Wife smacked a curb caddy, dropped it off Monday right before they closed, they had it done by 11 the next day and picked it up. They did a great job and saved me over $500 on buying a replacement wheel. I am over an hour away and it was worth the 4 hours of driving to get my wheel fixed. Would use them again without question. Plus the dogs are a nice bonus.

I have used this company a few times for wheel repair and refinishing. The quality of the work is outstanding. But not only that, they just run a great business. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. And their communication is awesome. Everybody seems like they really enjoy working here, and it comes across in all parts of the business. Could not recommend them more highly.

The most seamless experience ever! After getting a flat and being unable to drive my car for a week and playing phone tag with tire folks as soon as I received a recommendation to come here, I did. I couldn t be more satisfied with the service and help I received. I was immediately greeted by Dani and her furry friends. They went to work on my wheel immediately and promptly called me an hour later when done/ they even put the tire back on for me! If I ever need this type of help again I don t hesitate to return! Thank you!!

This business does great work. My steering wheel had major vibrations on the highway and after the repair they are gone. Will recommend to others. They also have a waiting room with Wi-Fi.

this place was amazing. with a combination of some very good luck and some very helpful people, wheel medic quickly turned an anxiety-inducing mess into a problem of the past.they didn t try to upsell me, gave honest and helpful recommendations, and were super quick and efficient. they really checked all the boxes. hannah was brilliant and very clear, informative, and direct.car problems always suck. i d been dreading talking to someone about my wheel and they made me feel like next time i don t have to dread it quite as much. thank you, both for that and for fixing everything so quickly for me. i also love your dogs.

Have a 370z Nismo that I bought with curb rash on all 4 tires , it's all I could see. I heard about wheel medic through some friends and was not disappointed. I dropped it off on the morning when they open 8am , and got a call around 12 that they were all finished and ready to pick up.Worried that no magic could fix the curb rash I was pleasantly surprised. They look absolutely brand new and you'd never know there used to be curb rash on them. I will definitely be back and will refer everyone I know about wheel issues to them for sure. The pricing is solid for the work they do too.The two ladies up front when I came today as well are super friendly , helpful , nice and professional.

Went to Wheel Medic to get my brake calipers painted and I couldn't be more pleased. The staff was great all around and extremely pleasant to work with. Everything was incredibly smooth and perfectly on time as promised. And the work I think speaks for itself! I'll be going back for all my brake/wheel needs in the future!

The tires are changed very quickly, the service efficiency is very good, and the problem of the tires can be found out, where is the air leak, and the problem can be solved by making an appointment in advance. The efficiency is high, and I am very satisfied! highly recommended!

They always take care of me. My last visit was for a simple new set of lug bolts, but they handled me with care and got me in and out quick. They redid my SSR GT3s for me years ago and they still look great.

Wheel Medic is the place to go. Quality work and affordable. They brought this 20 year old set of wheels back to life and it was destroyed, paint chipping, curbs and everything.

Great service and excellent quality of workmanship. I had my wheels re-finished, and they were very helpful in helping me choose a good color, and the work was done with care and attention to detail. I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend this company to anyone in need of wheel repair, or interested in changing the look of your vehicle. The lighter wheel was before - I really love the gunmetal finish.

I hit a pothole on my 2010 Acura and knew from my local garage that I had one bent rim. I made an appointment and took my car to Wheel Medic and they told me I had bent 2 rims. It took them an hour and a half to straighten the 2 rims and my 200,000 mile car now goes down the road like it s got 50,000 miles. And for less than half the price of 1 replacement rim from Honda, Wheel Medic was a no brainer! I will be back for wheel straightening in the future, God forbid I need it ;) Thanks, Wheel Medic!

This is THE place for custom wheel re-finishing and brake caliper painting. The result was stunning and it was worth 2 months wait! Their work was very professional! I was recommended by several exotic car owners whom I met at Cars & Coffee. The staff were professional and very friendly. If you are an exotic/high-end car owner, check this place out!

I had them refinish my factory wheels. They were 5 years old with a PVD coating that had begun to flake off. There was also some curb rash. I originally intended to do a darker tint hyper silver coating but was convinced to do a simulated hyper coating to save some money. It came out very nice. The coating is a little darker than I originally expected but it grew on me. They were very easy to work with and seem very legitimate. I would definitely return for wheel/tire work.

A shop stated I had 2 bent wheels. Went to Wheel Medic to have the work done. Found out that repair was not necessary, and saved several hundred dollars.

