Visited their website after my local Jaguar dealership recommended them but they didn't seem to work on British cars and had too many complaints. Moved on.

Used this business this week to replace a few leaking gaskets. This is a family owned business. The brothers, along with their staff of mechanics, do a great job. I've been using them on my BMW's for about 10 years. Excellent service. Years ago I checked some of their estimates against the local BMW dealer. Every time it seemed that the dealer was trying to do unnecessary work. These guys did a better job deciding what to fix and when. 10 . A+++ . My husband was referred here for his BMW, and now we take both our BMW and VW to ASC. I CANNOT say enough. As a female with only general maintenance knowledge, I could easily be told something needs to be repaired and conned out of money because I want a safe vehicle, but I have only experienced HONESTY from this great crew. They re professional in their communication and always follow-up with us despite being swamped with work. If anyone has a problem with this team, I would be so bold to say the one complaining is more likely the issue. I would be completely bummed if they ever close this shop. Highly recommend!

Call to get service on my car, the guy who answered the phone gave every reason for why fixing my car would be long and exhausting for their crew. Even stated that the repair would be very expensive and I probably couldn t afford it Then he realized I had bumper to bumper coverage What a JOKE of a business. Apparently they can only fix BMW and Volks Wagons . Porsche is above their educational level.Ended up finding a REAL FOREIGN CAR expert in Cleveland.

Very pleased with my recent experience here.I contacted them about servicing my Mercedes after a different local business proved untrustworthy. They double checked the Mercedes guidelines for a 100K service and gave me a quote over the phone. They had good availability so I was able to book an appointment promptly, and they let me know how long the service should take.The location was easy to find with good parkingWaiting room is small but comfortable with complimentary bottled water. I was there exactly as long as they had said (1.5hrs) and the final bill was within $25 of the estimate given, which was delightful!I would categorize them as not inexpensive but not at all unreasonable. Some places will charge a large figure just to look at a Mercedes but my bill was reasonable and in line with what I would expect. I also found both mechanics I spoke with here to be straight talkers and polite. These folks are definitely my go to mechanic from now on!

I would recommend Autobahn if you have a European car and live near by. Louie is a very honest and upstanding guy and truly believes in making sure his customers are happy. I had them do a pre purchase inspection on a 1995 BMW 740i that I ended up buying. I felt they rushed the inspection and missed some important items. I appreciated that Louie then reached out personally to try to make up for the bad experience and he went above and beyond to correct some of the issues I had with the car since buying it. I respect that commitment to the customer and I have had no problems with the work they have done to the car.

To be honest, I have never stepped foot into this shop but I want to give five stars! I called today to see about getting my audi looked at because I want to trade it in for a new lease. The gentleman had a very honest conversation with me and explained why getting it fixed will not matter if I'm trading it in. He was so nice and broke everything down, knowing full well it meant I wouldn't be bringing them my business.... YET! Thank you so much!

I took my Porsche in to get a shifter bearing replaced. I was never called when the car was completed. When I called in and found it was completed, I asked how it was shifting and they never even checked it. It s like they repaired the bearing that was requested with their eyes closed and didn t look at any other components nearby or related. I asked them to check it and call me back, they didn t. I waited until the end of the business day and called back to receive this response: oh yea, they drove it but it s still driving poorly. You can come pick it up. When picking up the car, the bill was double what I was quoted on the phone for the bearings replacement, all labor. I already knew at this point I had wasted a few hundred dollars because I would have to pay someone else to reopen the console and look at the other shifting components. When picking up the car, they said it 100% would need a transmission rebuild and advised another shop to take the car to. On the way home with a week invested into getting my shifting issue resolved I got to enjoy the nice aroma of mildew because my car had been left out in the storm the night previously. I had to wait another month to get it in another shop. The console was retaken apart and the shift linkage adjusted; the issue was resolved, a very common issue for this model. It s hard for me to leave a poor review for a local business, but this level of service is unacceptable.

My BMW 328XI started running rough one morning and the exhaust smoke was whiter than normal and then it stalled and didn t want to start back up. I took it to the mechanic that I normally used for my regular cars and they told me the engine is blown. Not believing that I had it towed to this place and they replace the starter and reset about 30 codes and that was three months ago and it s been running perfectly. Thank God I didn t spend $4000 on a used engine and let my normal mechanic replace it. This business is my normal mechanic now. Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I recently took my BMW M5 here and I couldn't be more pleased. Louie called and checked in with me on what my car needed. Honest and straight forward people here. They fixed the issue in a Timely manner. I highly recommend for all your cars needs. I will be returning.Thanks Autobahn!

I like this place they are so professional to do diagnoses for old and new Mercedes Benz, BMW and Audi. Thy are doing great job for entering all these cars. I did for my 91 560 SEL many things on this place they had great service on my car. I recommend for any one has like the cars that I mentioned to visit this place.

These guys are awesome. I have had garages tell me that I needed a bunch of work. I go to Autobahn and they tell me that it is just one part of what the other garage is saying. They are very honest and do quality work with no hassles or pressure. As long as I live here I'll use them. They wouldn't work on my husband's Jeep though. But I have a VW and my daughter's Honda they have done great work on. Thanks Autobahn.Amendment: I went to pick up my car and they took care of a rattle that I thought was just an inevitable consequence of old age. My car rides and sounds like a new car. I did not even ask them to look at that item. They did the repairs as requested AND fixed my rattle. Such a joy to drive my car now. Awesome job Autobahn!

This is by far the best place in North East Ohio to take your foreign car! I drive a 2004 Saab 9-3 Aero and it can be a tricky car, as most Saab owners know. Louie and the guys who work there are awesome and I have honestly never dealt with such helpful people. I am in a tough situation and they gave me a great deal on the work needed for my car and they are very personable. They always found time to fit me in even when I'm sure they were totally booked and busy. If you drive a European car, TAKE IT HERE!!

I called in about an issue I had and I was told over the phone the issue is more than likely a starter. Wasn't pushed to bring the car in or tried to be sold on anything. That right there just shows honesty and integrity. I personally have not had them service me but I have heard good things from word to mouth.

Did a great job for me.. Had a little issue and immediately took care of it. Louie is great to work with and the mechanics are fully knowledgable!! Did a complete engine change and went above and beyond in making sure I have lasting results!!!

If you own a German car this is the place to go! I was very impressed with the professionalism and the cleanliness of this place. I had an engine replaced in my BMW 328d. Keep up the good work!

Did great work on my BMW. Fixed the problem that others had no idea how to fix. These guys specialize in these types of cars and are better than all the rest. I highly recommend AutoBahn

I have been going to Autobahn for the past six or seven years. Louie and John and their crew do a great job. They're knowledgable, thorough, efficient, and honest. You can always depend on their advice, and they stand by their work.

Not much help at all. Accident in florida. I had to pay for almost the whole repair. It seems uninsured driver should have paid it.

I have been using Autobahn Service Center for many years and have been very happy with the work performed. They have a great group of mechanics and do quality work. Also, they will use factory or top rated after market parts only.

These guys are great. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and above all are able to explain complicated issues so the laymen can understand them. Let's face it, cars are becoming more computerized and technicians are becoming more like programers. The team at Autobahn can do it all!

Been using them since they opened following Louie from his previous employment. They aren't perfect, imagine that! They have made mistakes. The horror! But they ALWAYS make it right.This is the place dealers bring the cars they can't fix.
