The guys worked me in on a Saturday morning with a full inspection for a car I was looking to purchase. Great service at the front desk. Great service explaining what they found during the inspection. Eric gave me some good advice on what he would do if it was his car . Exactly what I was looking for and then some. I wouldn t hesitate to bring my cars back for them to work on.

Great experience at Weber road auto. Took my car in to have the brakes replaced. The staff was all very friendly. The repair was done quickly, at a fair price, and even slightly less than the estimate that they gave me. It's refreshing to find mechanics that do good work at a fair price and don't try to sell you on repairs that you don't need.

I don't think I have ever left a google review but Weber Road Auto Service was amazing! The staff was extremely nice and the issues with my car were fixed for what I thought was a very fair price! There have been so many times in the past that I've dropped my car off at a mechanic and I felt like I paid for a service that didn't even fix my problem. However, my experience here was wonderful! At first they could not tell what the issue was but they test drove my car numerous times to try to replicate the issues I was experiencing! They figured out the issue and after fixing it I have nothing but good things to say. My car runs great now and it has been about two weeks since I've picked it up. I am in Columbus for school and was unsure where to drop my car off and I wanted to find a reputable place. I would highly recommend Weber Auto Service to anyone looking for a great and reliable business!

Shanda was very professional and warm the entire time. Super patient with explaining the exact issues with my car. They even did a little extra on my car like correct some bumper damage. Really appreciate Eric and all of those folks over there for taking care of me!!!!!!! Down to earth, black operated business that s honest and welcoming. Definitely recommend them!!

Weber Auto (Lil Eric) is the only repair shop that allow to work on car (1993 300ZX). Pride & joy. Weber Road Auto Service has been my go to for my 2013 Escape for about 5 years now. They are nice, honest people. Recently, I had my brakes done and it was expensive bc of corrosion and it was still same day, and they were really up front about the issue and the cost. Never any pressure, never any upsells.

I would leave a 10 star if I could. They were absolutely amazing they got me in super fast. The prices were significantly cheaper than everywhere else that I tried to go. The waiting area is extremely nice. The staff is absolutely amazing. Highly recommend going here

Love this place! They always do exactly what is needed; no surprise up charges or high-pressure sales. The work is affordable and high quality. Can count on them to give honest advice on what my older car needs and when it will ACTUALLY be needed.If you are looking for an auto shop that will provide FAIR and HONEST vehicle maintenance, this is the place! We ve been going here for several years now and will continue to do so. Try to make an appointment if you can- they tend to be busy (as expected for a quality shop they have a lot of repeat customers).

Needed a starter for my car. They put shed my car across the street and had it ready in no time. The price was very reasonable and I even saved money. I DEFINITELY WILL be going back. The staff is also very friendly and easy to talk to.TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THEREYou ll thank me later

Came in almost an hour before they close on a Saturday . It was pretty busy but the front desk gentlemen was very kind after explaining to him that my car has been down for a week and I may not be able to pull out of here due to the issues my vehicle had and they were able to get me right in that same time ..very friendly fair pricing absolutely great customer service and had me in and out with in no time .Most definitely well be back !! Love that it s Family owned too

Eric and team do a wonderful job from start to finish. From the second you pick up the phone and speak to the polite staff, to the detailed explanation of what is right or wrong with the car. I have taken multiple vans that I was contemplating buying to Weber Road Auto Service. The mechanics there had a full inspection done in under an hour and a half and were ready to explain their findings. I asked if they thought it was worth the amount the buyer wanted and they were able to give me their informed opinion. I found this extremely helpful since I don t have a ton of experience with buying used vehicles. I would definitely recommend Weber Road Auto Service to anyone.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

I ve been going to Weber Auto for close to 7 years now for all my auto service needs. I ve never had a remotely negative experience and am always satisfied when I get my car back. They re super knowledgeable and always completely diagnose the problems but never push me to get more work done then I m comfortable with. They re also just super friendly and trustworthy. This is a true family owned and operated business and I m proud to call them my mechanic.
