My insurance company set me up with Affordable for roadside assistance. I felt the dispatcher did a good job clearly setting expectations so I knew how long I would be waiting, and also keeping me updated. The driver was very friendly, efficient and took great care setting the car up for the tow. Definitely recommended.

We broke down near the Loves station. And Art was our driver that came to assist. Extremely fast and friendly service. Made sure we had enough battery to make it to the parking lot. Cannot say enough about how friendly he was and how much he cared to get us to a safe spot

I was out taking pictures for Google Maps, as soon as I process the pictures I will have over 1000. Anyway I got out at home and looked my keys in my car again. Tasha and Arr gave excellent service. I've got to get a second key .

Great service! We had a rather complicated lockout, but the driver who came to help us (not sure of his name his shirt said Art but his card said Ron) was fantastic. He patiently tried both the front doors while unlocking the car because there was an issue with the unlock button. He got it, and without making a scratch! They were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, my husband and I was stuck on the side of route 90 for like 3 hours with 3 kids and a dog in the car, there communication with us was wonderful, they kept us informed of where they were, when they were going to be there, and was worried about our safety with being stuck on the side of the highway at night with kids in the car, they were very very nice professional, polite, best tow company out there, thank you guys for all your help, and worrying about our safety for my family! We were struggling with trying to find a ride to our destination, because my mom got lost while trying to find us and there was car piles up, and my mom passed us can't drive good on the dark she was scared, so she went home they were also worried about my mom safety as she was trying to save us in the dark! They are wonderful!

Ten stars wouldn t be enough for this company.I thought this level of personal AND professional customer service was a thing of the past until I called Affordable Towing today.Tasha, the dispatcher, kept me informed of when the tow truck driver would arrive - and he arrived with 30 min as promised. When the driver,Art, arrived, his first concern was for my safety (we broke down on the interstate). The entire time he was hooking up my car, I was fully confident that he not only knew what he was doing - but that he was going to care for my car as if it were his own. Finally~ they not only made sure I had a place to stay until my car was repaired, but ensured I was able to get there. Absolutely above and beyond.My insurance company paid for their service... so I can t comment on cost - but I assure you, whatever they paid for the tow service, it wasn t enough for this A++++ company and its amazing staff!!Services: Battery service, Car towing

Such a clean truck (excuse the stigma). Ron was courteous and professional. He made it seem effortless as he took pride at a job safely done. You could tell he likes his work to help others. Tasha, dispatcher, was super cool to bring peace of mind to keep in touch about ETA. The Price to get me home was more than affordable! I understand this is a small company. Kudos to you! Those OTHER big fleet companies should take notice!

I have been fortunate enough to have been towed by this company a couple of times during this winter and they have always had my back. Got stuck all the way out in Erie, Pennsylvania and I knew I could call them. They are very prompt and professional and the prices are great. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for taking the extra time and effort to ensure my son and girlfriend got their car to a reliable mechanic. Not much I can do 12 hours away but trust that there are good people that are willing to help a young couple and not take advantage of them. They were in good hands.

Edit: Used these guys a 2nd time and had the same driver. Had the same experience as the first time. He paid very close attention to what was going on and was aware of how the vehicles were moving up and down the flatbed. I would highly recommend. These guys got sent out to me at 10pm a few months back thru my state farm roadside assistance. On my way to work, my wheel bearing broke. Had to have my car flat bedded to my house. The guy I dealt with was great and it was like talking to a friend I've known for years but I just met him.

We were broke down last night with an 11 month old and I am 36 weeks pregnant we were at loves in conneaut Ohio and we could not get anyone to tow us and the people that would come we're ridiculously expensive we called these guys and they charged us dirt cheap to tow us all the way to Albion pa and the driver was amazing ! Very efficient fast and amazing ! I couldn't thank these guys enough they were to us in less then 45 minutes of Us calling !!

These people are AMAZING!!!! Called and not only were they there within half an hour (during COVID) it was literally the cheapest I've ever spent on a tow and the quickest! They were so professional, nice, reliable and affordable. Highly recommend!!!!

I backed into a short wide metal pole with my tire against it & basically it was a half inch from messing up things underneath my truck no matter which way I turned, so I needed my truck lifted straight up off of the pole to avoid damage. It wasn t as simple as it sounds. It was just an odd situation. I can see maybe a new or not so good tow truck driver not getting me out of that in one peace. But the tow truck driver(Ron I believe his name is) that came on the scene, I consider the Michael Jordan of tow truck drivers.

Absolutely amazing service. Helped me off the side of the highway on a long road trip and made sure I got where I needed to. Went more than the extra mile to make sure all the unforseen problems I had were resolved. They didn't have to help me as much as they did but they were amazing.

Very fast response time at 4a.m and very helpful to any situation and they were nice from the lady that answered the call to Art his self coming and doing a great job at getting us out of are situation we were in and most of all it was affordable thanks again guys and ladys that work there at affordable towing 24/7
