Jack Bash is the best salesman I have EVER dealt with! I have bought my last 4 cars off of him and send him friends and family all the time!! The dealership does everything they can for the customers and make care buying quick and easy

I scheduled online easily. When I arrived I was greeted and discussed the problem. Someone was moving the car inside within minutes. I received several calls with questions and updates, which was appreciated. It was finished in a timely manner and the pick up was just as smooth as the drop off. Now we'll wait to see if the repair worked, still on pins and needles.

Had service done on our 2021 Chevy Equinox and the people were nice and the prices were reasonable. We didn t have a very long wait either. Would recommend getting your car serviced there. And if getting a car serviced is anything like buying a vehicle from them then I would also recommend buying a vehicle.

Everyone was friendly and helpful Jack Bash was great to work with told him what my top price was and he nailed it didn't try to push anything answered all my questions and told ne to swing by anytime I needed to. That guy is about a 10 and so is the financial guy is was great above a 10.Now I know why my dad always said to go to wollam.

Just recently bought a 2017 Equinox from the dealer ship with in the last 3 months. Car not running right so I took it in to Wollam Chevrolet in Courtland. They informed me the car was 3 quarts low on oil. I took it in and there only response is this has been a problem for this particular car. I want to know why this was not disclosed to me when I bought the car. Their solution is that I bring it in every thousand miles and get it ch it checked. I checked . I am crippled and would not have ever agreeded to buying if I had known

This is the BEST service department I have ever dealt with. They worked diligently to get my conversion van serviced for my trip. They overnighted the part and installed it immediately. No other dealership has a service department that compares with Wollam Chevrolet. Robert and Caleb exceeded my expectations.

I am thrilled with my new vehicle Chevy Trailblazer. Bob was the gentleman that took care of us. He was very professional and most informative.Part of the reason we went to the Chevy dealership was due to the excellent service we received in the Service Department.The gentleman that dealt with finances was very nice too. YCan't say enough about our Chevy Dealership. Everyone was great.wonderful experience

Where do I start. I have been a customer at Wollam Chevrolet for close to 45 years. Appointments are easy to make. Robert and Caleb are super. Always friendly. They go above and beyond. The service department is wonderful. Whenever I have taken my car in for any repairs they are done right the first time. In today's society of difficulties, it is a pleasure to be able to do business with such a class act. People answer the phone no prompts, and no pressing buttons. WONDERFUL.

My equinox was taken in at the scheduled time and service was great.A little while after the scheduled service I was involved in a accident. ( not my fault). The body shop did an excellent job and pretty quick at getting my car back to me. Thank you!!

I have bought several cars in my lifetime at all different dealers and usually the process is a long drawn out ordeal. Jack Bash is by far the greatest salesman I have ever dealt with. I told him my budget and he went above and beyond to find me rebates and get me in the best car for my money. The deal took less than 20 minutes but he spent the next hour installing the Chevy app, activating onstar, and explaining ever feature of my car and audio/media system. He is the best and is an asset to Lou Wollam. I will definitely be a return customer.

Your workers are very courteous and helpful - explained what they would do to service my car. I pulled up to the large door 10 min. b/4 appt. they opened door and I pulled in.Service was timely. My inside cabinet filter was shown to me and I approved changing it.Very helpful crew!

So, service department has always been 5 stars. Never had an issue. Very kind and courteous to my mother who doesn't know about cars. The body shop however. 0 out of 5. My mother dropped her car off for them to put a grill on her impala and for service to do an oil change. Car came back with the grill not clipped in on the top portion, spoke to body shop manager and claimed the clips were broken. Also had damage to the front facia from them prying on it. Spider cracking on the paint that was not there prior. Had her take it back and they fixed the grill, magically nothing was broken, but claimed the cracks were there and the tech noted it before he started. I ran shops for 10 year, i know tech would do everything in their power to protect themselves if there was prior damage. On the RO there was one note from the tech. "Installed customers grill". There was not even an inspection sheet from the oil change and tire rotation that they also quoted tires on. Very disappointing experience with the body shop makes me not want to even return for service. We bring multiple vehicles in there and I am not happy with how this was handled. This is unacceptable from a dealership. The whole point of her bringing it there was for it to be done right with no issues. We get spider cracks in the paint and they needed 2 times to even install the grill right.

I shared a bad review last week only to find out that the Vin of my old vehicle is still coming back to me so whomever bought it at the auction do your paperwork so I'm not called again. Lou wollam you guys are a good car lot and have a good service dept. Sorry for being annoyed.

I absolutely love this place. They always have my car in and out as fast as possible. My entire family comes here and I ve been coming here since I was 16, I m 32 now. The collision body shop is equally as awesome! In the past year I ve had a mirror replaced along with a back bumper yesterday. I wasn t sure if I d have a ride home and nervously asked Sherry if she could run me home. Without hesitation she offered. I ended up not needing her to but having anxiety and PTSD they make you feel comfortable and safe. I didn t use my insurance and paid cash. It was a nice little treat picking my vehicle up after spending a pretty penny to find out that they washed all of my weathertech floor mats for me and the inside of my vehicle I ve tried for years to get them clean and couldn t. Brian did it complimentary without asking!! I ll always bring my car here whether it s an oil change, body work, etc. They are willing to go that extra mile to insure you are a repeat customer.

Wollam Chevrolet, Inc. gave me excellent service. I found that dealing with a smaller GM dealership is much better than a larger one. Twice my past experience with a larger GM dealership was not very good. They did not have the time to give me enough information about my new vehicle. Jack Bash from Wollum Chevrolet gave me outstanding service from the phone call I made to Wollums inquiring about a new car until I drove out of the dealership in my new Chevrolet. .

I won t go anywhere else for service and the reason is simple. I feel like the staff there really cares about my vehicle and my family s safety. They are honest about pricing and don t add excessive costs to the total. Special mention to Robert and Caleb in the service department for always getting my vehicle in and taking care of it.

I feel they go above and beyond. Have not been disappointed in their service yet, and between an older cat and a truck we are there quite a bit for regular maintenance, etc. They are always helpful and friendly.

Routine visit for oil change, etc. love night before drop off. Was ready first thing in the morning. Pick up was easy. Technician explained everything they checked and did. Nice people. Fast and friendly. Have been dealing here for over 30 years.
