stopped in here after getting screwed over by another dealership, these guys are all great! Dennis helped get me into a car and was very kind and helpful. they also have a really cute, really large cat! 10/10 would recommend these folks.

Just bought a car from Patriot, easiest buy that I have ever made. No pressure, no hassle. Great deal. Great service. Ed and Dennis were wonderful to deal with. This will be my first stop next time I am in need of a car.

About a month ago my husband and I got a truck from Dennis that we absolutely love. Unfortunately it had some unexpected issues just a few days later, and Dennis and his mechanic took care of everything, without hesitation. They gave us a fair price on our truck and a generous trade-in offer, and were even willing to stay later than normal one night so we could come in and do all the paperwork. Honestly, if you are looking for honest salesmen that aren't pushy or rude and sell great cars, I'd highly recommend Dennis and Patriot Motors.

My experience at Patriot Motors was exemplary. The salesman was more than helpful, and the owner couldn t have been more friendly, I felt like I knew him all my life. They help me find the perfect vehicle with not so good credit. Couldn t be happier with my experience there and will recommend them to everyone who is looking for a used vehicle. PS they have a really cool cat

There is no better place to buy a used vehicle. We bought a vehicle from Dennis in the spring of 2020 and we just returned to help both both our daughters each buy a car. Dennis and his staff are straight-forward and respectful-from the woman who helped my daughter understand her financing options, to Ed who treated my daughters like they were buying the most expensive car on the lot, to Dennis who helped them secure loans they could afford. There is no game playing and no up-selling worthless warranties. Just fairly priced cars.

I seen a vehicle here that I wanted to buy for around 20k. My credit isn't the best but not bad and when I asked what down payment I should make they wanted half of the cars total worth for a down payment. It's just ridiculous. This isn't the only bad thing I've heard about this place.

Dennis and Tom were fabulous! Dennis was referred to me by a friend and he took the time to listen to what I was looking for, then found me EXACTLY what I wanted and gave me a great deal to boot! They all work together to give the customer the best experience possible, and they are experts at what they do from financing to customer service, down to the detailing they give their all! It is obvious why most of their business is repeat and referrals a true pleasure to buy a car from them and I will be back and refer them to everyone!

First time dealing with Dennis and Tom. Great guys and great sales. Bought a vehicle off of them and they really took good care of me. Went out of their way. Recommend them and will go back when it's time for another purchase.

PURCHASED ON JANUARY 5TH 2022. What I THOUGHT was going to be a good first time car experience has turned into a unfortunate run around with nothing but lies. DENNIS did whatever it took just to make a sale. Told me the check engine light would be taken care of before purchase and that the shake from the front end would be dealt with. NETHER we done. Clearing the codes doesn't count as TAKEN CARE of the check engine light. Nothing was done to fix the shake. I went back there the day after because the headlight went out. He asked a guy standing in the shop "you know about cars, don't you". Then asked him to look at the head light. Just some random guy is now the mechanic? The bulb was bad... I ended up changing it at cost to myself. Went back in because the check engine light came back on 2 days after the purchase. Not to be a pest. I changed gas cap and purge valve myself to try fix issue with the check engine. After both of those failed to fix it. I finally went in and explained to another sales associate the issues. He said Dennis would contact me and make it right. This was some time around the 17th. NEVER CALLED. STILL HASENT. I called in the VIN to check for recalls. Had 3 RECALLS on the vehicle. ONE OF WHICH WAS THE DIRECT RESULT OF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. What kinda 3rd party car lot doesn't even take a second to check the RECALLS of a vehicle to have FREE labor done. Could only IMAGINE the type of service they provide when it actually "cost them". After those issues where handled. I called to changed insurance providers. Explained I wanted GAP insurance. The associate told me I already had GAP insurance through loan. I SPECIFICALLY told Dennis I didn't want it through the loan but through my personal insurance. He added it anyways. So I paid EXTRA on my insurance when I already had this coverage and had no idea. So I called in to verify what the insurance associate said with the loan company. It checked out. Now this has me questioning everything he's lied to me about thus far. So I asked the loan company because I told Dennis I didn't want a early pay off fee. He said the loan office has to have one. I asked him how long. He said only a year. I checked with the loan office. 2 years. Which still is no big deal. BUT why is there so many lies? For what? I've done all this stuff on MY time. Drop off. Pick ups. Purchased parts. Thank God I transferred insurance. I would have been paying double for GAP insurance I already had that I didn't know about. I STILL haven't heard back from him. I HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else for a purchase. Picture provided proof of recalls my name is on paper work with date of service.

Dennis and Tom really helped us out when we got stuck in need of another truck when ours was totaled. They went way above and beyond. We had a small issue with the new truck and they took care of it immediately. This was the second truck we purchased there and we would gladly return when we need another one. Great guys !

Particularly George Davis and Dennis James are two of the easiest to work with guys I have ever met. They both made purchasing my F150 a very pleasurable experience and have been there to help me whenever I've needrd even after the sale was over. Overall great bunch of guys and always have a nice selection of all types of vehicles to choose from. I suggest even if you are not in the market to buy a vehicle you tell a friend to come see these guys!!!

My best friend purchased a van with passenger doors that will not open. I told him when i saw van next day to take it back. It is a death trap. He called credit union to stop loan. Loan officer not in. Was told to see what dealer will do to also correct all problems :service engine light came on 2 days later and taped up wiper blades. Called dealer and mechanic not in. Week later mechanic still not working and credit union said get a lawyer. How do you sell a van without doors that open, service engine light appears days after sale and taped up wipers? You should be ashamed of your selves taking advantage of the elderly!Buyer Beware!!!! owner has a way of removing bad reviews and embarrassing owners in the process. My friend was told until my bad review was removed the title would not go to the credit union, this review was the only reason the sales person returned his call. He is special needs who will turn 70 this year and has trouble making business decisions. Geeze How unprofessional!

Very professional dealer. Clean cars at fair prices. Handled all the leg work worth the bank and the insurance. Test drove, financed, and drove off the lot same day. Very personable staff. Overall pleasant experience!

These men were wonderful to me. Im on SSI and could only afford so much of a payment per month. They waved their wand and did it! They didnt rush me, they let me drive any car I wanted til i was satisfied. If there were ratings of 10 stars, they would of had it! Thank you so much!

Terrible service. Talked to them for over an hour about a truck. Told them I would be right back with the money. Gone maybe 30 minutes. They sold the truck to someone in that time? Terrible customer service.

Took the jeep I got from them a year ago to get checked because of a "lemon" issue and they have been avoiding me and my jeep has been there since last week. Might have to get a lawyer and file a lawsuit against them.
