Our last repair was a blown tire.Cliff and his crew were professional in and well worth the repairs that they do.His costs are very reasonably priced.There's no other garage I would take any of my vehicles to.

My experience with Emus automotive was a lifesaver! My car broke down at a gas station I didn't know who to call and was suggested Cliff Emus. I had called the towing for my insurance who wanted $364 to go 11 miles.. I didn't know Cliff but he was there for me immediately and waited to hear from me of where to have it towed which I didn't know what I was going to do he took care of all of it promptly and gave me the most fairest price, saved me hundreds of dollars! He was very personal and prompt! I was treated like I was one of the family. Thank you Cliff at Emus Automotive! You will be the first on my list if I ever need a tow again. I want to thank Cliff and his team from Emus Automotive. While on vacation 400 miles from home I needed help with my van. Cliff didn t hesitate to allow me to bring my van in immediately and let me wait on the work since I did not have another vehicle. Upon arrival, everyone there was very helpful and friendly and they pulled my van in right away. They assisted me with my issue quickly. The most important thing was the trust that I gained of them. To me that is the most important thing a consumer needs from a mechanic. Highly recommended! Thank you again!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

Our car was totaled in an accident on I-90 and was towed away by Emus Automotive. If it wasn t for Cliff, we would never have been able to recover our property from the car. He went above and beyond and if we lived there I wouldn t hesitate to use any of his services.

Had a very positive experience! I had a death in the family and had to go out of town. I called to see if they could possibly get my van earlier than my scheduled appointment so I could leave as soon as possible. They got me in and out with no problem. First ExperienceAfter using a very expensive automotive repair facility with several amenities, I decided to try a recommended automotive repair facility called Emus Automotive. To my delight, they were transparent, honest, and reasonably priced. The work and parts were explained to me so I could better understand what I had experienced driving. An overall wonderful experience. I have already recommended this facility to others.

They gave me an honest inspection and told me my car wasn't safe to drive, which is what I was looking for. They could have taken my money and sent me on my way in a dangerous car, but they didn't. They could have taken advantage of my knowledge of Ohio laws because I am from PA but they didn't. They have integrity. Staff was friendly, professional and honest.

So I was in Conneaut with my husband for vacation when my car broke down at the sandbar. I called the first shop that Google showed and I explained what was going on. Cliff actually gave me his cell phone number if jumping my car didn't work. Well it didn't and I called him after hours and he came right down there. He got my truck going and I brought it to his shop the next morning and he fixed it super fast. But here is the kicker!! Later that evening my husband and I drained our battery again down by the railroad tracks fishing and I called cliff for help and he came down there and jumped us again!! He literally saved our whole vacation. I am so thankful to have met such a genuinely wonderful human being. Thank you again Cliff!

Mr. Emus is a good diagnostician for car issues and he and his staff repair the car and provide friendly competent service. He also accommodates people who are in the midst of travel to make sure their car will provide a safe journey. Recently had two cars in for repairs, one was an unscheduled one that broke down on the way to Conneaut. Both cars needed parts ordered which was accomplished efficiently and properly installed. This place, Emus Automotive, is an awesome shop with one of the highest levels of customer service I have experienced in the 7+ years I have lived in this area. It is a nice clean shop, organized and they have a vast amount of knowledge. Need some work done? Give them a shot. I am sure you will be pleased.

I had a screw in my tire and my tire was flat and they came and put air in my tire for and drove my car over and patch it up for me. Happy they were able to help me out.

The work was done well. They explained everything they did and why they we doing it. The customer service is beyond compare. I work long hours and they were able to accommodate me even with those crazy hours. I will use Emus automotive again!
