Called ahead to get prices and availability, was told it would be pulled and waiting for me. 2 hours later when I got there nothing was pulled and clerk was cleaning shelves. New clerk went through what I needed and total then was $150 more than original quote. 1st clerk looked up wrong parts. Needles to say I left mad and went to Napa. Parts were $200 cheaper. Won't ever go there again

Had to return some parts I bought for my car that I didn't need. They were unopened and in original box. I got there around 9/930a to process my return. The man doing the return asked if I could come back around 12 or 1p to do the return. I said no, I had to work and wouldn't be able to make it back. Not only that but the parts were heavy and I said I may not be able to lift them later due to back issues. The guy said I could leave the parts there and come back. Uh. No. Why would I leave them at the store unless I got my money back? He then admitted that they may not have the money in the store to do my return because they hadn't been busy yet. It was $230 and I had paid cash. I'm sorry but most places have safes and money in the office (I used to work for retail stores) as back up for instances like this. Then the female worker said they probably did have the money and the man was just too lazy to actually have counted his drawer that morning. She made it seem like he didn't count his drawer regularly to be honest. That seemed to embarrass the man and he did refund my items but took it from 3 different drawers and mentioned a worker who wasn't there yet would be short again that day when his drawer was counted and oh well, to bad for him. I am giving this 3 stars instead of 1 because of the female worker and the fact that I did get my money back. She was friendly and nice and very interactive with not only me, but other customers who came in during my transaction as well. I feel the man was unprofessional and did some very unnecessary things that I know are not okay, or at least wouldn't be at the places I've worked (like taking money from coworkers drawers, especially one who isn't on the clock or premises yet). I also don't believe employees should be telling customers to come back later because they don't have the money. That isn't a very good look for a business.

Called multiple times a few weeks ago to ask if they installed rear wiper blades. Nobody ever picked up so I did business elsewhere.

Sam was overwhelmingly helpful today with my battery situation, I couldn t be happier with the service. Not only did she install the battery for me but she found out it was still under warranty thank you so much Sam for your wonderful customer service today, I ll be back to this store anytime I need something for my vehicles

Friendly staff, clean store, parking lot was wet, but it was raining so...Everything I expected from an auto parts store. Me not really being a car person I was really not sure what most of the items were. But I couldn't help from thinking that there must be a lot of different parts to a car because there was a lot of stuff there!!! After about 3 1/2 hours of shopping I was getting hungry for a cheeseburger or maybe a chicken sandwich so I thought it was time to see if an associate could help me.I found the associates to be well mannered, professional and EXTREMELY patient. But after a very long conversation with them I came to the conclusion that I would have to go elsewhere for my burger needs.I recommend this place for all of your automotive needs but although they all seemed to like burgers as much as me, I would not recommend going there for lunch.I hope you find this review helpful.

Staff is very friendly and will help you out. Be patient if they are busy usually only 3 people working. They offer 10% military discount if you sure them your CAC.

More expensive than alot of online independent companies but your paying for the convenience of having your parts on the spot. If you can wait a couple days I recommend rockauto.comThree workers present, one I didnt talk too, one couldn't help me and the last was knowledgable enough to point me in the right direction.

Well thanks to Dumb and Dumber that work there tonight I drove from the Cortland orileys to the Warren one because they said they had the part I needed in stock once I got there the two non intelligent beings behind the counter said whoops I guess we didn't have it. Let's just say not impressed by the Warren parts store if you want good service go to Cortland.

Cortland store walked in ,went to the exhaust part section was in there 5 min.no one asked if I needed help,and there wasn't another person in the place,they were just complaining about Christmas music that was on,walked out....without what I needed due to lack of stock on the shelves, i went to the elm road store,soon as I walked hi can I help you find what you are looking for, I was asked. Found what I was looking for,thanks elm road oreilys, not the first time disappointed in the Cortland store.

it was a complete NIGHTMARE! But when you have staff that does not know there job, THEY should NOT I repeat QUOTE nor tell customers answers if they DO NOT KNOW THEM!! THERE is nothing like tearing your vehicle apart and paying for over night delivery and 2 days later the PARTS are still not here! KNOWLEDGE is key at any job when working with the public! Training your staff it does not seem to happen here I will not be returning to O'Reileys!

I had a wiper blade break off due to the freezing temperatures. I stopped into O'Reilly since it's just around the corner, to pick up a replacement.Not only did their staff help me find a correct replacement, they actually came out in the sub-zero temperatures and installed it for me at no extra cost.

Went to advanced auto and just told me that they didn't have the part I needed. Went to o'Reilly auto parts and they ordered it for me and had it the next morning!
