The service that Scott and Donny did for me at Chiefs Towing did for me was really impressive! Not only did they get there at a timely manner but they were extremely professional and very reasonable on the pricing. Not to mention how cautious they was hauling my truck . Scott came as soon as we called. He was quick and professional and got to work as soon as he got there. He hauled our vehicle to our house in no time at all and gave us the best price he could. Scott came to our aid within 20 minutes of our call. He was professional, punctual and an absolute sweetheart. He does his best to help however he can, even if it's just a discount. I had a delivery truck get stuck in my drive.I didn't get the Chief towing guys name but he stopped and helped the drivers get it out. Awesome problem solver! Highly recommend Chief towing.

I ve had to use Chief towing twice now to tow my 03 Chevy Silverado 1500HD. It had just snowed a few inches, when I tried to climb a big hill on my way home. My truck slid into the ditch, despite having 4WD. I had a lot of trouble getting out of the cab. While waiting for AAA to arrive, a passers-by going up the hill offered to take me home to get my tire chains. I then started back, eventually finding the tow truck also in a ditch, on a steeper hill, with my truck on the bed. I shared my chains and expertise to help get the tow truck back on the road, then I waited to see that he was able to get out without having to call the big truck tow truck. The driver's skills at fancy driving helped us both from further mishap, as we helped each other. The hill was all packed snow, and we both had trouble just standing up. Seems only fair to help the rescuer if they are having trouble too.

They went above and beyond when I put my car in a ditch due to an ice covered road. Fast to respond to my call & was super patient when dealing with the difficult situation we were both put in.