Purchased used wheels from a friend of mine and 2 were slightly bent. I wasn t sure which ones were bent when Discount Tire mounted them on the car but Wheel Medic was able to identify which 2 were bent.They straightened both wheels and I no longer have vibration at highway speeds. The car drives crazy smooth now, it s a night and day difference. And it took less than 3 hours to have all work done at a really great price.Not only that, but they took care of my car and the wheels and did an excellent job. Highly recommend wheel medic and I will be back for my future needs.

I went there in January due to tire leaking around the rim thinking the rim was bent. Was told by their very qualified staff the wheel had corrosion not bent as I suspected. The repaired it for me at a very reasonable price and told me their work was warranted for one year. In July the tire started losing air. I called them back, explained the issue and made an appointment. It was found the leak was due to a nail in the tire not their work!! They didn t charge me anything!! The staff at this place was excellent and the waiting area was great with Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this place.

Everyone I asked, including tire shops, recommended Wheel Medic when asked where I could get my rim fixed. I dropped my tire off, they called when it was ready. Initially, I also wanted my tire mounted back on the rim but when they called I was told there was a pin hole and the tire was no good. Appreciate the honesty. They could have not said anything and just took my money for the mount. Will definitely return if I need another rim repaired.

They do very honest work for a great price. I m coming here for any of my tire or wheel needs, because they are a true one-stop-shop. Wheel bent? They can fix it. Need tires mounted and wheels balanced? They do that too. All for a very reasonable price, and apparently they do much much more!

Fantastic experience at Wheel Medic fixing two Honda Accord 19" rims that had heavy curb rash (and drove over a curb). Rims look great (like new). Thanks Dani and crew. I will be back for the other two when I switch to winter rims/tires. Thanks!

I needed an aluminum rim welded they informed me it would be too dangerous and actually showed me the crack in the rim and I'm thankful for their honesty it would have been costly to weld than just buy a new rim some tire stores might have opted for the more money they did not instead offered to get me a replacement rim this was on a Friday the rim came in Monday very satisfied with the service I received

They repaired (curb rash, bent wheel, prior shop s bad job on new wheel color) my stock wheels extremely well and communicated even better. I m moving out of Ohio so timing was critical, and they got my wheels done a day early. Also found the busted sway bar end link bushing that was the recent source of a til-then undiscovered clunk. The wheels came out even better than the sample pictures they sent

The #1 place for wheel and tire work in Central Ohio. I've sent people to them from all over the midwest and everyone comes back satisfied. They refinished both my BMW wheels in gloss black and have helped dozens of my friends. I've seen them restore bent, curbed rims into OEM quality wheels anyone would be proud to put on their vehicle. For around $500 you can refresh and redesign the look of your vehicle within a few days!

Dont do motorcycles for some reason.Update: So the receptionist proceeded to call me 4 or 5 times leaving me a NASTY voicemail about my review. Reviews are opinions, ergo subjective to the reviewer, so you don t get to tell me or anyone else how they should feel about something. Now she has responded saying we have never done them, ok then call yourself CAR wheel medic . But at the end of the day you didn t have to be a Karen about it! Trying being nice to people for a change, works wonders.

Hit a pot hole that resulted in a flat and a crack in my rim. I called wheel medic in the morning and they explained what potential options I had and the turn around time for them to fix my wheel. At the end of the conversation, Danny (I think that was her name) offered for me to bring the wheel in and they could test the the structure of the wheel and give me more defined options once they looked at it. I took the wheel in a few hours later, they tested it and told me it was perfectly round just a cracked rim plate and need a new tire. Luckily I don't need a whole new wheel but in the future, I'll definitely be going to Wheel Medic. This kind of customer service is lost today. I'll gladly be a customer of theirs moving forward. Thank you!Ps. If the wheel you need fixed is attached to your car, make an appointment. If it is available to be dropped off and left, you can call or just stop in.

I have had numerous sets if wheels refinished at Wheel Medic. Excellent results. They are very busy but worth waiting.

Excellent work and service. These guys know the wheels. Very knowledgeable.I had vibrating steering and had some vibration in brakes when pressed at high speed in Mercedes E350. I took my car to them with an appointment. They not only fixed the problem by balancing the wheels properly, they also explained exactly what force was causing it. They also suggested next step if I feel the vibration again.I also had them fix my bent wheels in previous visit and they did excellent job. Now my car runs like new. No vibration in steering or brakes. I highly recommend them.
