After having a really bad experience with a local company in Decatur I decided to reach out to find something worth my while, but also small enough to not be a franchise.I found GP Cycle and gave them a call and got everything going in a very timely manner. They were very helpful, courteous, and professional. The work that they did was amazing and GP Cycle will now be my go to place every time I need Motorcycle work done.

Just picked up the bike at GP Cycles in Van Wert Ohio. (Shout out to Matt for transport & pushing it back onto the trailer).I really don't appreciate being told by the mechanic that it will take additional time (how long does a carb job take? We've been kind and patient long enough) to get the bike back because you really don't want to work on it. It's already been since May and when you have a customer bring it in for the appointment, at the very least be up front before you waste the customers time. A lot of time. I realize the owner Gary is at the mercy of his mechanic at this time and I'm very sorry he is enduring that. Still. Not the customers responsibility. Do better.

Was referred there after discovering Redline was going out of business the day I was dropping off my bike. Didn t get to meet Gary the owner who John at Redline referred. However, Ryan at GP was professional, proficient, and pleasing. Great experience by great people! Thanks!

Left my goldwing for repairs. Guess I can rate better after I get the bill as I was given a quote. Otherwise, I was impressed with the stock of used bikes and the young gentleman that waited on me, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Highly recommend this place told me they didn't do much with Harleys but wow did a superb job with mine. Go there and check them out!
