These guys are great!It s been a long time since I ve needed to use a body shop, but I needn t have worried: the quality, service, and friendly humor delivered at Copley Auto and Collision surpassed my expectations. They even did several unrelated services (removed a rattling muffler heat shield, cleaned-up the plastic lenses on my headlights, and vacuumed out the interior of the car) without charging me. The car looks great again! I was very pleased.

Stephen is excellent to work with and has taken care of scratches and keyed up cars for me over the years. On top of that, everyone in there truly cares for the community and gives reasonable, fair prices on their services. Copley s gem collision shop!

Heard about this shop from a colleague. I drive a 21 year old import luxury car. This shop does an amazing job! When others won t even attempt to work on my car this shop delivers great service! They can do it all: Engine work, suspension, exhaust, electric you name it these techs can get it done!

Went there today and was charged $211 for oil change and tire rotate and balance. Watched tech and he just rotated without balancing. Said something to service advisor Bill and he went and told tech to balance. He put tires on balancing machine but changed no weights on wheels and as a result the wheels are still not properly balanced. Upon completion I checked tire pressures and all were set at 35 PSI. I told them and it states it on car that rear tires should be 38 PSI. Spoke with Bill (service advisor) and John Plevris (the owner of company) and got nothing but attitude. I have ceased doing business with these thieves and recommend avoiding this shop. It cost me more than the dealer would have charged me for inferior service. Avoid this shop. Dishonest, poor service and attitude is a bad combination when it comes to automotive service.

John and staff were great! Prices were extremely fair, service was exceptional. John talked me through a few repair options and his advice was very helpful in saving some money. Staff was friendly and professional. They repaired my car in the time frame they promised and it looks great. Very nice business to work with, highly recommend.

This is a top notch shop that does full engine repair to oil changes and all body work in house. My daughter took her very first car there for engine work and we needed to replace the engine. They worked with us on pricing and communicated clearly along the way and did their very best to be transparent with the expected cost and the cost changes along the way as they had to replace other things like the radiator along the way. They are honest, transparent with labor and parts costa and when they commit to the time it will be done they hit that date. Both father and son work side by side to provide excellent local service. These are the types of businesses America is built on and it is my pleasure to bring my business to their garage! Keep it up guys... your excellent reputation is well deserved!!!!

I called for an estimate and was able to drive over and had the estimate very quickly and did not have to wait. Everyone was extremely polite and friendly. Set up a drop off date and was very happy with the process. These days you can't get good service or friendly people at a fast food place, but here it's second nature. I will be referring Everyone I know for service and body work to this place.

Couldn t recommend them more highly. As a female, you do not have to worry about being lied to or taken advantage of. I have done business with them for over 25 years. Totally trust John and his staff. They do our oil changes and when I had my accident and my van was totaled John was so nice and helpful and guided me really well with his truthful advice. He thought about me and my safety. I won't go anywhere else and highly recommend.

Was there awhile ago to get a Tire Pressure Sensor installed since the original one was misplaced. Aftermarket sensor was not working and was told they would get back to me once they found a replacement. I've not heard a word from these people and the issue was not fixed. If you're going to tell someone that you would call them back, have the decency to call back. At least I know where NOT to go.

This is the place to go for great service service, quality repairs, and awesome people. Thanks for the extra attention to those dings not part of the claim! The car was good as new and clean as a whistle. Can't say enough about how much I appreciate your care for my car!

I'm in the Navy, and I hit a deer. Undercarriage had some damage, and I needed to drive to the west Coast by a certain date.They were very helpful, and patched my car without charge so I could get back on the road. Very professional

After frequenting Copley Auto for over ten years I can confidently say they are an indispensable part of the community. They have done every type of repair to my vehicle including an extensive rebuild after it was severely damaged. 100,000 miles later my vehicle functions as if it were new. They have been incredibly trustworthy and beyond generous at every step. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgable and professional service.

These guys have been great to me. I've been taking all of my cars here for several years. They are always timely (ready when they say it will be), reasonably priced, and polite. The other day, I brought my car in for some awful clunking sounds coming from the rear suspension. I figured it was the anti-swaybar or end links. They looked at the swaybar, end links, brakes, struts and springs, and lubed everything up really well. Poof, the sound was gone. No charge!! Gave me the keys back and said to come back if the sound came back. So far, so good. Great service (typical).

I had my car brought to Copley Collision for front end repair. Found it it needed 2 front tires and rear rotors and brakes. I authorized all repairs. After not hearing anything about my car I called for an update. They didn t seem to know about my car, then someone said my cars body work was done and it was waiting on mechanicals. I was promised the car on April 9th. On the 8th I called for and update was again told it would be ready on the 9th, today. Then today I received a call saying it wouldn t be ready until Monday the 12th because they were backed up. Like my car wasn t already there and waiting. Shouldnt I have been in line first? Nope, they were backed up. I just want my car back.This was the recommended shop from my insurance too.Really disappointed and now frustrated after having been promised my car today, Friday and then to be told no they were backed up, not until Monday like me and my car didn t matter in the bigger scheme of things, which I understand, but my cars been there awhile now. This is a great place to do body service for your car! I live in Copley and try to find a shop to repair my damaged front bumper. This is the first place I passed by to quote the repair fee. (My roommate told me that this shop was also recommended by the police since my roommate somehow got a broken back cover glass.)I also went to Akron Collision and repair to quote. However, though the quote fee is lower than what I got in Copley Auto &collision, it is too far from my place. so I just decided to go to Copley one.My car cannot be fired in that morning that I wanted to dropped my car to Copley Auto & collision. I used to tow service to there. The guys help me to check the problem and gave me the nice suggestions instead of forcing me to do the repair. I got a super great front bumper . The color and quality....Anyway, recommend this shop for your car body repair!

Words cannot fully describe the disappointment from dealing with Bill. The rudeness, condescending attitude, and blatant overcharging for diagnosing my van was distressing, but at least I know one garage to avoid at all costs.

I was in an accident and took my car to Copley Auto & Collision for repairs. I am so happy with the service I received. They talked me through every step of the process and communicated with the insurance company when necessary. They even vacuumed my car before I picked it up!
