I m from out of town (Cleveland). My 2012 Ford Mustang had both rear brake rotors and shoes replaced for a very reasonable price. Service was quick and the gentlemen were professional. Took under an hour tires-up to tires-down. Would absolutely recommend anyone come here.

I bought 4 new tires from them. They were ok. The problem is they were out of balance. I took my car back and they rebalanced them. Still out of balance. I had to pay 65.00 at Discount Tire to have them balanced correctly..... They need to get their machine calibrated or get someone who knows how to balance a tire. Not happy about that! But now it is smooth as silk.

It was the Best Exp. I've had in a while in the car department. Most definitely will be back, I got 2 tires replaced in a matter of 30 mins, all while they were helping others, also very respectful guys, and they have very reasonable prices for w.e you pick. I 100% recommend them

Was quoted $75.00 a piece for used tires and he had a defensive attitude when I disagreed with the price, so I walked out. What a joke and would not recommend.Got two almost new Bridgestone's and disposed of my old ones for $109 out the door at Katz.

This place is the absolute worst now. My son and I stopped there yesterday because I noticed he had a flat tire. We asked the guy that was assisting us if he could plug the tire, he said yes for $20. I thought that was a little high just for a plug but was more than happy to pay it. He jacked up the car (did not remove the tire) then noticed my son had 3 nails in the tire. He was nice and showed us the nails and told us that we need a new tire because of it being 3 nails and not just 1 and also because my son continued to drive on the flat tire. Alright, I understand that, so now we are talking about tire prices and that is where the situation turned sour.He brings out this extremely dirty, horrible looking tire and told us it would be $75.00. I was not willing to pay $75.00 FOR THAT TIRE so he got upset, then insisted that we pay him $5.00 for his service. When I asked him what service (and I wasn t trying to be disrespectful, nor did I say it in a disrespectful nature. I was really trying to understand what the service he had performed other than jacking the car up and spraying water on the tire. He never removed the tire.) he got very upset and a little rude. He went and told his manager and they didn t approach us and say anything but my son and I heard them talking very loudly about us. We got in our cars and left because we wanted no problems.I just honestly did not know that jacking a car up and spraying water on a tire is considered a service now. Again, he did not remove the tire.

Got there at 825 and waited till 9am and the shop was still closed. Ended up driving to another shop down the street and wasted so much time.

Bought a tire for $123 yesterday. Had to take it back three times now to get air put in it. Was told he d patch it for free. Today, it still won t hold air. Argued with me saying I didn t buy it from him. Will never return!

Got to choose my own tire and it was changed in less than 15 minutes. Employees were very friendly as well.

I haven't left yet but I must say they are awesome! I'm such a worry wort and prefer to be hands rather someone else working on my car. The process (yeah just tires) was fully explained verbally and visually. I appreciate their patience with me, I'm a very difficult customer! Hopefully when I drive away I still feel the same.

I have bought at least 6 sets of tires over the past 4-5 years for myself and my grown children. Also have had family members buying tires from Dolabs too. I have had as good or even better service and warranty( no warranty problem so far) from them as all the big name stores. All this at(much) lower prices. A very happy & satisfied customer. See you again this fall .

Seriously the best prices in town. Going back and Getting 4 new tires for a great deal soon! They got me in and out with a used tire to replace my damaged one within 15 minutes! I won t go anywhere else!

Lovely staff and quick repairs, only tire place I'll ever go. Fixed a massive screw in 30 minutes with a fully plugged tire.

My husband went to this shop yesterday to have his tire plugged, but the guy turned him away because he said it was too cold to do the job. Then he offered to do it for double the price and wanted to charge $30. He is bad business, and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

Overpriced and shady business practices.I made the mistake of purchasing a used tire here because they had none of mine new "in stock". I would have never stopped here had it not been an emergency.The car shook almost immediately after leaving and upon inspection had a big bubble in it. The store went flat 2 days after purchase, do NOT stop here.Also, they wanted nearly double what Rubio's Tire just down the street charged.

They dont care about you. The workers care more then thier own boss does about you getting your demands there. There is 3 other tire shops within 2 miles or less from there with a better guarentee. Youll pay more here. And hopefuly its a brand new set up. Dont buy used tires from here. New tires? Hopefully you think about buying air valve stems. Or youll be charged 10 dollars a tire to install and buy valve which is just extra money then the norm around most tire shops. Let alone one that brings inndecent profits... No wonder

Don't expect a last minute tire. They like to close early and leave the open sign lit up with everything locked.

I would give them a 0 but it won't let me. I bought a tire and it had a leak in it so I took it to be fixed and was told it was patched in the area where the leak was, and that they can't fix it, so I go back to this dump and they try to call me a liar and say it wasn't here ask our customers we good people..i told the men I paid 65 bucks for an unsafe junk tire , he continued to insist it wasn't them but I had people with me at the time and yes it was the shop and the guy who sold it to me. I was even being polite until he started laughing. So we exchanged words, ( all i said was this shop is a joke) and I was called a dumb American. Really? Dumb for trusting that a guy like that could be honest when he wouldn't write up a sales report..maybe the irs should check their books. Hope other atleast get a better out come should they shop here, I never will again

I called ahead and was told he had a "practically new" tire. Picked it up and got it home - it has tire bead damage. After reading these reviews, I see it will be a waste of time calling to get the problem fixed. They won't get any more business from me!

Crooks how does a tires job mp 10 in two days . Can not just get one rimmust buy whole set . Will never go here against n . Do not recommend to any one

Bought a tire at 5pm because it had a slow leak. $45 tire flat at 8:30. Minimal tread as well. You can get around on used tires! But i'm 0/2 at Dolabs

Bad services ! The tire guy make me feel stupid and it is a very rude person. I believe they neeed to make money with something else... RUDE!!!!They sell tires that are bad and expired, too.SAD !!!!

Don t go there you re losing your money he s trying to sell the used Tires like a new price tiresIs about money not about service$90 for used tires and brand new is $80Come on he is easy for him go buy it newI don t buy new a buy to use for $30 and is like a brand new this is a fair priceYour cost is $10 $12 the most I don t looking for your cost I was have emergency flat tire
