Okay if y'all are looking for a good place please go here! I called while I was driving because it was close to where I was at and dawna got me in quick! Fast friendly service and good priced! The work they did was amazing!! I had 4 brand new tires put on at wholesale tire a few weeks ago because I'd been going there for years, as of now I'm a loyal customer of super tire and will be returning for anything in the future, I thought I had a slow leak on a tire from maybe picking something up on the road which can happen, I was surprised when the mechanic showed me it was leaking around the rim from sealant not being applied properly when new tires were put on, they also fixed the sensors so they read the proper tire as it should've been done when my new tires were put on by wholesale. I called wholesale to let them know about their mistake not only did I get talked at and told in a very non professional way to yell at me wholesale just lost 30 years of business from myself my friends for that reason I understand that mistakes happen but to be told well how do you know that was from us by wholesale, firstly my tires haven't been off since wholesale put them on until super tire fixed them properly, I understand mistakes can happen but when you have children in tow and need things to be done properly espically being tires and on the road ...if I could give a 10* to super tire I would, 10/10 I highly recommend!!

They did good and reasonably priced work on my exhaust. Then they proceeded to try to sell me a set of 24 lug nuts for $370 after I told them I needed a low tire checked and patched. I'd steer clear of these guys in the future. There are better options nearby.

Had a tire with a slow leak, walked in on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by 2 friendly ladies. The guys fixed my tire and I was back on the road in under an hour. Very pleasant place to do business.

To the owner, yes, I have been to your facility, it's been approximately 1 1/2 to 2 years ago with my Chrysler. When this came up for me to review, I had not been there recently (but, I did call to get a quote on tires but no one ever answered the phone), so I gave 3 stars meaning I'm currently neutral/middle of the road, not a bad review nor a good review, but middle of the road, but to appease your obvious anger about 3 stars, I will change it to 5 stars even though I have not recently been there, I hope this new rating appears your anger.

Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Mechanic was very helpful and really had my best interest at heart. Supertire was recommended by my neighbor and glad she told me about Supertire. Definitely gonna take my cars there.

Shout out to Garrett, Brandon and the guys down at Super Tire! I called around 4:30 about a nail in my tire and they said as long as I was there before close they would take care of me. Sure enough they were able to patch it up very efficiently, and checked the rest of my tire pressures for me. They were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional! I highly reccomend them to everyone for any future tire needs!Service: Tires

This was my first visit to Super Tire and will almost certainly be my last. I called on Saturday for an appointment for a wheel alignment. They didn t have any open appointments but offered drop off service for Monday which I thought was nice. They even advised I could drop my car off Sunday night and leave my key in the night drop, which I took advantage of. On Monday I received a voicemail that they couldn t do the alignment because my vehicle did not pass their suspension check and advised that I needed several repairs. When I called back, Dawna went over each service and the price they quoted. At no time did she tell me that they were charging me for the quotes.When I went to pick up my vehicle, she gave me the quotes and told me my bill was $37.31. When I asked what the bill was for, she replied it was for the services they provided. When I asked her what services, she said the quotes they provided for the work that needs done. I tried to explain that I never asked for the quotes nor was I aware that they charged for that service. That didn t matter. She said that was what I owed, and she would not give my car back to me until I paid it. When I asked if I could speak to someone else, she said no, I m the owner, you owe $37.31. As I continued to try to reason with her and explain that you can t just charge somebody for something they didn t ask for or know they were getting without their permission. At this point she became very rude and condescending and continued to tell me I owed the $37.31.If they would have at least given me the opportunity to decline the diagnostic service or called and said Hey your car didn t pass our suspension check we can run a diagnostic service to tell you what you need to fix it will cost you $37.31 I might have even said OK, that s fine go ahead. I know it s not a lot of money but to charge someone for something they didn t agree too and then threaten to hold their car hostage when they don t want to pay is not right. It s just awful service and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place unless you want to be charged for something you didn t ask for.

Had my car for a while replacing fuel pump and the float. When they ran tests they hooked the distributor back on the car wrong and the wires were plugged in to the wrong areas and messed the timing to the car up. But the fuel pump works. Thank you Super Tire & Muffler. My appointment was Friday, August 20th. I got there early and they started working on getting the factory little "doughnuts" removed from my F250 Superduty immediately. Had them replaced with 295/70/18! The truck looks better, fills the wheel well nicely and they're great on the road. Especially in the rain! Will update when the snow gets here. Thanks again!

In the past when we have had to take our cars to get something done to them, we have always had an uneasy feeling. Thankfully we were blessed to meet the Freeman's and have had both of our son's cars taken care of. It is such a relief to feel comfortable with the people helping my kids be safe!

Super Tire did a great job with an alignment on my F150 after I had a lowering kit and some aftermarket wheels installed. It drives straight as a whistle even after my aftermarket goodies have been installed. I tend to always have a bad experience with alignments at other shops which is why I tried them. I am confident to bring business back to them as well as refer my customers to them as well!

Took 4 new tires for my Truck to be mounted & balanced here. $40 a tire .... Told me $30 over the phone but forgot to tell me $10 disposal fee for each tire. That s not the best yet , get on the highway and have a shimmy at 70-75. Take it to another Tire company and they said the tires aren t balanced. Spend another $40 to get it done right. If I could give you 0 stars your company would get it. First & last time I will ever use your services.

Honest and fair. They also do lots more than just tire and mufflers. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else!Except if you have a transmission problem then go to ruzzo transmission in Youngstown.

Probably the only shop I'd go to in the area. They've really helped me out a few times. One when my car wouldn't even turnover, and another when hovis couldn't fix my truck. Theyre quick, reasonably priced, and friendly. Ive never been disappointed here.

I took my G/F's car in to get her exhaust done, they did a great job on fixing it (they always do good exhaust work) but then the mechanic wanted to bring me back to look at something. So I said "I know the sub-frame is pretty rusty" and he said "It might of been okay before but it's not fit to drive anymore" I said "okay so now what" then he said "whether it breaks on the way home or a week or month from now it's going to break and your tire will get sucked under your car and you will wreck so it's not safe to drive.. I mean I could fix it for you but you're looking at like $850-$1000 for that" So it was a bit of a shock to me that the sub-frame had rusted to the point of being unsafe to drive... but here is the kicker... the part that pisses me off... he installed the $300 exhaust + charged me the $55 in labor knowing damn well that the car wasn't safe to drive and he never said anything to me before he put the exhaust on... Now if someone see's something like an unsafe sub-frame on a vehicle don't you think the honest and correct thing to do would be to call the person back and show them what they found and tell them what their options are or be like "hey, this is what's wrong, the car isn't safe to drive, do you want me to still install this part or not?" I know that's what I would of done, it's not like people have $355 to throw away because someone doesn't have the decency to tell them what's going on before hand.
