vincent were nice and helpful. They did an excellent job. I am very pleased with the service and tires. You may have to look on their website to get the best deal, but it's worth the effort.

I wouldn t recommend using their auto center. I have ordered tires here 4 times. The 3 previous times, only 1 to 3 tires came in instead of 4. Finally on the fourth order I Got 4 tires replaced on my Jeep Liberty. The employee added other packages to my bill and had me pay before being told they were adding more to my bill. When I asked for a refund for lifetime balance which was $60 extra after taxes, the associate was rude and laughed and wouldn t refund the package saying, you don t want to have lifetime tire balance? And Said it s included , while adding a $14 charge per tire. The associates way of making extra money on commission I assume. And every time I go here, my wheels get more and more scratches/paint chips.Service: Tires

Got there at 7am and already had 3 people ahead of me, but got my car serviced and was "out the door" within an hour

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They told me a 30 minute wait.ended up being a 45 minute wait to even get the car in and then it took an hour and 15 minutes to do a oil change and tire rotation. I could have probably done it myself in that time. Long story short pay a little bit more and get out of there in time. I'll go through Valvoline or jiffy pay about $20 more and won't waste 2 hours of my precious time. They weren't even nice about it.

The staff was unfriendly. They asked a customer a question and kept walking, not even waiting for the answer.When I checked out, I had a bit of sticker shock ( not cost was discussed up front) and the manager was a smart mouth.

They scheduled appt .went and said I didn't have an appt twice..garbage customer service..super slow workers..will be reporting to corporate..plus, maybe to many smoke breaks..

After stopping at Pep Boys in Niles and getting treated not so well. Walmart treated us great. They got our car in and diagnosed the problem within 1 hour while we did our shopping. Thanks to the Auto Care Center for their help and professionalism. Friendliness goes a long way.

Asked questions about the speed rating on tires and the gentleman helping me was not knowledgeable about speed rating. Then use asked for the 2 new tires to be placed on the back and to rotate the rear tires to the front, he understood my request but the tech doing the tires did not rotate my tires. And lastly they used clip on weights to balance the tires on the outside of my good aluminum rims. Not impressed or happy.

Walmart - Cortland. One person working the front register and was not friendly at all. I went for an oil change here because our regular place wasn t open on Sundays. We came in and dropped our car off and in the meantime we went grocery shopping. She said it would be an hour for the oil change, but really it took 3 hours. We finished shopping, checked out and waited by the door. While my sister and I were patiently waiting with our buggy full of groceries by the bench, the worker came over and moved our buggy abruptly and demanded we let another gentlemen sit down. She didn t even give us a minute to move and scoot over. I would ve gladly let him sit with us if I saw he was in need of a seat. As we continue to wait, more and more customers are gathering in, waiting in line and waiting for their cars to finish. This lady was very impatient and unfriendly to everyone. She acted like everything was an inconvenience. Overall, I will not be coming back to Walmart for an oil change in the future.

The Tire center staff at Cortland Walmart was more than helpful! They where friendly, knowledgeable, and FAST!!! The tire shop staff was more than careful mounting my BRAND NEW specialty (reverse mounted rims) and didn't leave a scratch on them! TRULY pro's and VERY respectful to veterans! You guy's ROCK tho tire shop!!! I'm only giving 4 stars because Walmart does NOT grant military discount!!! That's sad because it embarrasses the GREAT employees that Walmart has, who clearly deserve 10 STARS because they are proud of what they do and give it their all, resulting in merit AND SALES for Walmart, when they have to say NO... when a veteran asks about the militarydiscount! Js!

Had tires balanced. Was told that 2lbs was added to the wheels which is insane. One of the counterweights fell off causing the car to shake worse. Took my unbalanced car to a local shop who told me the weights were actually 3oz and they balanced them for less than half the price. Asked for a refund and was denied.

Walked in at 7:55 for an oil change and was told that they close at 9 and didn t have enough time to assist me.I told him I only showed up at this time because I called ahead of time and they told me they don t close till 9 and that I needed to travel 8 hours away. And they couldn t assist me. What a joke. Like telling people in my business that our restaurant closes at 9 and can t cook and take care of you if you walk an hour before close.RIDICULOUS.

I was stressing real bad and having a bad day because I had a dead cell in my battery and I knew this bad weather was coming up and I didn't know what to do. I went to Walmart and Jeremy in the Auto area was my angel for that day he helped me with my battery windshield wipers and washer fluid he was the sweetest customer service person that I've dealt with in a long time. I would definitely recommend Walmart auto on Millennium Boulevard in Cortland Ohio

I had to wait two hours to have 2 new tires I bought from there. Very short staff. Also seemed like the head mechanic had a bit of an attitude towards other employees.

From I own experience it was fast and friendly I know sometimes it can be a line of car ahead of you and they do good work and really have no complaints.

Very long wait on simple work. Tires are poor quality. This is basically what I use in an emergency situation. Not a great car shop at all.

Giving a 1 star because I called 3 different times in 3 days to see if they had tires to fit my car and never got an answer, let phone ring for over 3 minutes at 9:30 a.m. ,10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Store is operating at full capacity since pandemic however customer service sucks I will never attend the store again.
