Do not trust their service department. They lie and scam you. My fiances truck was taken to a local shop after an accident and that shop sent the truck here to Greenwood for more repairs. All Greenwood was supposed to do was replace the track bar and perform an alignment. After it sitting there for a while we finally get it back, and it's pulling to the drivers side, which it never did before. My fiance went under the truck and was able to very quickly see they never even attempted to perform the alignment. We contacted the original place we took it, they told us to contact Greenwood. Our insurance had already paid them for this service. The gentleman in the service department was rude, unprofessional, and not knowledgeable at all. He admitted they never performed the the alignment but if we wanted it done we could pay out of pocket and we should be "happy" that they charged the insurance a discounted rate for the original alignment that was never performed. They had every excuse in the book about why it never got done initially. When the original shop picked up the truck from them they told them that they did perform the alignment. If you've had your vehicle here recently for any kind of repairs, please take it elsewhere to have it checked. There negligence will seriously hurt or kill someone one day.

Update 4/10/24: Well they finally moved the gold Hornet, but it s still there! Hahaha.Update 3/31/24. The gold Hornet is still there. It s an eye sore. Looks like they didn t do anything about the flat spots on the tires. Don t pay over $24k for that Hornet. They are asking $40k. No thanks.Update 3/16/24:The stupid Gold Hornet is still there.Update 3/5/24. Gold Hornet is still sitting there. Why don t they move the thing?Update: 2/28/24 That Gold Hornet is still sitting there. The flat spots on the tires are viewable from the road.That Gold Hornet (that only women drive) is stating to be an eye sore as it s been sitting in the same spot for months. Any flat spots on their tires yet? How much longer is it going to sit there? I m sure it will be a while as it s $40k for a girl car IMO. Wait you guys have another Hornet for $51k? Don t blame Dodge for the MSRPs, this, in my opinion is on the dealership.

I want to thank all the staff at greenwood for the excellent help in getting my oldest daughter her first vehicle and I never had a bad experience with them. I remember when I bought my car from them they are very helpful and willing to work with you I will always recommend them when shopping for a new or used vehicle.

Took my wife's minivan in because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. New battery from them. They replaced the alternator and a lot of other stuff. Said it was fixed. Six months, and $1500 later it's doing the same thing but the warranty has run out. Now my wife's van sits at home for the last six months cause I can't afford to get it fixed again. Will never let those idiots touch any of my vehicles again.

I like to shop local, tried to use their service department a little over a year ago, it was too bad to go into again. I wrote a detailed explanation of the rip off I received after it happened. I stopped to look at a new car they had across the street from their dealership. I just wanted to see the sticker price, never intending to try to buy from them. A salesman came running across the street, well he seemed like he would be ok to deal with, I was wrong! The sale dept. is as bad as the service dept. If you read enough reviews of this place, the words crooks and thieves come up a lot. This is because it is true. Save yourself time and money, ...STAY AWAY...

I took my Jeep there to get it looked at and was only supposed to pay $138 but ended up being $293 just to diagnose the problem and then wanted to charge me $2,300.87 to changed the WIN Module (ignition switch) then said they couldn t get the part until the fall anyways so I took to Greenville dealer and paid $945 for the WIN Module and it came in within about 2 weeks and then paid $363 to instal it and also got a new key fob with it. They are crooks!!!

Brandon Smith was an amazing car salesman. Although we did not purchase a vehicle from him yet, we had a great experience. He was honest, down to earth, and very knowledgeable in the car industry. An easy five stars earned!

I travel the country a lot due to being in the Army. I came in and talked with AJ. He was polite, professional. He answered my questions directly and didn't beat around the bush. They support their customers and showed they support the military. They appraised my car excellently. They also gave me a aggressively priced vehicle below KBB and NADA dealership value.This was the third dealership I went to, the rest were rude, didn't care about my concerns, appraised my car terribly, gave me prices for vehicles over KBB and NADA value. Due to this the others would not even entertain a different price, discount, or do anything to earn my sale and buy.This dealership has been the best dealership I have been to in this country in the past 5 years.

I have to drop they stars from 5 to 1. Why you ask? Well we have gotten our last 2 vehicles from this place and had nothing but good things to say about the place and its worker's! They went above and beyond the last two times we delt with them when buying a car and and service they performed on our car. BUTTTT this weekend we went looking for a 3rd vehicle. They normally all come out the door to help when someone pulls in.Well they sure didnt this time.When they did walk out the door it was only to talked to each other for a second side eye us and went back in. We even had to workes come t9 the car next to us and act like they we cleaning it out just to see what we were doing. Instead of saying Hi, how can I help you? I guess none of them wanted the commission. I kinda felt profiled a little like oh they have no money. Makes me change my mind about this place all together. Not only getting another car from them but have services done on our vehicles again. Due to have an oil change soon. But I think we will go somewhere else.

Three because of an average between sales and service. Sales is amazing as well as the finance people but if you are looking for good customer service in the parts and service department, GO ELSEWHERE. I will not return to this location for service or parts but will definitely purchase another vehicle from here if I ever need one in the future. Be prepared to be ignored and made to feel as an inconvenience if you need anything from the service or parts side. Stood by the parts desk for almost 3 minutes and neither person looked up or acknowledged I was standing there. One of the employees was just playing on his own cell phone which apparently made him too busy to even greet me.

