Marshall s has always been a top notch auto parts supplier for Conneaut and surrounding area for decades I started using them back in 1988 or so and always have been given high quality auto parts Skeeter runs a very very awesome store customer service is second to none always someone there who can help you and is very knowledgeable about the automotive industry

Skeeter is awesome she went out of her way to make our vacation possible. New vehicle for trip w handicapped family members need a hitch and the wiring harness she was very knowledgeable and friendly and also recommended mechanic who was also very good.

Nice people but unfortunately not one employee had a mask on which made me extremely uncomfortable especially with Ohio's covid numbers. I always try to shop local but the obvious lack of care this establishment displays toward its customers health and safety speaks volumes. I will not return.

Awesome people on the phone and in person. Great service and cost. Sadly not one person had a mask on. After the state mandate I was more than taken aback by this undisputed lack of respect for my health and well being.

Skeeter and the Gang are the best. They go all out to get the part and make sure that you get it in a timely matter. That's the difference between hometown and chain.

Got to like a locally owned business, ran by helpful, honest people...two things you can't say about the other two "chain stores"...buy local

They have almost everything in stock and if not it will be there the next day and usually in the morning. The girls are very knowledgeable more than most guys at any other auto parts store!!

Nice people. Had to buy a gas cap and the girl made sure to find the correct one for my year and make of car. I'd shop there again!
