Just joined the Wash Club and was impressed after visiting Thursday 10/5/2023:Doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the wash at allNice location and my car was all cleaned.Those quarter machines don't work we'll at all at this car wash location.Lost a quarter Maybe it's time to go digital soon ?

Car wash did a good job but way too expensive. Paid $15 for one wash if you want the dryers. Coates and MOD wash charge $20 for the whole month with dryers, towels, and free vacs.

One of the best touchfree car washes in the area. Make it a point to stop here every time I m in the area.

Such a wonderful small business! This car wash does a tremendous job getting your vehicle looking sparkling new again! This was a fast wash with a great performance! I will definitely be back again. Thank you Cortland Auto Spa!UPDATE:Second visit I tried to use the vacuum and was really disappointed. I lost a quarter in the one on the right by the self service wash, because the vacuum literally doesn't suck anything up. Then I tried the middle vacuum by the self service wash and I put in $1.25, yet the vacuum never turned on. Went to the vacuum in the back and successfully got 3 minutes with the super vacuum option. However, because I was out of quarters I had to use my card to finish my car, which is more costly than using cash. While I was vacuuming, the nozzle fell off the hose and I also noticed it was attached to the machine via duct tape...Overall, I would go back for a wash, but not to use the vacuum system... At least not until the equipment is noticably repaired.

Took my suv through the automatic wash today, primarily because there was a splotch of bird droppings on the hood of my suv. Went with middle package and when I left the bird droppings were still on the hood. About the only thing the automatic wash is good for here is if your car is a little dusty.UPDATE: Andrew reached out and provided the location of a soft touch wash located near Menards and eat n park (hard to find unless you know it's there) and it worked much better. Still a bit disappointed with the more local one (would be nice if they would install a soft touch at that location as well), but Andrew definitely made the experience much better and gave me a different location to try when the car is dirtier than normal.

2nd time I've lost money in the self wash bays. 2day left bay wouldn't take money into machine, center bat took$5.00 and kept prompting to insert cash to start. After waiting 6+ minutes someone answered the phone and will supposedly send me a refund.

Wonderful carwash chain, never had any problem at any of their locations in the area. Wash bays kept clean and employees are very friendly and eager to help. Wash club is great value if you want to keep your car very clean. Wednesdays is always $5 off top wash at all of their locations. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed washing my car here. Seems like more and more automated car washes are being put in lately. I would rather use the do-it-yourself spray wash styled car wash places like this one. Clean facility.

This is a very good Auto Wash. I use the one that was touchless and necessitated me staying in my car. The medium priced car wash was very sufficient for my needs and remove the bugs from my windshield and even washed my side view mirrors which most car washes don't do a good job. The only problem which really wasn't one for me was the fact my car is a smaller car and it was hard for me to get my credit card in the credit card reader.

The machine took my $10 bill and then "jammed". I did call the number and he gave me a code for a free wash. Hopefully the code works! He was very nice and apologized.

Quick and easy to get in and out of, 3 wash options and a monthly wash program as well that appears to be discounted. Cat always comes out clean, no streaks.

Screen said was charging me $2.25 but when I checked my statement said they charged me $10.00 to wash my car !!! How is this allowed.Update : 5 days later the charge changed to 2.50 so it does change from a $10.00 charge to a $2.50 charge

First and foremost you NEED a subscription if you go here. That being said, you can get your money's worth with a subscription and this car wash does the job for me!

Fair prices, for a good clean. Took my car in the other day for a nice spring clean, I was very happy with my results. It cleaned under the car, and the top VERY WELL. I feel like in some car washes that can be the toughest. It removed all pollen, small branches and dirt stuck on my hood.

I always choose the $15 wash. Worth every penny. No damage from over blowing! The car looks as if it's been detailed when done. Would recommend it to anyone who can find the place. Don't waste your time going anywhere else !

Spent $12 on a wash that didn t do a very good job. All washes advertise that they wash under your car, but it didn t seem to happen here. Additionally, my car still has dirt and grime on both the front and back windshields and in the wheel wells. And for getting an ultimate dry , my car is still pretty wet.Waste of money. Will not go back.

I went yesterday and used the self wash bay, I used my card and used $4.25 worth of time so when I was done I clicked the little red done button and left. I check my account today and the car wash took $10 off my account so now I have no money for gas. Thanks a lot.

One of the best laser washes around. Actually cleans your car. Dryers are nice but wish they ran a bit longer. My car is never fully dry.

it is okay but I don't understand the doorway between wash bay's have no door so if one car is drying and someone is washing is mists over to the car drying

Tried to use bay 2 self serv card reader said it only charged 1.75 and that i had to add more so I got change and added quarters but nothing happened after adding quarters pretty disappointing

This place is printing money, it is always packed and for good reason,people want clean cars and you have the option to have full service

I belong to auto spa wash club, and pay a good amount to participate in that program. There was a tech working on one of the bays this morning who was particularly unprofessional and rude in the way which he addressed me. Said it couldn't accept my credit card so i tried my wifes and did same to her but stupid place still charged us for 2 $10 carwash that we never received. Call their phone # and all it says is their not accepting calls. What a rip OFF!! :( will not be back....

The dryer only dries half of the car and when you exit you drive through a puddle on the way out of the bay. There are better options to get your car washed.

Convenient location and the prices compare to the other local car washes. the machine doesn't do a very good job on the back of your vehicle in the hands-free area.

Nice place with good car wash options, just bring your own towel for the self washes