Anyone that is currently thinking about buying a Chrysler, know that the older vehicles are not able to have diagnostics done, according to the service manager @ Greenwood chrysler/dodge. So bottom line , THEY CAN'T BR SERVICED! How is that for a kick in the head.

Can't stand the fact they charge $125 to "diagnose" your car. I get it but that's a pretty high amount. My sway bar was literally hanging off my Jeep and they wanted to charge me a fee for a diagnosis! I was like, "Uh, my sway bar is hanging!" Also, any time they quote me a price I can get it hundreds of dollars cheaper at a local garage. If their prices were comparable to other garages I'd allow them to do the work. Now I only allow them to do my oil changes for record and warranty purposes. A $1,000 radiator job there is only $600 elsewhere. Another time they misdiagnosed my vehicle. Told me it was going to cost $1,300. I towed it out of there. Had it fixed for just under $200. They told me my oil pan plug was stripped. I said well if it is your guys did it. I've never had the oil changed anywhere before. They charged me for it anyways. I'm done with them. But I will say this...The staff is friendly and helpful. Just hate the prices.

Leased a jeep renegade from here a couple years back. Ended up buying it and got the warranty. I started having a problem where the car would stall after 1-2 thousand miles. I took it in to get diagnosed/fixed and for over a year they beat around the bush and eventually told me "I'd just have to get my oil changed every 1-2 thousand miles from now on". I have synthetic so I'm supposed to go much longer than 2 thousand miles. I finally took it to another mechanic and they knew right away what the problem was. And said it was very common in this model.

Costumer service was amazing. Had some set backs with oil change and recalls but they were very informative and made it worth the extra wait time.Had a good first time visit, definitely will be returning for future vehicle maintenance.Thank You!!Keep up the great work Service Dept!!!I owe ya donuts ;)

Clean, friendly place. I'm not someone who likes to have sales associates interact with me when I'm shopping so I did my best to avoid contact with everyone there. After an hour of looking around, hiding behind cars, crawling from behind one car to the next I concluded that they just did not have what I was looking for.But to be fair, I really didn't expect to find milk and eggs there and I never did ask if they had any.To sum things up, it's a nice place to look for a new car but don't expect to buy milk there.I hope you find this review helpful.

Went into the dealership hoping to sell our Jeep Wrangler and possibly buying my husband a different vehicle from them. Our sales guy was great. But the sales manager who did the inspection on our vehicle was very short with us and said he would call us the next day with an offer. A week went by and we didn't hear anything. I called them and they said they'd call back in 10 minutes. That was 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything from them!

Paid 156.00 for a check up that resulted in nothing but my engine still squeaks was told there were no issues???. tail light cracked and one lugnut missing from my rim that i had to tell them about after i already waited 2 hours for them to basically do nothing i needed nor asked as I sat and waited. I was appointed to the tire specialist i guess. requiring new rims cause my old ones are rusted. He quoted me 2.300 for 4 rims. and claimed he only found one rim for me to buy. Ive been doing my own research and there are hundreds of rims I can get for my 09 chrysler and for way cheaper to get installed. Im not upset at the price just that im a female he looked me dead in my eyes and told me this with a straight face. I will be inquiring another company that has better services! Too many clients were in at once and half werent wearing masks and no one was 6 ft apart. or being told too whole other places make you wait in your car. they just let you walk in. EDIT I went again after 2 years. I needed a used transmission. Once again waited 2 hours. And paid 130$ for a diagnostic. Was quoted 4,000 for a tyranny and labor. I LEFT and found a used one on my own and another place charged me 500 for labor. 200$ for a USED tyranny..

We had a problem with our vehicle. Called them even though it was a Saturday and they got us in and took care of it. It had been a rough day already for us so their help was greatly appreciated it. They were kind, courteous and repaired the problem. Thanks again to the staff for a job well done.

This is a public service announcement warning you against allowing Greenwood in Cortland to service your vehicle. Do not let them service your vehicle! We took our family minivan in for service to make sure it was safe to drive across the country and it left Greenwoods in worse condition than when it went in. They didn't secure the transmission pan which caused severe leaks and in a poor attempt at an alignment, they didn't even tighten the bolts that hold the knuckle to the strut mount assembly!!! They had our van for almost 4 days and left us in danger on our drive across the country. Please do not go here for service!!!

Went there for recalls on my Ram 1500. No hassling, they actually got me in and out in an hour. After going over my software updates, they told me that I need back brakes, but never pressured me into getting it done there. Signed my name and didn't pay for anything.

Salesman not very friendly when I went to see about a Charger that is on their website but do not have. I would have stayed and looked at their other cars but he turned his back when my husband tried to shake his hand and asked about a Jeep. Just rude

Terrible service from the service department!! Crooks, thieves, would be a good description for this Terrible dealership!! Never would I even think to return again! They tried charging me $4,200 for an $1800 part, that THEY broke!!

Bought our first truck there this year. Nothing but good things to say about them. From the salesman Mike K. Who was very respectful and not pushy. To all the other people there. We even take our truck back there for the usual maintenance. And the garage has been great so far. Thanks guys. Been a real pleasure doing business with you all.

Best experience I ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I was stranded with an old vehicle with a bad transmission and credit issues . These people helped me through a tough time . Within 2 hours of visiting the dealership I was driving away in a late model, low mileage like new truck. Best vehicle I ve ever owned . Big thanks to Matt and Mike for helping make this happen . I highly recommend checking out this dealership .
